Property was everything like the photos on Vrbo, great access to the lake and located in an area close to everything. The treasure chest was a big hit with the kids. Host made us feel welcome.

This was a great place to stay. There were four of us girlfriends and we thought we need both cottages but we only ended up needing the one. Beautiful view, cozy cottage and fully equipped. Great place to stay ❤️

We loved our stay on Canandaigua Lake. These were very cute cottages, cozy with and decorated with classic lake memorabilia. Both cottages have a nice enclosed porch with comfy chairs, tables and a view of the lake. The location is just a short drive into Canandaigua and an easy drive to all attractions, although the road is pretty busy. Our favorite part of the property was the large flat lawn with a fire pit by the water where we could make s'mores and watch the sunset.

Our extended family returned to the cottages for a Family Reunion. Mike and Toni provided everything we needed and more! The cottages, dock, chairs, beach area and water were all well set up and well used. Mike and Toni thought of so many things and helped out when the unexpected happened: They hooked up one cottage to their generator when a storm knocked out power for 24 hours. They were very prepared and responsive hosts. We highly recommend the Sunset Cove cottages for a wonderful lake vacation!

Wonderful, comfortable perfectly located getaway on Canandaigua Lake. Property is gorgeous. We would like to return in the future.

Sunset Cove was perfect for us. The two cozy cottages were stocked with everything we needed for our week in Canandaigua. Our two children (young adults) were there for a few days and stayed in one cottage while we were in the other. It was nice to have them so close, yet we both had our privacy. Our parents and friends visited too. It was a great place to sit back and watch the waves, sunsets, and make memories.

This was an off time of the year, and no one slept in the front bedroom, so the road noise wasn't a problem, but, in season, it could be. Parking is challenging as well on this busy road. Units were quaint. bedrooms are small and tight for 2 people in the roadside cottage. but, we managed. Could use a little more attention to cleaning. When we opened the windows. you could tell they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Michael was a pleasure to work with, and gave us numerous suggestions for hiking and dining options in the area.

This property is perfect for multiple families or a multi-generation family. There's plenty of opportunity to spend time together, with the option to have some privacy as well. Both cottages offer two bedrooms and ample, comfortable living areas. Each also has its own kitchen albeit of limited size and counter space. The outside area really shines. Right on the lake, with plenty of seating, picnic tables, a fire pit and a full dock. Perfect for enjoying spectacular views and sunsets. While the cottages are on a main road, the lakeside area seems isolated and private. And that main road leads to easy access to shopping, dining, family activities, and more. The owner is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions or requests. A great place for a FLX getaway!

Our group of 7 had an incredible time staying here. The sunsets are unmatched and the atmosphere was so much fun. Having the two separate houses was actually a blessing and provided more than enough space. Communication with the owner Michael was easy and incredibly responsive. He took the time to show us around the property and answered any questions. A quick drive to Wegmans for groceries and German Bros Marina is right across for easy access to rental boats. 10/10 Would reccommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove very much. The two cottages worked well for our family of five plus a grandmother. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the gorgeous Canandaigua summer! Easy access to the grocery store and town was a bonus.

The cottages are perfect. We have stayed on many fingerlakes before but this was the best. Perfect place to swim and super close to a lot of fun things to do. My daughter loved the treasure hunt the owner set up. Ready to book again.

Our family of five truly enjoyed the week spent at these lovely cottages right on the lake. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and kayaking, not to mention the gorgeous sunsets each night. The owners were so friendly and gracious. We hope to return!

We had an amazing time at the cottages! Was the perfect arrangement with all of our family. Plenty of room for the 6 of us within the two cottages! Mike and Toni have thought of everything to help make the stay amazing! Our son loved the paddle boat and plenty of room for him to run around! Can’t wait to visit them again! Highly recommend!

Mike and Toni have a beautiful property that they gladly share with others! The 2 cottages are very well appointed and the furniture is clean and comfortable. The decorations are adorable and made for conversation starters. We had a great week in Canandaigua soaking up the sun and the beautiful lake views.
