Traveled to Florida with family for the interment of my father. Stayed 9 days. Large and spacious house. Kitchen is in great condition and extremely well stocked with dishes, pots/pans & utensils. Only missing a cheese grater. Bathrooms were all functional and in good condition. House cleaners need to move furniture when cleaning. Area under sofa was very dirty with lots of food scraps, popcorn, hair ties... Bedspreads and throw pillows have stains and need to be replaced. All blankets need laundering. Carpet is in all bedrooms and is in extreme need of replacing with numerous stains, rips and ripples. Paid extra to heat pool/spa but discovered heat was not working. Contacted property management who was very responsive. We lost 2 days of heat. No information was available regarding garbage or recycle collection days. No instruction for operation of the living room TV, which is different than ROKU in bedrooms. Someone had turned the cable box off so it took some troubleshooting before it was useable. No information was provided regarding entering the gated community or what is required for guests to enter. Also, each guard had different requirements. A little inexpensive TLC and some scrubbing could easily make this place a 5 star.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and when issues arose with the ac they were easy to get in contact with. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It was amazing better than expected would definitely stay again

The house was very nice & a great neighborhood. The listing was a bit misleading, it did not list the heat for the hot tub would be an extra expense & had to be set up prior to the visit. As well as the extra expense for the use of the bbq grill. Those should be made very clear to the renter. Other than that, it was close to the parks & attractions, we had a great time.

My family booked this property because we went to the parks and golfing. The house is very spacious and we had almost everything we needed. I'm a OCD cleaner and it was clean when we arrived but I also go in and clean before I unpack. There are only three TV's in the house - master bedroom, queen bedroom and living room. The directions are a must - these were included in a binder on the table. The trash situation was a little tricky because we arrived late night on a Sunday and the cans were already full. Monday we got up early went straight to Disney and the cans were still full when we got home - trash wasn't emptied until Tuesday. We prob could have called the management company but didn't. We weren't in the rental a lot and didn't have much trash. The hot tub did not get warm - again we have teenagers and they were perfectly fine with the pool. I felt like the area was safe and didn't hear or hardly saw any other neighbors. We played several rounds at the Falcon's Fire Golf Club and was impressed with the pricing for a round of golf. We did venture to downtown Orlando and had dinner at Kres Chophouse and it was delicious. We're from Nashville so this steakhouse was your typical modern edgy restaurant not for little kids.

The pictures for this property does it absolutely NO justice ! It was beyond our expectations! Check in was a breeze and out as well !! Very clean and the kids loved it literally from the time we pulled up !!!! I would definitely stay here again !!!!

My family and I stayed at this property for Christmas. The property was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. There were dirty pitchers under the cabinet and some of the sheets weren’t clean but those were easy fixes. The price of the property was reasonable for the time spent there as well.

We were told we broke a tv (cracked screen that could only be seen if tv was turned on apparently) and would not be refunded our damage deposit. The tv in this particular bedroom was never used during our stay. Two adults occupied the room and never had a need to be near the tv as we were rarely there. Owner and property manager were to investigate whether the cleaning lady may have damaged the tv. I have not heard back from either. Beware the pool and hot tub need to be heated for an additional cost per day. House was nice. Neighborhood was ok. Very disappointed in being accused of breaking a tv, not receiving my damage deposit and not receiving a response back from owner or property manager. I would not rent again due to this.

Plus the pool heat actually heated the pool in December! My family and I enjoyed using that on Christmas Day! Well stocked and over all wonderful! I’d recommend and stay again! (Also beds are comfortable!!!!!)

Wow! They have thought of everything! In our 9 years of staying in short term vacation rentals, including owning two of our own in the Caribbean. we have never seen such a well-organized, well-managed and CLEAN place. There were only two of us, but this home can accommodate a big family comfortably. There were at least 10 towels just for the pool, 6 laundry baskets, high quality washer and dryer, tons of glasses, dishes, utensils. Everything worked perfect, including the air conditioning and dishwasher. There were even umbrellas in the hallway which we ended up using one night for a walk around the area. Note: all restaurants and stores are at least 10 to 12 minutes away by car (as is everything in this area), so if arriving late, strategize accordingly. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back soon!

This was my first time using this rental company (VRBO) and was not pleased about how booking/payment was conducted for my rental. It was a little difficult to reach the owner to be honest, but when I arrived at the house my expectations were beyond met. The house look like the pictures on the website and even better in person. The house was clean, well decorated, spacious, kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need, plenty of pool towels, and nice beds. There was a little issue with sugar ants in the foyer by the hallway to the right and on the dresser in the room with bunk beds, but nothing to get upset about. It is Florida and it's hot, so take some Raid! Property management was quick to take care of any issues in a timely manner. My family would definitely like to stay here again. Beautiful home!

This house was very beautiful and very well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to feel that you were at you own home. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of space, a nice kitchen area and was very clean. Our family took advantage of the cool table in the living room that was a chest full of games and puzzles. The pool and outdoor area was very nice as well. We truly enjoyed our stay here!!

The home was perfect for our group of six, and we had everything we needed. We were able to easily cook meals with everything provided in the kitchen. There were ample towels and pool towels for everyone, and with 4 bathrooms, there was never a wait for the necessities of life. Enough seating and eating spots, and a great selection of games. We were close to Disney and grocery stores...and the information book on the property was explicit and helpful. The ONLY thing we missed was a lounge chair at the pool, but we still enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone, and this will be our first choice for future visits!

The home was spacious, the master bedrooms mattress was super firm almost like sleeping on the floor. One of the rooms had sugar ants in the dresser drawer. Which was not a big deal but would be nice to exterminate all areas. I have small children so we were out all day and one night we used the pool. Of course, my three year old screams/laughs a lot while playing. Well the neighbors called security. So if you have children these community is not for you; great for adults with no children because they do not want noise at all.

Very pleased with the experience. We needed to make an emergency trip to visit my ailing mother just before the Christmas holiday . Kristopher understood our situation and was extremely accommodating. The property was wonderful . The furnishings appeared new , the decorations were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware , utensils and glassware. The appliances were new and we loved the kitchen layout as it was a good place to congregate. We had our family of five live very comfortably. We would love to return under better circumstances and stay during vacation at this property to enjoy the pool and amenities the complex offers.
