Beautiful home with every possible accessory. Fantastic view of one of best Cays channels. Great owner and property manager family members. Had one minor problem at beginning and manager responded with all new equipment and surplus of gas cylinders. Allowed us to attend graduations, celebrate birthdays and our 60th wedding anniversary and totally relax in between. Would love to return..

Was looking for a dog friendly property to stay for 2 months in San Diego area. This fit the bill, updated one level, easy access, and dog parks nearby. Deck overlooking the marina was nice, firepit and BBQ were used when the rain stopped, and propane was replenished as requested into second month. February was quite chilly though, bring warm clothes. Master bathroom could use a space heater, but Amazon delivered quickly and a little heater did the trick. Big space, comfortable for 6 people no problem, Bedrooms had nice linens and pillows, and owner provided Amazon delivery of mattress pads when asked as the beds were a little firm for us and our adult kids that came for a short visit. Bathrooms were nice, with comfy towels, Bath and Bodyworks supplies, toilet paper etc. Kitchen had most everything needed, nice pantry to use for long stays. Washer and Dryer worked fine, lots of games and kids toys if you need. Beach towels as well. Huge tvs, including bedrooms Netflix and Prime seemed to be included. Can login on your own apps as needed. Live sports seemed to be difficult to find, but I think the Youtube worked for the Superbowl so husband was happy. Never did figure out the sound system though. Kayaks were good, used them right off the boat dock in front, lifejackets supplied. Dog facilities nearby with bags and garbage made it very easy as well. Rode our bikes into Coronado Cays north, and south into Imperial Beach area, along the bikepath next to the main highway.

My husband and I rented the property. The home is perfectly set up for beach time, boat time. We actually brought our boat over and could dock right in front of the house. We had our kids and grandkids down. My granddaughters are under 2. My only concern was them being able to go out the front door and down to the dock. We figured a way to block them in, so it all worked out perfectly. The house has everything you could possibly need, except a kuirig. Brought my own. I really can’t say enough about the home and the area. My husband was only down on the weekends. But I felt safe there with the windows open at night. Very very Happy with our stay

Super relaxing month in this beautiful property. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and amazing views from the patio! Easy parking, pool and pickle ball courts. Perfect location with beach, bay, restaurants, shopping, entertainment minutes away!!

The waterside patio is a great spot to relax, BBQ and have an evening drink around the gas firepit. Watching the live air show from the local Navy base was pretty impressive as well. The community pool and hot tub were great for the kids and adults and the location half way between Coronado and Imperial Beach was perfect for long walk or bike ride and easy to get anything needed. The kids certainly enjoyed the "movie theater" like big screen and surround sound when downtime was needed. Kayaks, stand up paddle board and boogie boarding were all great to have available and the game closet offered more games than anyone would have time for with all the other fun amenities!
