First time staying in this unit however we visit SGI frequently and often stay at the Villas. We found the unit to be very well stocked and adorably decorated. We always like the easy beach access and quiet location. Thank you for another wonderful stay! We'll be back :)

We came for a long weekend and the property was just perfect! We could walk or bike to our favorite restaurants and the pool and beach were immediately accessible. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. Jenny was quick to respond with any questions and even brought paper towels and regular towels the next day to restock what was low. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to SGI.

Awesome communication with manager…great location - just a short walk to the pool, the beach, restaurants (and doughnuts!!) 😊 We would definitely rent from Jennifer again. The neighbors were considerate and kind - we had such a relaxing time! Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

Property and grounds were great.

We loved our time on St. George Island! The beach was not crowded, plus it was a short walk from our unit. We enjoyed renting bikes and walking to restaurants and shops. It was a perfect, low key vacation spot. Super relaxing!

The property was just as expected. Great location, clean and the communication with the property manager, Jenny, was wonderful. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Bath on third floor was a bit annoying. Didn't realize all the bathrooms were upstairs. Will stay at villas again, but on a ground floor unit. We left it cleaner than we found it. Actually found 10 flexeril pills under the couch.

This condo complex is very well maintained and so clean and neat. The pool was great and again very well maintained with lots of seating and umbrellas. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything you could want. Jennifer, the property manager is super and will go out of her way to do anything for you. Would highly recommend these condos but the only negative is the steep stairs. Lots of them and bathrooms are upstairs. But you get your workout so you can have another glass of wine.

St George Island is fun, and we went over to Appalachicola 3 days for even more eating/drinking/shopping! Great property, great vacation. We'll be back!

Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. However the cable tv was very bad. Channels went out and trying locate desired channels required excessive scrolling. No cable box which would have made finding channels much easier,

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jenny, the property manager is. We have rented a lot of beach properties over the years and have always had good experiences. NOTHING compares to this, though. Jenny is AMAZING. She's incredibly responsive and just overall wonderful. The property is in a great location, just steps from the beach. We loved staying there. The unit is okay and we would stay there again. The owner needs to be better about upkeep. It could use a repainting, but I don't really care about that. The shower heads are really bad to the point that they cause leaking that is dripping into the downstairs ceiling. They are now aware of this and hopefully will fix it. They are very limiting on the amount of toilet paper and paper towels they provide (two rolls of toilet paper total and one roll of paper towels), so just come prepared. Even with the above, we would not hesitate to stay there again. You can't be the location and proximity to the beach and Jenny takes great care of the guests. It was a perfect vacation!!!!

Furnished Beach towels and Beach chairs were appreciated. Villa furnishing are rather basic but clean. Villa needs to be repainted or in areas due to the extent of usage.

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhome is clean and attractively decorated and has everything you need. Great location, you can walk or bike or ride a golf cart pretty much anywhere on the island. Super close to grocery and the Blue Parrot. Nice pool, beach view. Also, I really enjoyed the games, videos, and books the owner has thoughtfully provided. Just a little extra! We would definitely stay again, but next time all our kids and their "others" want to come too. ;-)
