The property is in a great location and well laid out, tastefully decorated with lots of room for guests to move around. The kitchen was fully stocked with prep supplies and appliances. Loved the outside living space, several late evenings were spent outside there star-gazing. Beach club and bay access was excellent and within short walking distance. Would definitely consider re-booking this condo for future visits to the Big Island. You won't be disappointed.

Also compared to some other condos, expected a bit more beach stuff like beach chairs, beach umbrella maybe, but none were in the condo.Overall, a very nice stay, we would be back though would prefer something beach front... Well, looks like most if not all beach front properties in Kolea are much bigger (4 bdrm?) so this is still a nice one.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo was clean and spacious as depicted and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and pool. We loved our stay here, the kids didn’t want to go home, and can’t wait to come back someday!

The condo was very clean and in great condition. The Lani was comfortable and the BBQ was very nice to have available. The manager was always available and responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and oil. The only thing that might make it better would to have more seating in the living room, the sofa is a little cozy for 3 adults. The pool is great for families. We enjoyed the condo very much.

Kolea is one of our favorite spots to stay, so close to A Bay. This condo was great - very comfortable and well-supplied - full sized shampoo & conditioner and more TP than we could use. Having the grill on the lanai was so convenient - just wished there was a bigger outdoor table to eat our meals there. Nothing was lacking in the kitchen - loved the Brita water pitcher and the well-stocked spice cabinet. We also were impressed with choices for wine glasses. We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels and snorkel/fins every time we walked to A Bay. Only had 1 pool card and our gate code didn't work on arrival - this was quickly fixed by our on-island host. Already looking forward to returning to Kolea in April for Lavaman (fingers crossed it won't be postponed yet again.)

We absolutely loved our stay here at this condo! It had everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. The beach was a 5 min walk, plenty of places to walk and explore. Walking distance to all the shops near by. The condo was quiet and peaceful. The whole condo felt brand new, it was a perfect vacation and we will definitely be coming back to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kolea! The condo is nestled towards the back of the complex but it’s right next to the walking path that takes you to the beach! The garage unit is full of anything you would need for the beach and made staying at the beach very enjoyable! The kids loved the boogie boards! Easy walk to luaus and restaurants … and not too far from Kona for more things and Target. Highly recommend!

Good experience staying in 16E, very responsive property manager. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was comfortable. We spent many hours out on the lanai when we were “home”. Would stay again.

We had the most amazing week here in Hawaii, this condo was everything plus more! All the kitchen items you would need to cook an entire meal, prep, clean, appliances are high end, towels were provided, washer and dryer nice to have in unit. The location was perfect, short walk to beach and the famous Lava Lava Restaurant, access to private pool, small cardio gym. I wish we could have stayed longer and would not hesitate to book this again in the future.

This has to be the best condo I have ever stayed in. The condo itself is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could think of. Just bring food and you are all set. Absolutely loved the outside kitchen area.

My wife and I enjoyed this condo during our stay on the Big Island. It was just as it is shown in the images. It is very nicely appointed and the kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home, and the grill on the lanai was a great addition. It also comes with all the beach goodies you need to take advantage of the nearby beach. The pool within the community is also very nice and was a great alternative when you get beached out. It is in the back end of the community and does not have a water view, which was unfortunate, but it appears that only the larger three bedroom units line the water side of this development. All in all, I would recommend this unit and would stay again.

Outside kitchen on the patio allows you to enjoy the view as well. Short walk to a quiet beach which is protected by off shore reef. Watch the many varieties of fish in the traditional fish pond. A short walk on the beach leads you to resorts and a shopping centre which has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Very beautifully appointed. The condo had beach chairs, towels, etc. The area is very walkable and we walked every morning. It was a short walk to the beach club which had a pool, exercise area and a small sand lake for little people. A gate here leads to the beautiful sandy beach, where turtles and once a Hawaiian Monk Seal was. We would recommend this condo and are hoping to book this for another vacation.

The unit at the Waikoloa Kolea Village is wonderful. It is a quiet, walkable area, with access to the Beach Club and the beautiful sandy beach. This totally stocked unit is spacious with high end finishes throughout. Beach chairs, umbrellas etc, are also included for our use. Beautiful lanai to sit at and restaurants and shops a short walk away. Highly recommend this area, and this beautiful unit.

This lovely condo embraces you as you enter. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need to whip up a delicious meal, and the decor and furniture is comfortable and beautiful. We spent hours on our lovely balcony chatting and eating. It was a great spot in sun and rain, and we had rain on our stay. The beach is a short walk away, but we also just enjoyed walking around on the lava trails too. Thank you for a lovely stay-- and hope that the new owners will also offer it to visitors.
