The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process was flawless which was very helpful after a full day of travel. It was nice having 2 en suites upstairs along with the washer / dryer. We didn't use the upstairs deck, but the deck off the family room we used every morning and evening. This was an excellent property in a great location.

We loved having coffee in the mornings on the patio looking at the river. Location was great for walking to Riverside park, shopping and restaurants, also for walking right out to the trails on S mountain. The space was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Could not be happier. Place was huge, completely updated/new/remodeled, and much bigger than pics look. Right in the heart of downtown with a gorgeous view of the river. Two balconies. Seamless check-in and check-out. Not a single negative thing to say.

Corner Condo is perfectly situated downtown an easy walk to anywhere. It is nicely appointed with wonderful views.

The place was great, but the hot water heater broke on us twice. Maintenance fixed it once, but it went out again. Other than that the place was really great!

The location of this property really made the trip. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere around town from the apartment. We also enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. Overall a wonderful spot for the 4 of us.

Virtually EVERYTHING about this property is superlative; unquestionably the location, the security, the space amenities, the quality of the accommodations and the added perks of the game room and rooftop barbecue. The next door neighbor (Jill) is a treasure, let alone resource! The ONLY criticism: the TV system appears VERY rich, laden with availability, but it doesn't offer otherwise readily available channels, viz., ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. We actually had a local family member attach his Apple TV so we could access certain channels. Lots of exploration of the system available did not reveal what we were looking for (NFL games, NBA games, etc.). Can't say that we're novices. But....Otherwise, VERY comfortable and a rewarding experience. Location is superb for us as family members are all within 5" walking distance as are all the downtown shops. Seriously, already planning future dates! I sincerely hope that the owners don't price this out of range because it is so desirable. To see the Christmas Lights of the Salida "S" outside the river-facing windows is just a fraction of the delight of this property! I'll stop now........

The place was amazing! Perfect space for fun and food with friends. The location in town allowed for us to walk to everything we needed without issue. The view and the balcony were a plus on a gorgeous fall day!

Superb location, right by the river and all the cool spots in town! We loved this place!

One complaint: if we can't check in until 4pm, we shouldn't have to check out at 10:30am. It was a bummer to be rushed on the way out.

PROS: Beautiful condo with amazing riverfront views. The layout is great with en suite bathrooms on both of the upstairs bedrooms. The beds are comfy with nice linens. Great balconies for cozy cups of tea. CONS: The cleanliness was adequate, but not quite up to Covid standards. When pulling out the sleeper sofa it was obvious that the floors and under the cushions had not been vacuumed in some time. There were crumbs, candies and some toys collected underneath. I re-washed the extra sheets as they were musty and stained when I pulled them out to use. A recycling receptacle would be a really great item to offer guests. The biggest problem was that the elevator was out of service during our stay. My 80 year old father who has difficulty walking and uses a cane had an extremely difficult time with the multiple flights of stairs required to get to and from the rental unit. This was a huge disappointment. The elevator was one of the main reasons we chose this property and we only received notification that the elevator was out of service 2 days before our check in (well outside of any cancellation period), was really upsetting. Overall a great location and nice condo. Just be sure you/ your loved ones can deal with some serious stair climbing!

My whole family enjoyed the Eddy Out! The apartment is very spacious with fantastic mountain and river views. Coffee on the balcony watching the rafters and kayakers was a daily highlight. We will be back!

We stayed here for a weekend in early May and it was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable for access to the town and the river. The place was so lovely and comfortable, with everything we needed. The balconies over the river were so nice to relax on! We would stay here again!
