Excellent location, quiet, felt like home. Enjoyed every minute we were on property! Fantastic beautiful beach!

This condo couldn't have been any more perfect! It had anything you could possibly need.was located in the middle of complex,halfway to pool and half other way to beach,which was devine!!!! Gated property so felt extremely safe and was not crowded at all!!!we will absolutely stay there again.thanks sonia for a wonderful trip!

Knowing that (on our first visit to the island) we would be exploring the northeastern part of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque, we sought a place to stay anywhere between San Juan and Fajardo. For a family of five, hotels are often a challenge, because they typically limit occupancy in standard rooms to four people. And hotel rooms--particularly in San Juan--can be quite pricey! Enter VRBO. This property was perfect for us. It's on the coast, literally with a beautiful stretch of beach outside its gates, has a simple but nice swimming pool, and with a single bedroom but two bathrooms, is really more than sufficient for a family of 4-5. The property owner was very accessible, making it easy for us to take advantage of all her home had to offer. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a more quiet, off-the-beaten-path option compared to what you'll find in San Juan!

We booked this place because we knew from previous stays that the location is stellar. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and check in was super easy. This is a first floor unit which is very convenient to access the beach

Owner was very responsive to our needs. Beach short walk and restaurants within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again if we return to laquillo/ fajardo area.

We just spent a week at this place Jan15-22 2023. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation. The beach is literally 3 mins walk and the pool is 30 seconds away. The send on the beach is perfectly smooth. There was no seaweed in the water at all. The lagoon is shallow So You can walk easily 50-80yeards in to the water befor it gets deep. In the water there is nothing but send (no rocks or anything else) you don’t need water shoes here. The entire complex was very safe and quite. We had a car so transportation wasn’t an issue. Enjoy your vacation 😃

The property was not only in a perfect location, but it had everything you need and was just amazing. It had sand toys and games for the family, all cooking utensils, beach towels, beach caddie. Just about anything you could think of, this place had. Along with easy access through the back patio to the beach and pool. Sonja was always on top of everything. She responded within minutes of messaging her and very informative and helpful. Thank you, Sonja for helping us and letting us stay at your amazing property. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed every minute!! We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to PR!!

Of all the areas I've stayed in Puerto Rico, throughout the years, this is by far, the best. Just 30 minutes drive to SJU and just 5 minutes away for groceries, restaurants, bakeries, and entertainment in Zarzal, Palmer, and Luquillo. Also highly recommend El Verde BBQ as soon as you hit PR 3, coming from SJU.

Location and beach access were great. Pool was nice , as well. Had everything we needed. Little patio area was nice to sit out on.

I love Rio Grande and this is the perfect location,. access to the private beach makes it the ideal vacation spot. Sonia was very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

This apartment was in ideal location - beachfront property with many other beaches, restaurants, and El Yunque NF within a short drive. Everything was in great working order and Sonia made the check-in and check-out process very easy.

Relaxing and enjoyable time in this great place. Walking distance from the beach, quiet, everything clean and nice. Love it! The owner is very kind with the guests and makes your stay a special one. Sonia was an amazing host. When we were staying there were high tide warnings and she texted and alerted us to the warnings. She ensured that we were comfortable and safe. The property is about mid way in the complex. Very close to the beach, less than a 2 minute walk. There is a locked gate at the beach and guarded entrance at the front of property. The area is very safe. We had the beach to ourselves most days. Amazing trip and excellent property. Property has everything you need for your stay. Can't beat the value.
