Overall, a great property, as advertised. The only issue was the internet, which was not working for part of the stay. Spoke with property manager who informed me that this was a building-wide issue that was being addressed in the near future. Other than this issue, no complaints and had a great time staying here duringm y trip to Aspen

Overall great rental! The location was very close (easily walkable) to all the essentials & famous Aspen entertainment/hospitality. Balcony over the river provided tranquility & privacy! Not having an elevator was the only single concern some folks might have, but easily outweighed by being on the 3rd floor with those beautiful beamed, vaulted ceilings & Mountain View’s! Tastefully remodeled baths & kitchen were in perfect shape, the later having all conceivable necessities to prepare full family meals. The unit became as comfortable as our home in a matter of days!! The amenities, especially the steam shower & huge outdoor jacuzzi were perfect after amazing days skiing, while rare in-unit washer/dryer is super convenient! Brian & his entire team were A+ from reservations, suggestions, assistance, cleaning (Abigail & team are spectacular & came daily to quickly tidy up) & the single unforeseen shower head repair that was seemingly magically resolved by the time we returned home! Great overall experience & already rebooked for next year & hopefully more!! This is a great property!

Lovely updated condo. We enjoyed our stay and especially sitting on the balcony listening to the river below. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the grocery store was so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Chateau Roaring fork was just right, in the right location, easy access, pool was great, and the property manager was very easy and responsive to deal with. even had a box fan and humidifier in each closet for the nights it got hot! I would recommend this condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we continue to love the location and amenities. The condo is well-equipped with all the kitchen equipment needed to cook for a family, the beds are comfortable and our sons especially enjoyed having the ski locker and hot tubs for apres ski. It's unusual to have daily maid service at a VRBO and it was so nice to come back to clean towels and a spruced up condo everyday. While I don't love the African themed decor (not what you think an Aspen vacation home would have), the condo more than makes up for it with the lovely views of the river and mountains, the super convenient location and clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We'll be back!

This condo was in the perfect location - walk to the mountain, grocery store, and shops. Also right on a bus route. There was lots of space, and the kitchen was well-appointed. We loved our stay!

Really nice place for the 6 of us. Would have liked more cooking basics, other than salt and pepper. Lots of cooking utensils though. 2 blocks from grocery store and 3 blocks from gondola.

Property was as depicted. Brian and property management company were very responsive and super to work with. Great location. Really nice visit!

Great location

Brian was an amazing host. He provided a ton of information prior to check in and made the process streamline. I cant say enough good things about the property. we had daily cleaning and it was spotless - also every amenity you needed. The only thing i can possibly add to the listing is that the pictures dont even do it justice! Its more beautiful in person!

One thing I liked a lot about Roaring Fork was its location. It was really great to walk back after a big meal in the cool evening Aspen in air. The lodging was perfect. Hot tub nice (and newly remodeled). We may stay there annually. Mattresses were very firm.

We were in Aspen for a wedding and the condo was all that was all that we could hope for: great location, upscale amenities, enough room for 6 adults.

Nice condo, clean and well equipped. Property manager Brian was outstanding and quickly responded to minor requests (minor repair, housekeeping, etc.) The deck overlooking the Roaring Fork was great. One of the nicest spots in Aspen. We would have preferred a private deck instead of one that was shared with our neighbors, but it did not turn out to be an issue. The few people we saw were friendly, quiet and respectful of neighbors nearby. Our only issue was with the bedrooms overlooking the parking lot. In summer we sleep with the windows cracked open for air. Unfortunately, we were awakened almost every day between 6 and 7 am with the sounds of trunks or car doors slamming or car alarms going off or folks talking as they made an early departure. This probably wouldn’t be an issue in winter with the windows closed. But without AC, you will want the windows open in the summer.

We like the size of the complex; not too big and the location on the river is excellent. The pool area is quite nice as well. The separation of the bedrooms in the unit works out quite nicely for privacy.

Property manager and housekeeping staff were uniformly responsive and easy to work with. Location is great - quiet but close to stores, restaurants, etc. A most enjoyable stay.

Great location a few blocks from dining, shopping and skiing. A few issues leading up to the reservation, but the rental company was quick to address.

We had continuous plumbing issues and had to wait 24 hours for repairs. It would be nice if unit supplied basic spices,I.e. salt. No cleaning products to wipe down counters or baths. Location and unit were good.

A great, comfortable place close to town. It’s also well run. Our stay was as smooth as silk.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It is on the east side of town, which made it very convenient to walk to restaurants & shops. Its is a beautiful updated condo with plenty of room. Nice updates which include heated bathroom floors and a steam shower. We will definitely stay here again.

Easy walking distance to all of downtown Aspen and the lifts. Balcony right over the river and well equipped kitchen.
