I wish I had more stars to give for the location! This is right in the heart of Old Town and yet tucked away and so is relatively quiet. It's got a small-ish kitchen, but is extremely well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

We just love Casa Azul. Super comfortable for us and the location is central to the activities we enjoy the most. Well appointed with everything we need for a stay. We highly recommend this property to folks traveling to Albuquerque looking for a first class experience.

Casa Azul is a perfect lil spot for a stay in Albuquerque. It is in a great location to frequent Old Town and all of the activity there as well as plenty of other great restaurants. Everything was clean and looks exactly like the pics. The outdoor patio area was great for having a morning cup of coffee while enjoying the sun. It was slightly cold when we were there so I can only imagine it's a perfect place for an outdoor meal in the warmer months. The owner was very accessible and available to help with any concerns. And hands down, one of the best parts of Casa Azul is the beautiful fireplace. It was great to end the day of being out and about with a nice drink just sitting in front of the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends who are traveling to the area.

A wondeful vintage home with beautiful private patio. Sooo New Mexican style with brick and tile floors and colorful southwestern art everywhere. Loved the fun Route 66 touches as well. If you are tired of staying in bland hotel rooms then this is the place. It is authentic and tranquil. It is right in Old Town where there are numerous little shops and my favorite restaurant on Church St. We were so comfortable staying in Casa Azul. Highly reccomend it.

Property is right in the heart of Old Town, comfortable and convenient, you can’t go wrong with Casa Azul. We had one small issue with the property while staying there and the property owner was there fixing it the same day, great service!

This casa was perfect for our stay in old town. The location is wonderful and close to everything that is old town. We can wait to visit again.

Despite the superlatives contained in all Casa Azul's 5 star reviews, it is impossible to do justice in words to this beautiful, soul-filled, peaceful and quaint casita existing literally in the middle of Old Town Albuquerque with all its spirit and beauty. A busy weekend wedding trip morphed into an unexpected and deeply appreciated 'retreat'.... Coming 'home' to Casa Azul was a treat each time I walked in the door. Many thanks and blessings to the owner Denise - not only for the care and attention you put into every detail; but especially your kindhearted, thoughtful and genuine desire to make me (and I know- every visitor!) feel at home... Beyond the fact that one couldn't possibly find a cozier, or more perfect place to stay ~Casa Azul will "kiss your heart" !!

Casa Azul is a beautiful house in a perfect location, just minutes from the Old Town Plaza, yet quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden after a busy day. Denise was a very responsive host. A great place to stay!

We were at the center of it all, at the same time it was quiet. We loved every single moment we stayed there and we could not believe we were fortunate enough to find this place. I highly recommend it and it is probably the most Albuquerque/New Mexico home you could ever stay at.

Casa Azul is a gem !! Awesome small home right in the center of old town!! Beautiful courtyard where you can sit and listen to live music from the gazebo on the plaza! Owner is fantastic and responds promptly! We can’t wait to return!!

We had a two week stay and it was wonderful! The house had everything we needed - to cook and "live". A step outside of the private courtyard has you in the heart of Old Town - we only got in the car once! Our host was a dream - easy to communicate with and an above and beyond host! Totally coming back! Absolutely 5 stars!!

Beautiful casita located in Old Town within walking distance to everything. Very clean and beautifully decorated plus this place is comfortable, with everything you might need and the price is nice!

5 day stay for a conference. We wanted a nice quote spot to escape to. We loved this property and it’s location. It’s nice to be somewhere it’s not super crowded at all hours. Walking distance to everything you need! The owner was very responsive to questions etc

Looking at the photos, you might think you were at the edge of a vast desert landscape with prairie dogs and sunsets. Actually you are in the center of touristic activities in Albuquerque, 2 minutes walk from one of the most fantastic restaurants in town, 1 minute from shops and coffee bars and dancing on the square. Yet, it's quiet, restful and insulated from the bustle. The host is meticulous and available, around the corner, actually. Everything is tip-top and beautiful, and if you like hummingbirds visiting you every morning and evening, you have it made!

The property was clean and cute and all we needed. My only comment would be that the directions to the property were challenging at night. One of the restaurants you noted was not visable at night and although we ultimately prevailed, it proved somewhat confusing.

We were looking for a quaint and relaxing 3-4 day stop to wind down after our son’s Vegas wedding on our way back to Texas, and Casita Azul was so perfect!! Not only because of the fantastic location right on Old Town Albuquerque Square, but more so due to Denise’s spot-on attention to every detail. Towels and toiletries at the ready, coffee for our first morning, everything you may need for your stay was thoughtfully set up for our arrival. We let her know we’d be arriving late, and Denise even stopped by to make sure the lights were on so we wouldn’t be bumbling in the dark. Our two little dogs were welcome and completely at home, they really loved the courtyard! And so did we! HIGHLY recommend!

Lovely property located steps away from everything in Old Town. Denise, our host was excellent. We spent the whole 3 days in Old Town and didn't leave in our vehicle at all.

A perfect cozy retreat where our puppy could safely roam free in the beautiful contained garden courtyard. Fully stocked home had every little thing we needed..even to have dinner for 8 guests! The bed was very comfy too. We also loved hearing the beautiful live music coming from the Old Town festivities . Truly a special place.

Very pleased with everything. Everything you could need in a kitchen for a longer stay. Everything just tha5 much better, larger washer and dryer, two heads on shower, lots of fluffy towels and washcloths. Only one issue with the internet and it was resolved immediately.

Everything was exactly right. From the location to the private courtyard, this casita was perfect! There was even a great park just steps away for walks with my dog! Highly recommend!

Casa Azul was one of the most delightful places we've ever stayed. The location is absolutely amazing...just steps from the Old Town Plaza. We walked to shops and restaurants. We also discovered the Lowes Market which was nearby, and carried all the organic brands we love. Denise was accessible to answer any questions, and has done a great job decorating the casita with amazing artwork. Be sure to visit The Romero Street Gallery just off the Plaza as you might get lucky and meet her and her mom there, as we did! We'll definitely return when we're able to get back to ABQ!

I had an excellent 9 night stay at Casa Azul. Location in the heart of Old Town was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Amazingl location! Walk to everything! The Pan Flute playing on the Plaza Saturday afternoon, while we enjoyed cocktails in the private courtyard, was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Clean, accommodating, and perfect! Thank you, thank you!!

We stayed at Casa Azul for 11 days for a workation. Everything was fabulous - the place has old-world charm with modern conveniences. It’s even lovelier than the pictures show. And the bed is soooo comfy! A beautiful fenced-in yard which was perfect for our doggie. Even though you’re right in the heart of everything, it’s private and quiet. Our host Denise was wonderful - she even let us know of a traffic jam on our way that we were able to avoid. 5++++ stars for Casa Azul!

Property was very clean. Location in Old Town was excellent. My wife and I had a very enjoyable time.

Casa Azul is brilliantly appointed, with comforts that go beyond expectations. There could be no more strategic location in Albuquerque: a two minute walk to Old Town Plaza's nightly entertainments, 30 seconds to the art museum, Columbian dinner next door. Two minutes by car to I-40. But, why go out? Stay in patio with its swing and umbrella table and watch the hummingbirds. Or, cook dinner on the grill. Denise, your host, makes sure you have all you need. This is by far our best VRBO stay.

The place had everything we needed and more! In a perfect location in old town Albuquerque. I was there for a conference being held at the Hotel Albuquerque and I was able to walk to the hotel from the casita. Highly recommend!
