We had an awesome time. Hanging out on the patio, swimming in the pool and watching the golfers. We will be back. Deonn was so responsive to all questions.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this home. The home is spacious, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
The view of the golf course and mountains captures the unique identity of La Quinta.
The bicycles and golf cart were so helpful to have on hand for zipping around when we didn’t just walk.
We will definitely look to rent there again next time visiting!

This home is absolutely amazing! The house is decorated beautifully, 3 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Beautiful view of the golf course. We loved every minute we were there. We will defiantly stay there again! 5 Star Home!

Deonn’s beautiful golf course view home was the perfect place for my family to stay for the Christmas celebration. We have a big family so we needed the extra space that would be close to our home. My family loved the home- it was beautifully decorated, immaculate and close to all the PGA West activities.

Mr. Hayes provided the perfect getaway for my family's Thanksgiving celebration. Information was clear, accurate and very helpful. He went above and beyond with suggestions for local activities and restaurants. His home was tasteful, decorated for the holidays (a plus!), well appointed with all cooking necessities and comfortably designed. Check in was effortless and we were received with a lovely welcome note and water...(it's the details). The morning view of the golf course was one of our favorites. My husband enjoyed a couple of rounds! This was our first VRBO experience and we are now reconsidering ever reserving a hotel again! We'll be back for certain. Thank you for your hospitality and allowing a stay in your beautiful home, Mr. Hayes!

The place was great until we found two rat poops on one of the beds. Totally gross!! I told the property manager who said yeah don’t keep the doors open. Uhh we didn’t. She said there wasn’t anything wrong with our stay — I asked for a refund on the cleaning fee. She said the place was clean. Uhh nope. Very very disappointing.

Spent four nights with friends over Thanksgiving weekend. Condo is large, clean, and well appointed. Beautiful view from patio overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The condo was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from our morning coffee on the patio by the fire pit to late afternoon cocktails in the same spot! Very nice to have the golf cart to scoot over to Ernie’s for lunch or dinner, and to the Pro shop for our golf. Deon was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions. Great trip!!

The house is in an amazing location. It was clean and we were treated well by the host. The very small complaint I would have is the front gate staff is not very friendly and the WiFi connection was spotty. I would 100 percent book here again.

This truly is my birthday paradise I have family in the UK, as well as Scottsdale Arizona when I turned 83 two years ago we stayed here in Deonn’s condo. This year I turn 85 and of course it was no other place for me and my family than this wonderful condo at PGA West it has everything you could want. Deonn is a joy to work with. I needed to add more names for people coming to visit, Deonn took care of that immediately. And everything you see in the pictures is just the way it is. The kitchen is amazing.
There were six of us and plenty of room for everyone.
The family enjoyed the golf cart several times, and the grandkids in their early 30s, had lots of fun on the bicycles.
Book early, she fills up fast.

The house was spacious and comfy, nicely decorated with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains. Nice outdoor patio for dining and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Could not ask for a better rental. The communication with Deonn was easy as pie and the residence itself had everything we needed for a very comfortable few days. Would recommend Deonn and this rental to everyone!

Everything was perfect! The property was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was spotless. The host was very responsive and had everything about our stay organized and communicated to us well in advance. It truly felt like staying in a home rather than just a rental property. The golf cart a was also a nice addition. I will absolutely stay there again when I’m in the area.

Comfortable and clean property. Owners are very responsive. Only problem was that the cable TV (Spectrum) did not work. We did not have time to deal with Spectrum directly.

This house was really big and comfortable for our group. We are a family of 5 and bedrooms and bathrooms are large and lovely. The areas for gathering, Kitchen/tv room were so comfortable. Really enjoyed coming back here after the family wedding and relaxing. The bikes and golf cart are a nice touch as well. The view out to the golf course was breathtaking.

The location, home and view are wonderful! We were in Palm Desert to go to a wedding and the home is so conveniently located to everything you need. The owner was prompt in response, really accommodating, and kind. The golf courses are incredible as well. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Stayed for weekend 2 of Coachella 2023. Host was very communicative and provided all the information needed to check in far in advance of check in so that we were prepared.
Home was clean and exactly as described and seen in the listing.
It was a quiet space even considering all of the activity happening in the area. We felt safe and were able to get plenty of rest between days at the festival.

The host was extremely responsive and the place was immaculate! Deonn gave detailed instructions for everything and was very responsive (I'm talking within minutes!) for any questions that I had. Spacious 3 bedroom with queen or king beds in each room -- very clean, comfortable and I would return here happily!

The location was ideal for golf and we enjoyed the views from the patio. We took advantage of using the golf cart and bikes that were provided. Also picked some grapefruit from the tree in the yard. Very good!

Deonn's PGA West property is a dream. This property is welcoming and warm. All rooms and restrooms have all essentials stocked up and available. 3 very cozy and spacious rooms available. Property backs up to the 16th hole's tee box. Community pool is two houses down. Easy access. There is access to a golf cart as well as bikes.
Deonn was a great host. Directions were clear. Communication was great. Checking in was easy and efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything as described, nothing to not like. Plenty of room for six, but we loved it for just the two of us. American Express tournament started whilst we were there which was a bonus.
