Had family thanksgiving - great open space for relaxing and visiting, open kitchen with full set of appliances, easy drive to Asheville sites- highly recommend.

This property was wonderful in every way. We were in town for a wedding. We had 3 generations (2 young kids, 2 30-something’s & 2 50-something’s). All 6 of us agreed that it was perfectly appointed, great location about 10 mins from downtown, very comfortable & cozy! Highly recommend!

My Father, Brother, Nephew, and I stayed at this VRBO during our annual fishing trip. We like to spend time in Ashville for fishing and dining options. We were delighted with the accommodations provided at this VRBO. The space is large, comfortable, and has many places to sit, talk or get work done. The location is terrific if you have a car. Even if you don't have a car, the little "village" near the home is a great place to pick up some breakfast in the morning, and there is a friendly coffee shop nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Ashville area.

We stayed here for our girls' trip and absolutely loved it! The outdoor deck offers fantastic views of the mountains and a great place to drink coffee and read in the morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The open concept kitchen and living room are great for cooking and relaxing together. Everything was clean and appeared as advertised. Jessica, the property manager, was very prompt with communication and provided great recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, with restaurants close by that you can walk to. We highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend this lovely home for your next vacation in Asheville. We were in for a wedding and stayed the week to enjoy the area, as 6 adults we found the home easy to live in, graciously appointed, and enjoyed the "plus" of the mountain views from the covered deck. Manager was very responsive and attentive, overall a great place to stay!

This is a new property in 2022. Wonderful place for a girls weekend. Quiet neighborhood close to Asheville which was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and excellent communication from the property manager Jessica. Local wine and chocolate greeted us when we arrived. We had a great time.

This property was AMAZING! We planned a long girls weekend here and we had the absolute best time. The townhouse is perfectly located in the cutest little area. It is about a 10 minute drive to all the best restaurants/breweries in downtown Asheville. Great view of the mountains in the distance from the outside deck. Extremely nice, clean, & welcoming townhome! 10 out of 10 recommend!

This house was a perfect point from which to see Asville and the Biltmore. We enjoyed our porch time and being able to each have a bedroom of ones own.

We rented this property for a long girls' weekend. It was perfect for the five of us. It's an end unit, so there are lots of windows and natural light. Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Bedrooms are lovely and the decor throughout the home is beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Seating area was comfortable and we liked the round coffee table for playing games. Host replied quickly to my messages and was very helpful. Property is close to Asheville, where we spent most of our time. Garage parking was a nice bonus. You will not regret renting this property, I want to bring my family back there.

This property was such a delight. Immaculate, spacious, and so comfortable. And the views from the kitchen window was a bonus. We walked to dinner one evening as it’s so convenient to a delicious local restaurant. The host was very accessible and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the property and would definitely rent it again. Super convenient location. Close to some great restaurants (we recommend Nine Mile, Plant, Green Sage, Posana, Laughing Seed...all have great food and cater to multiple food needs and preferences). Short drive to town. Reasonable drive to hiking. Looks like the photos. Nicely appointed kitchen. Clean. Nice and quiet, even though it was a town home, attached and close to other homes. I thought there could be some construction noise since there is building around the area, but it was not an issue. Especially nice because it's an end unit, so there is plenty of light and windows. Nice to be able to park into a garage and walk up into the house. Great to have two master/double sink bathrooms for two couples. Pleasant screened porch/deck--where we spent a lot of time. We were treated to viewing a fairly large bear walking along the ditch on the side of the home mid-day one day. The host, Jessica, is super nice and very responsive. The bathtub didn't drain properly when we arrived (just a typical clog, no big deal) and she sent a plumber the same day to address it. One watch out for older- or differently-abled folks who might have trouble with stairs: the house is on multiple levels, so requires using one flight to enter the living space where one bedroom is located and another flight to access the other bedrooms. The whole experience was great for us. We've stayed in multiple properties in the area over the years and this was our favorite.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party in November. 6 of us ladies felt very comfortable, safe, and happy in this clean, new home. About 10-15 uber ride to downtown. Would highly recommend!

Great location and space for 5 women! Used the indoor/outdoor fireplace every night! Close to everything and nice views! Only recommendation is to check the upstairs bathroom drain. Would come come back!

We wanted a place near Asheville but removed enough to get away and relax. This place was perfect for a weekend with family and friends. Check in was easy and communication was great.

We had an amazing experience staying here my sister's family for a reunion. The apartment is designed and furnished perfectly - Very spacious and comfortable with fun indoor and outdoor spaces. Each room is also well configured. There are lots of extras in the kitchen that made cooking very easy. The hostess was also extremely helpful!

The listing and pictures are 100% accurate. The home is very new, nicely decorated, and has everything you could possibly need or want. Its just about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The neighborhood seems to be newly developed and is conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants and other businesses. Highly recommended. We had a great time and experience. Perfect place for a group of people or family, or even a couple wanting space away from a hotel. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We loved the property and the location is great for exploring greater Asheville area. You can get to the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville and the Biltmore very easily. The kitchen was well equipped enough to make the meals we had planned. The only observation I had is this is listed as a 4 bedroom which is technically true but one of the bedroom is very small and has a converted futon which is really only usable for a small person or child and not particularly comfortable. I suppose it was in the pictures and listing but I missed that detail.

We loved staying here! Bright little end unit that is well appointed and clean. Easy to walk down the mountain for a quick dinner or bakery in the morning. A quick drive over to Beaver Lake for a jog.

My husband and I stayed here for five days with our three girls (8 year old twins and a 2 year old). This house was amazing - so spacious, all new, absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, fantastic appliances, so well-equipped, with incredibly comfortable beds. It's great for kids - the bedroom with bunk beds even has a great side play room with bean bags. It's got great streets and lakes around for running and walking, an amazing playground about a mile away, and it's a quick drive to downtown Asheville, Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, and more. This is one of the best houses we've ever rented, and we travel a LOT. Check in was a breeze, and communication was great - they even sent us a great list of recommended activities for our time in Asheville. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place for a Covid-style isolated family vacation. It was spotlessly clean and meticulously appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a gourmet Christmas meal for our family. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Fabulous place in a great location. We’re looking forward to returning.

My family and I had a great time at this townhouse. It was in an excellent location near shops and restaurants. It was also walking distance to a beautiful park with a lovely lake. The property itself was bright, quiet and private. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We slept 2 adults and 2 teens very comfortably, with plenty of space to spare. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return.
