We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was beautifully updated, well-appointed with everything you could need, and it was so clean when we arrived! The view is the best, waking up every morning to a sunrise over the ocean, and watching the sunsets at night! Great location, it’s just a short drive from it to all the great restaurants and attractions in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I wanted a relaxing and memorable getaway and this fit the bill. We’ve always been beach bums and this had to be our best beach trip to date. The proximity to the beach is superb and it wasn’t horribly overrun with people. We could let our young boys run free and just enjoy being young. We hope to return again soon.

EXCELLENT location on the beach! The beach is gorgeous… wide and flat and sand is powdery soft. Clean and not crowded. The Sea Haven property including the pool and grounds are very well maintained. The unit itself had a fantastic view of the beach from the main floor balcony. Several nights we enjoyed dinner there. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, bakeware and small appliances. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have been updated beautifully. No TV in the master which I mention only because it was advertised as having one. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend this property. The owner was very responsive as well.

Everything about this condo is perfect. It is right on the beach with sweeping views of the ocean. We watched the moon rise every night from the spacious covered patio. Just a short walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. The condo is so clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with beach decor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There are two great restaurants directly across the street. You are just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. I could go on and on... I wish we could've stayed all summer 🌞

Wonderful stay at the beach. Lynn is a great host and responded to questions immediately. The condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed surroundings were very quiet other than the waves crashing the beach! The outdoor patio is incredibly comfortable and the views are just as pictured If not better in person. Thanks Lynn for a great time. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

My husband, 9-year-old daughter and I stayed here for a few nights and loved it. The location is peaceful and beautiful, the view is amazing, and there’s nothing better than sleeping with the sound of the ocean directly outside your window. This is random, but my husband was especially impressed by the tools and dishes in the kitchen, especially the sharpness of the knives. It makes a difference when you’re trying to cook at “home.” The only thing I didn’t quite expect were the stairs. It’s a second-floor, two-story unit, so there were lots of ups and downs. Not a big deal, but may be for someone who has mobility issues. We’d totally stay here again.

When I was searching for a rental near St. Augustine Beach for my family of five (3 kids), I wanted a king size bed and a view of the ocean. Lynn's condo had that, and did not disappoint; the master bed/pillows/linens were very soft (great nights' sleep) and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely amazing--we enjoyed the balcony almost as much as being on the beach itself. It felt like a private view and we spent most of our free time there, eating meals, reading, playing card games, talking & chilling with beverages as the sun set, etc. This was our second time vacationing in St. Augustine, and although our previous stay was technically on St. Augustine Beach (close to the Publix), our stay at the Sea Haven complex was even better because the walk to the beach and the pool was easier/shorter/more convenient and the beach itself was less crowded. (Note, the whole stretch of beach is exactly the same along the coast, so driving a little further south was not a big deal--I initially wondered if we should be further north, but it's all the same and only 7 mins from Publix, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. and about 25 mins from downtown St. Augustine). For the kids, we were happy to have boogie boards and buckets & shovels, along with beach chairs and an umbrella (both on the small size but work just fine). The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find spices, Pam cooking spray, a stainless steel water bottle, and a double broiler/veggie steamer--little things that we needed. I also appreciated Lynn's communication and availability on text, disposable supplies (toilet paper, roll of paper towel, laundry detergent, hand & dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toiletries), extra blankets, beach towels, First Aid kit, parking space directly in front of the condo/stairs, a keyless entry, the nest thermostat, and Netflix (we logged into our own account). If we plan another vacation, we're definitely staying here again! Thank you so much, Lynn!

This was a very relaxing place for our family to stay. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was fantastic!! The beach was like we had our own private beach and could even drive on it which was nice. Sleeping to the ocean sounds was probably our favorite thing.

This condo is fantastic! Perfect unobstructed view of the ocean! Owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend this property!!! We will be back!!

This was our first time staying at this location. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and well kept rental. Everything was exactly or better than described and pictured. I loved that there were stick vacuums ready for use upstairs and downstairs to keep the hard surface flooring feeling clean. The master bed was very comfortable. I did really miss having a television in the master bedroom though. The only thing I would have changed really. The grounds and pool were kept nice and clean at all times. The View... Oh the View!! I absolutely loved the panoramic beach and ocean view from the balcony as well as from the large master bedroom windows upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We had a great week! Summer vacation with our college age kids. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved having laundry right there so we could take everything home clean. This condo is on the beach! Lovely pool. Very clean condo! Would definitely recommend this property!

