Nice, cozy condo located in a quiet neighborhood, close walk to town center. We enjoyed our stay, Glenn provided both early check-in and later check-out times of which we didn't take advantage of.

The property is just what we needed for our trip within walking and biking distance to the main city center. Glenn was great at communicating, and it was wonderful to be able to drop our luggage off before check in. I would certainly stay here again.

Positives: -laundry was nice -fridge was clean upon entering -things like countertop appliances, laundry soap, dish soap, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, etc., were thoughtful and useful -excellent size for 3-4 people on vacation (two couples max) -quiet at night -conveniently located to grocery store and especially to downtown area -parking was accessible and safe, no issues with other residents’ vehicles Negatives: -bedroom door for one of the bedrooms wouldn't close (possibly misaligned or needs to be sanded) -bedroom end tables and wardrobes had a musty smell -closet doors aren’t aligned in one of the bedrooms -safety bar in shower isn’t properly secured, loose and slides around -towel bars and toilet paper holders need to be re-installed (most of them were crooked) -ceiling above the shower needs to be sprayed (maybe mold) and repainted -tiles in upstairs bathroom floor and kitchen counter top looked gringy -dining room table and stair railing are painted and have a sticky finish, flaky and cracked -only one consistently working remote for the AC units (maybe needed new batteries) -Roku control stopped working (maybe needed new batteries) -outdoor furniture should be power washed and cushions should be washed

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was the perfect distance to be able to walk with small kids into town for food and activities but also super close/walkable to the grocery store and a very short drive to the beaches. The TV downstairs with Roku was a huge asset the day that it rained and being able to make breakfast and packed lunches in the fully furnished kitchen was perfect. If we come back again we will be booking here for sure!

This place has an excellent location in PTown. You can walk to town center in about 5-7 minutes but a decent distance so you can sleep at night. It is great that it is two floors and has own washer and dryer. Glen was fantastic to coordinate with.

The townhouse/condo was in a great loaction for all things in the area. A short walk to commercial street and geeat places to eat, and a short drive ro Hering cove beach. Apologies if we left a random kids block or lego.

We really enjoyed staying at Glenn's place. A really great location near the middle of town but just far enough away that it is super quiet. Glen was easy to reach and communicate with during our stay. The condo has everything that you need. The beds were super comfy and the washer and dryer are a huge plus for me. We would stay here again and recommend it to other guests.

Glenn was an excellent host, we loved staying In this condo. The house was very clean when we arrived, even the fridge and pantry were totally cleared out, so plenty of room for all the food we packed. A short 6 or 7 minute walk to commercial street and very quiet at night if you want to get away from the crowd. Great communication with the host and the neighbors were also very friendly!
