My husband and I needed a quick get away, we had stayed in Manasota Key in August and with it only being an hour and a half away from us it's a perfect place to go. Had great communication with the host prior to booking. The low fees are what led me to pick this place. Other listings may have said they were $10 more a night but the fees were outrageous! We loved the convenience of an easy walk to the beach. I will say I don't normally book places like this was but pleasantly surprised with the decor and the mattress was very comfortable. I definitely recommend for couples only or friends renting out multiple units because it is a tight knit of rooms. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of not hearing kids, babies or teens (sounds bad I know but we just lost our 5 month old this year hence the get away) The only thing I would say I noticed was there were multiple dehumidifier's in the room that filled up with water twice in our 2 night stay. Very humid and stagnant air when not on, however they were already aware of the issue and the dehumidifier's helped when they were working so I didn't even bring it up to the hosts. As a Floridian myself who knows this area, I know they were hit hard from hurricane Ian and still working on rebuilding the area so I assumed it's from that. Over all I would recommend as an affordable get a way!

We love these units.... they are so clean, comfy and stocked for every visit. We wouldn't pick any other place. We love how close these units are to the beach... quiet neighborhood.... perfect. We love the little pool, it's a perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach or exploring. Always our first choice for a stay on the island!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

Parking was alot to be desired! Other renter parked in our spot!Wish you provided a blow dryer! I forgot mine! Pool was nice and i loved it! I am a housekeeper and it was clean as a whistle!

This is our second year going to Manasota Key, and it did not disappoint! Our location was amazing: just a minute walk across the street to the beach, and free kayak use were our two favorite perks. The property was very quiet, and our studio had everything we needed. It was very cozy, perfect for a couple or a couple of besties! I would definitely stay here again!

Truly a beach bungalow experience and well worth it. The location is perfect--a block to the bay & a block to a beach, we walked or took our bikes everywhere and didn't move the car for 3 full days! The place is stocked with lots of considerate amenities & better than a hotel--just be prepared for some humidity in the room despite their excellent attempts to reduce it and lot of signs around with rules/regulations (but I think they need to do that because of the residential area where it's located)--really not a big deal.

This property is really perfect! Wish we had longer to stay and will definitely come back! Steps to water on either side. Don’t miss the sunsets on the beach to the west. To the east, Lemon Bay is just down the road. Be sure to notice the amazing garden 2 houses down the road - clearly a labor of love! Easy access to restaurants and activities, but still super quiet - the perfect balance. The furnishings and decorations in the Bay Breeze Bungalow are very comfortable and classy. The property is top notch!

The unit was clean, and would be a great place to stay if you only used this to sleep there. The no guest policy and no outside area,s to enjoy the after sunset curfew and parking along with the to close in proximity to other units. The unit was very clean but the craftsmanship of the interior was lacking. although the location was good. Thank You

We enjoyed our time here in town, about a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but had a fun day on a boat rental. The bed is a foam mattress and very soft but that doesn’t always work for everyone. Everything we needed was in the rental. The pool was small and it was a bummer it closed at sunset but no big deal.

We had a great trip! Location was fabulous, right at the beach on one side and intracoastal on the other. Great food nearby as well as shopping. We will definitely refer others and return ourselves!!

Decent gig. Was as advertised and the bungalow is fine. Our only knock is the lack of AC and the fan didn’t work. Good beach equipment was a plus and needed. Just two small “college” refrigerators with little freezers. I would stay again

My stay was wonderful. As a single female traveler, I felt safe. The location is wonderful. You can walk to beach and restaurants. They provide all the necessary amenities for a beach retreat.

Everything was as described and expected. The location was great being a walk down the street to the beach while not paying an excessive amount to be on the beach. So happy to have found this place after Hurricane Ian as so many others were not in usable condition.

This place is a gem and so is Manasota Key! We had an amazing weekend and had everything we needed. We were able to kayak and get to the beach easily, the location was nothing short of perfection and we would absolutely stay here again!

The studio bungalo is so cute!! Decorated so nice! The bed is unbelievably comfortable! We had such a great time! Amy had all the information that we needed right at our fingertips as soon as we arrived. The beach is just steps away and is so beautiful!! What a great stay! We will be back!

Exactly as shown, great communicators! The process was easy and they were very easy to work with! Had a nice little welcome tray to greet us too! Bed was SO comfortable! Keep in mind it is a studio, and a smaller bathroom, the spa pool was fun and they had great beach chairs etc! Would stay again!!!

Great location by beach and bay. Very peaceful, quiet getaway. Place was very comfortable and clean. My husband and I enjoyed all the local bars and restaurants as well.

We needed a short stay at the beach and this suited us perfectly. A very short walk to the beach and this little studio apartment was just right. It was so clean and comfortable with everything that we needed for our trip. A lovely little spa pool to relax in, plenty of chairs and it was quiet and peaceful. We were close to some very nice restaurants and a short drive to a good variety of stores. We did not have se the kayaks or the grill, but they were a nice addition to the property. The beach had lots of shells and some beautiful sunsets. We would gladly stay here in the future.

All my husband and I wanted was a quiet getaway to the beach and this stay did not disappoint! Super clean and the owners thought of everything! Bed is super comfortable and just the best getaway. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and amazing restaurants just a 10 minute walk away! We used the kayaks to go out on the water and came close and personal with the dolphins in the bay! Highlight of our trip!