The property was perfect for my family. Close enough to St. Augustine to do and see all that the Oldest City has to offer. Yet far enough to have a very quiet beach and relaxing stay. The pool was nice too. We would have liked to have more towels. Overall it is a great property and a good value.

Property was wonderful with a priceless view and easy access to the ocean. The place was very clean and we felt right at home and it contained all the dishes we needed and then some. Master bed was very comfortable with the same great view. We spent lots of time sitting on the patio watching the waves, birds, turtles, and people. Area was very quiet even with lots of families in the various units. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time with several easy trips into the St. Augustine area for the history, dining, and site seeing. Would definitely love to rent this unit again someday!

It was our first time in St. Augustine, and the condo was great! We walked the beach in front of the condo every day and it goes for miles and miles. Then we would swim in the pool and go into town for dinner (the Beachcomber is so delicious!). The view on the balcony and the sound of the waves was exactly what we were looking for in our vacation! We had our bikes with us too, and went golfing twice. The condo is decorated beautifully and we didn't lack for anything in the kitchen! Would highly recommend this condo as a GREAT vacation spot to enjoy all that St. Augustine offers!

Literally everything about this property is perfect. You know how there's always that ONE thing that you wish was different? Nope. Not here. Condo? Immaculate. Furniture? Super comfy. Decor? Perfect. Kitchen? Fully stocked. Linens? Awesome; fluffy towels and good sheets. The best is saved for last - THE VIEW. The balcony offers an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean. Open the huge slider and feel the breeze and hear the waves. The master bedroom offers the same view, plus the comfiest bed I've ever slept on in a rental. Open the window at night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The beach walkway is right at the end of the building, taking you to white powdered sugar sand and the perfect swimming waves and beautiful water. The property manager is ever-available, friendly and super helpful. This place is a 10/10. Book it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo during our time in St. Augustine. Everything was very clean and the condo itself had lots of room and was stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with a great view from the balcony. It also was only about a 15 or 20 minute drive to the Colonial Quarter and other attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores were also within a short drive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable!! I highly recommend!!

We just returned from our stay and really enjoyed the property and location. The condo was very well maintained and extremely clean upon arrival. Check-in/out instructions were well-communicated and simple. The property is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach. This area of the beach is quiet & not crowded, so great for social distancing. The ocean breeze & views from the shaded patio were amazing. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner outside each day. We definitely plan on returning. Highly recommended for couples or a small family looking for a beach getaway.

Loved our stay at Sea Haven and thought the condo was perfect . The hosts were amazing to deal with were so flexible in making some adjustments for us when we needed them. This condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay including marvellous vistas over the beach. We will be returning next year!

One of the easiest rentals we have done in a long time. No waiting to check in at a front desk. The condo is beautiful and modern. No outdated wicker furniture here. You can actually enjoy sitting in the living room, with the comfortable couch. They have everything you need for a beachfront stay. So glad we rented here and will return again.

I can’t recommend this condo enough. Working with the owners was a wonderful experience and the home was clean and welcoming. The listing was accurate yet still exceeded our expectations. I’m very appreciative for the no pet and no smoking rules. It’s shows that the owners love their home and take care of it. Our family had a great time and I’m hoping to return next year!

This was our second stay, and we plan to go back next year, because it really is perfect for our family. The condo is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a spectacular view, and the beach has the softest sand and is so private. We can set up on the beach and have no one close to us or in front of us. The tidal pools are full of life. We saw a live starfish and a baby stingray--firsts for us. We watched dolphins from the balcony and counted pelicans--37 in one squadron. There are plenty of DVD's--we enjoyed Slumdog Millionaire and Collateral. And there's a good restaurant right across the road--Viola's. The city has much to offer and is a short drive away. I would recommend touring the Fountain of Youth, and just walking across the Bridge of Lions, looking at the bay and all the boats. It's our favorite beach, and our favorite beach condo of all the places we have stayed, and we have been going to the beach as a family for sixteen years. My children are adamant about going back to Seahaven next year. I would highly recommend the place; just don't book it for our week next year!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautifully appointed condo! The property was immaculate and the oceanfront location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (and the use of chairs and sun umbrella!) and also the on-site pool. We also loved the stylish decor and updated bathrooms (beautiful tile work). The owner was friendly, quick to respond to emails, and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Unfortunately very intense air freshener smell. Makes it hard to breathe for people with respiratory issues and allergies.
