This condo has a perfect location, plenty of amenities and just an all around great place to spend a vacation. The owner was easy to touch base with and responsive to inquiries.

We walked into a clean well kept condo. It had all the amenities needed to cook, play, and relax. We loved that it was steps from the beach too. A wonderful experience.

We had never stayed in the south part of Siesta Key. Always thought it would be too busy of an area for us, but now this location will be our first choice on future trips. The condo was clean and well appointed. Communications with our host, Michael, provided everything we needed on check-in and exit, and the overall property was well maintained. With the beach access right out the back gate and a number of restaurants, bars and shops across the street (Capt. Curt’s Spearfish, Turtle Beach Grill (short ride)) and Southern Crescent Market, we had easy access to all that we needed for our stay. We will definitely use this condo again on future stays.

Loved our accommodations and location! Clean and well stocked. Right on the beach, beautiful grounds, warm and clean pool. Right across the street from a cute grocery store, coffee shop, ice cream store, restaurant/bar and Annas Deli is excellent! Beds comfortable, roomy, nice kitchen, laundry on same floor. Perfect!

Check in instructions were different from what was received thru app and then direct from manager. Both had wrong gate code.
Condo needed more bath towels. Sleeps 6 but only given 4 bath towels.
Well equipped otherwise and clean condo. Great communication with property manager. He allowed us to check in early since condo was ready.
Wish the pool and outside restrooms were closer to the beach.
Great to have beach towels and chairs included.
Office staff weren’t too friendly to help since they told us that they didn’t manage the condo.
Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and we very much enjoyed getting away from the snow and ice for a week. Not a problem but only thing was you cant park a full size vehicle in the assigned parking spaces so it a decent little walk with luggage but they also have carts available to help with that.

Loved the condo, furnishings and all. Everything was clean, wifi worked great, Great communication with owner. Beautiful beach and wonderful location. Loved that the property provided sun chairs for the beach. It was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and Grocery store. It was our first time in Siesta Key and we will defidently be back!

This condo is pretty much as advertised. Great location, many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great little market directly across the street to use in the condo's full kitchen. Comfortable beds, mostly quiet, slept well. The beach is right there with the softest sand and plenty of shells.

Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shopping, night life, and of course the beach is right out your back door. The owner stayed in touch making sure everything was as it was supposed to be.

In short, our stay here was a beachy paradise. Quick, friendly host communication, a clean and comfy apartment, bonus beach gear, and entertaining board games made our vacation unforgettable. We're leaving with happy memories and plans to return. For a relaxing, well-equipped beach escape, this place is top-notch. We absolutely loved it and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating!

Michael was excellent to deal with, he is available with any questions and so pleasant to deal with. This condo is beautiful, very immaculate, with a side view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable with two bathrooms. The location is excellent, you can walk across the street to places to eat, rent kayaks or just have a drink with outside entertainment. The condo provides lawn chairs, plus Michael provides a beach bag, cooler and umbrella. The beach is amazing with the bluest water. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back.

Excellent accommodations in an excellent location. This is our second visit to Siesta Key in the same condo unit and it did not disappoint. Condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is directly across from Captain Curt’s Village (restaurant, ice cream, bike rental, coffee, and shopping) and a 3-5 minute walk to a small grocery store and more restaurants, ice cream, and shopping.

Although our children are grown, I couldn’t help but notice what a great place this would be if we did. The outlets had child safety guards, everything was easy to keep clean and the unit was right near the elevator & laundry room. Plus the owner seemed to have a nice collection of beach toys available.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the location was very clean, it was fully stocked with everything that we needed! The owner was accessible But really wasn't needed as everything was to expectation. We're fortunate to have beautiful weather for the entire week which made the experience much better!

Booked online, process was very easy. Was contacted by owner shortly afterward. Owner communication was excellent and check in was effortless. Condo is recently remodeled and looks great, very clean and well stocked. The only suggestions I have are that the onsite managers need to police the private beach/chairs better. The property is next to a public beach access and we saw numerous people help themselves to our chairs and sit on our beach, then leave them behind. We would have liked to have more bath towels so we were not washing towels all the time. This is a great condo with a 5 star location.

Condo was just as described in the property listing. It is adjacent to Public Access 12 on the south end of Siesta Key. Take an Uber from the airport, you won’t need a vehicle. Everything you need is within walking distance, and lots of extras available by means of the free trolley! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, including a few sand toys, a beach chair, cooler, and umbrellas. The pool is clean, cool (colder than the gulf in the summer!) and refreshing. Michael was incredibly quick to respond to our questions, and checkin/out was easy. I only wish checkout was a bit later. We were a bit rushed to have everything out and ready by 10am. Other than that, it was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

The place was far from clean. Sand everywhere including countertops. Trash under beds and furniture. No kitchen dish rag. Kitchen not very well equipped. As far as any amenities there are none except for what others left behind. I called Michael to let him know there wasn’t even a broom. He could have cared less. There is one now I had to purchase one so I could sweep and mop in order to take our shoes off. I have stayed at other Sea Shell condos before and was pleased. What I have noticed on many advertised condos. The pictures and wording newly remodeled happen to be anywhere from 3 to 8 years old. Needless to say we left the place cleaner than it was when we arrived.

Condo not cleaned. Counters were sticky and visibly dirty. Trash and underwear under bed left from previous people. Hair and trash in and on furniture. Hair on toilet. Then cleaner came back and gave attitude and swore she cleaned everything when it was visibly dirty and I showed her but she just kept denying it while I was showing her. Busted and rusty furniture on balcony is not same nice furniture shown in pictures.
