This hidden hideaway was emaculate & decorated exactly how I would've if I had a place like this. Bed was the best, so comfy. Had EVERYTHING we needed. (Even a keurig) Only thing that would've made it perfect would've been a hot tub outside under the grill area. We rode our bikes around the island dailey & felt very safe in doing so. What a great place to relax & get some sun! Loved it!

Our family enjoyed the cottage for our fall break getaway. It had everything we needed and could not have been more perfectly located. It was an easy walk, maybe 3 blocks, to the beach. Lighted crosswalk on main road for safety. Quiet streets, no noise to keep us up. Easy trips to Savannah, Fort Pulaski, Bonaventure cemetery and the Tybee strip. The decor was beautiful and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

OUTSTANDING communication from the rental company. Never has a vacation rental called me prior to confirm/review details, provide useful information and answer any questions. Check in was a breeze with very clear details provided in advance. Very well stocked kitchen, with labels in cabinets and drawers. Deck is rather large, with a bright sunny space with Adirondack chairs at the front, a nice screened in section in the middle and a quiet space off the back bedroom. Furnishings were rather comfortable (although we did not spend much time indoors). Bathrooms were a good size. Appreciated the motion activated light outside. The street is a dead-end and VERY dark, so be prepared with your cell phone flashlight if walking. Beach access is not too far, however be aware you will need to cross a busy road to access. Parking space is smaller and parking tight through the island and in Savannah. We flew in and just used a ride share company. We tried a local cab company but they had no drivers til later in the day. On one occasion, ride share was there in 6 minutes, another it took 23 minutes. We rented bicycles for 2 days, plenty of space to park and keep them up. We did travel off season and restaurant hours varied quite a bit too. Plus the grocery store closed at 8pm. All in all, a great stay and we will be back.

I LOVED this house! I could live there!!! Very quiet and private, and it had everything we needed. Walk to beach wasn't too bad. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was just as listed on the site. About a 4-5 block walk to the beach is all. Very clean property, beds were good, plenty of kitchen items and overall just as we were hoping to find it. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

We loved the house. Every day I was finding something new to look at. Tybee itself did not seem very tourist friendly with all the very expensive parking. We rented a golf cart which I’m sure cost me more than using our vehicle but it made me feel better than paying $7 for 2 hours. All in all was a great vacation.

The property totally fit the bill for our small group of three. The cottage was nicely decorated, had comfortable furnishings and updated appliances. We would recommend for any small group.

The home was very nicely decorated, with a very large patio, half covered and half open. It's on the quiet sounds side of Tybee, but still just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Check-in and check-out were done without in-person interaction, which is how it should be in COVID times.

Clean, neat property in quiet neighborhood. Good walking distance from the beach.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Quiet, well-stocked property. Fun decor. Comfortable bed. Short walk to the beach. Do use the fan if you shower in the middle bathroom to prevent the smoke alarm from sounding.

Perfect size and location. My family felt at home. Decor was fantastic.

This was a great experience....treetop cottage is one of the best house's I have experience in Tybee. And, the weather is amazing...not too hot and sunny.

A relaxing oasis with wraparound deck up in the trees. Super comfortable beds and furnishings. Easy access to the beach. Great walks along creekside too. Tybee and the Treetop Cottage are a great place to chill.

My friends and family come to Tybee Island 3-4 times a year. We absolutely love it! So much that we got married there last year! This time especially great because we stayed at the treetop cottage! It was wonderful, it was close to the beach, roomy and the decor was beautiful! We will definitely use Tybee vacation rentals again!!

tree tops was a nice cottage everything was great, but you are staying next door to the owner of the property did not like this arrangement he gave me a hard time about using the grill , I will not stay here again and its too far away from the south end of the beach, this is where all the places to eat are, the stores are on the south end also .

This place is perfect for 4.I think would be a bit tight for 6 but could do! The porch is so big and perfect to sit out and relax. We enjoyed the place & Tybee and will def be back. Also so great with Savannah being so close. Thank you!

Our family of 4 spent a week at this property and it definitely worked for us. It was our first time staying at a vacation rental property so I was holding my breath not knowing what to expect. This cottage was as advertised and the information we received from Tybee Vacation Rentals both leading up to the trip and throughout was very helpful. We would do it again.

This property was perfect for us. We loved the deck. The location was a few blocks from the beach but was in a quiet neighborhood area which is just what we were looking for.

Fun in the sun! Won the 5k race for 60 year old age group. Met great people...Danced the night away...And the Treetop was the best... Thank you for Tybee fun...
