Nice place, would go back again

We really enjoyed our stay.The unit was nicer and cleaner than expected with plenty of room.Would definitely stay at this unit again. It was Awesome!

Property was as advertised. Worked well for teens and younger children.

Property was excellent very clean and located fairy close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quite a ways from the ocean and pool but acceptable walk to both. For the ocean it was much better for us to drive onto the beach each day. Very nice,clean beautiful beach.

The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed. The refridgerator needed a restart and the lightbulb inside of it almost started a fire. It was also not the cleanest place and we had 5 roaches join us on our vacation one at a time in the living room. The property is in one of seven separate communities all strung together with this one being furthest from the beach. There was a nice walkway (about 4 blocks) to the private beach entrance. It had 4 or 5 swinging gates that you had to open like a pool's child safety gate and maneuver everyone and their stuff through. The community pool was close to the home and had nice bathrooms and plenty of seating with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. It was nice to make a pit stop there and hang out before we went in from the day at the beach. The neighborhood was close to everything we wanted to do and needed. Within 8 minutes of the pier and all of the restaurants and hangouts in and around St. Augustine beach. We had a lot of fun, and the house had plenty of room, but I was expecting just a cleaner space and not such a hike to the beach.

This was one of our most enjoyable stays at a vacation home. The property is very large and felt like home. The space gave everyone an area to decompress after a great day in Saint Augustine or by the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach area and the nearby public access allowed us to park the truck on the beach with all of our equipment while enabling the others in our party to come and go from the property. We will definitely be back again.

My family of 8 had plenty of room and our stay was very enjoyable. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected but overall this propery was a great value.

The property was large and good good for the entire family. The TV's were small in the bed rooms and funiture was dated but in great condition.

Loved the patio and feeding the feral kitties...my favorite thing to do in the early morning hours while drinking my coffee. Well-stocked, and very clean. The only issue was the website is misleading...this unit does not overlook the pool as advertised...other than that we had a great time.

Love the location. It was a 3 bdrm. not a 4 bdrm. A sunroom does not count as a bdrm. Also it wasn't very clean. Counters were dirty in places. The tile floors downstairs were filthy. When we went barefoot or my 1 yr old grandson crawled our feet and his knees got black from dirt! You need to change cleaning companies. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there were beach toys on the garage for the kids. The internet worked great.

This property is in a great location. It’s very clean and easy accessible. About a 5 minute walk to the beach from this unit but very close to the pool. Most times we had the pool to ourselves. The only unusual thing was almost every night around 2am we would wake up to a beeping noise that sounded like someone was trying to use the keypad on our door but by the time we would get downstairs no one was around.

Plenty of room! The property was very clean and in a convenient area. We loved it, felt like home. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property if you want access to the beach but also very quick drive to the historic district of St Augustine. The house is a great size for a family. They had everything we needed. It was a winding walk to the beach through the property but wasn’t horrible but we also drove a couple of minutes to a public beach that was easier to access for our mom that had a hard time getting around. The drive to St Augustine was pretty much a straight shot that took about 15 minutes. The property was very clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable. The only hiccup we had was the key code was incorrect but after about 15-20 minutes I was able to get in touch with the manager and we got the correct code and got in the door. I highly recommend this property.

Access to beach and pools was perfect for a relaxing week

The condo had plenty of room for our family and it was very nice. It was a little bit of the walk to the beach, but it was an easy walk. The beach was nice. The entire complex was well maintained and looked very nice. We had a very enjoyable time.

The condo itself was great. The walk to the beach was a different story. The walk was not a short walk it was 3/10 of a mile through 5 gates with full hands because once you were out at the beach you didn’t want to have to go back to the condo.

The condo was just the right size , good location but not on the beach or short walk to beach as we expected .. we drove to beach because my husband was recovering from back surgery and could walk the distance or carry chairs with us .. beach was beautiful and temperature perfect for us .. condo was well equipped but very dated .. and needs some sprucing up .. all in all a good time had by all ..

Left after five of the eight days on beach, eating take out and avoiding humans. The time there was good but Florida news was worsening so we left early to avoid getting quarantined.

The property was very nice it had everything my family needed for a very nice stay in St Augustine

Clean & well-equipped- could use a few more towels for a large party...

My family and I spent Thanksgiving here, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Space was great. We weren't stepping all over eachother. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Close drive to downtown. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view. Great location

Had a great time at this property. We had a family union with 10 people and there was room for everyone. The beach and pool access were very convenient and entertainment was a short drive away.

This condo was just what we were looking for to host our family vacation in St. Augustine. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The extra suite rooms provided additional areas for sleeping so the layout was comfortable and functional and we never felt cramped. The pool is medium sized but most of the time we had it to ourselves. The boardwalk to the beach is shared by other properties and is a little long but manageable, however, it lets out onto a beautiful section of beach.

It's a great place with a well equipped kitchen. The beach was perfect and quiet.

The townhouse was very well stocked. Found the grounds extremely clean. Pool was great. Walk to the beach is not far. Had a wonderful time. Quiet, very clean. Found St. Augustine a wonderful place very friendly. Will differently come back.

This home was perfect for my family’s vacation. We had 6 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room and lots of seating. The kitchen was well equipped. Would defiantly stay here again.

Absolutely loved this property! An amazing stay from the ease of obtaining the keys to drop off. The condo was beautiful and the photos provided didn't do it justice. There were multiple pools that were heated and a tennis court. The condo supplied so many extra amenities to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The walk to the beach was an easy one and I will definitely stay here again!
