The room was very nice and the right size for a family. Loved having the two rooms and two bathrooms. Living and kitchen area was a great size. The location was nice. You can walk to restaurants and entertainment. We could watch fireworks from the balcony. The beach wasn’t too crowded.

The entire trip was a joy. The people are kind and gracious. The condo complex residents were welcoming and brought us into their “fold.” We can’t wait to return.

The property was as described. We loved being able to walk to everything close by and see the sun and moon rise from the deck.

The place was nice but I should have inquired more about the actual location of the condo in the building. With the parking across the street and the condo at the far side of the building made it a little difficult for us to come and go. It was not your fault! It was mine for not asking more questions about the place. My grandson is handicapped and my husband has Parkinson’s so we needed something closer to the elevator. Your place was nice just not the right fit for us.

We booked our stay in Carolina Beach for a second time with iTrip. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The customer service before and during our stay was great. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Our condo was just as described and very clean upon our arrival. They supply a few necessities - toilet paper, paper towels, soap- which makes for a nice arrival. Linens and towels were included which is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book through iTrip again.

We come to Carolina Beach every year and we loved this unit so much that we are already booked again for next year! We look forward to more cherished memories here. Thank you!

My family absolutely enjoyed our time here. First of all, the management team was so great at answering all of our questions, so detailed and fast. So we knew before we even arrived this would be a great time. When we got there we were blown away by the view and location. This property is so close to everything, like walking distance!! But you didn't even need to leave the unit to have a great time, the views in the morning, at night, any time were outstanding. And the property was very clean and well stocked! Thank you for a great time, highly recommend!!

It was good. Condo was smaller than it appeared on internet. But two bedrooms and each had their own bath which was great. Kitchen was small but adequate. And the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was amazing

My bff and I schedule a long weekend after Labor Day every year to catch up, enjoy the beach, have good meals and great evenings on the balcony. This year, we discovered Paradise Found! The condo was clean and well kept. Both bedrooms have a ensuite bathroom and the view from the balcony was amazing! There were lots of beach chairs and an umbrella but we splurged and had Pleasure Island Rentals set up chairs and an umbrella for us instead. I would definitely recommend staying here whenever you visit Carolina Beach!

Great location, steps to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was easy to contact for any needs. Clean and nicely decorated to make you feel like you’re at the beach.

The location of the property was perfect. The living room area of the property was small and the table was not suitable for a family of four. The cleanliness of the property was good. I have stayed at many Carolina Beach for years and have always booked through VRBO. This listing however, was connected with Itrip. I will continue to use VRBO in the future but not Itrip. Before my trip I had questions and just wanted to speak with someone over the phone but instead they chose to text and it was completely unprofessional and rude. I was even asked in the text messages if I wanted to cancel my reservation that was three weeks away. It would have taken less than two minutes to call me and when they did call the call was under two minutes. I did not contact them during my time at the property because of the experience prior. Then I wrote a review on their site and they texted me and asked me to change my review.

The condo was very clean and accommodating. It was a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!!

Location is perfect! We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai with our amazing view of the ocean! (And the fireworks) The provided beach chairs were a huge plus! Kitchen was well stocked although it would have been nice to have an extra frying pan. Want to rate it 5 stars, but the beds were super loud…we barely slept. (Note: they do warn that they only provide enough toilet paper to get you started. It was one roll per bathroom. Adjust accordingly.)

This property was amazing and accurately described. The view was spectacular from the balcony. Perfect walking distance to food, fun and entertainment. Very attentive to the matter that the microwave stopped working…..had another there and operational in 20 minutes. The condo was very clean and had lots of extra care taken for the stay. The communication was nice and was answered in a positive timely manner. You can tell there is pride taken in this rental I would recommend this to anyone and will stay again in the future. Great value!!

If you’re used to the fine life, this isn’t the place for you. This is a 5-star accommodation for the price point of this place. It would be great for a young family or 2 couples. It’s a pretty small place so even though there’s room for the couch bed to be pulled out, be prepared for an even tighter fit if you try to fit 6. You really can’t beat the location to the beach and to activities. It is right on the beach with the boardwalk taking you right to many restaurants, shops, and carnival-type rides. It was a safe enough area we felt fine letting our older teens go to the amusement area after dark on their own. The condo had the bare necessities- a couple pots, a skillet, some plates & cups. The microwave didn’t work while we were there, but there was a full oven & fridge. There was a coffee pot and coffee grounds, salt and pepper. There’s a washer & dryer and they provide some detergent. They have a great supply of beach supplies - chairs, umbrella, toys, etc., but no beach towels so bring your own. The pool was well-maintained with loungers. We had no trouble with parking nor getting in the place, though the door could only be opened and closed with an old-fashioned key that stuck pretty badly. The living room furniture had seen better days but met our needs. We never did figure out how to get the TV to work. The beds were comfortable enough though the squeakiest beds I’ve ever heard. One bedroom had an mini fan in it, which we appreciated.

My husband, daughter , her fiancé and I rented this condo for a long weekend in June. The condo is in a great location, well maintained, extremely clean and super cute! Everything we needed was provided but yo mention helpful instructions and reminded were posted throughout the residence. What I absolutely have to rave about though was the customer service I received. This is a family run rental gtijl and they could not have been mire accommodating! We were even offered an early check in for free! I will definitely be seeking them out again! Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property and itrip vacations!

Great location and beautiful beach. The condominium complex is questionable! Booked through Vrbo, the unit was managed by ITrips NC. Damaged interior, oven, and balcony furnishings. Fire Alarm system in building repeatedly went off resulting in night time evacuations, but no identifiable cause. Permantent residence of complex indicated that this has been an issue for a couple of months. Pool was poorly maintained. Small kiddy pool was closed, and according to some residence, not operational for a couple of seasons. Lamp in one bedroom was broken and socket was held in with duct tape. Lint trap in dryer appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time as it was full to the top. I informed iTripsNC of issues within 24 hours of our arrival. Though I received a response indicating acknowledgement, no one came to address any of the unit issues.

Place was not up to par, for the money we paid. We had to wait on someone to bring us a key when we got there which took over an hr and we were tired and hungry. Elevator was not working one day and my daughter was on crutches and we couldn’t get to our condo on the third floor. The place needs updating. One of the lamps in bedroom was ducktaped. Check in was terrible. No dishwasher who wants to do dishes on vacation. Door was hard to lock and unlock. Parking was inadequate. I feel as though I should get some refund, because I will not be recommending this place to anyone else. I have been on many vacations and I have never complained about any other place. This place looked completely different then it did online.

Very nice time! Carolina beach was new to me but this was so convey, close to everything and nice Bach access.

We were very pleased with the unit. It was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Only complaint was lack of seating inside and the chairs in balcony are cracked, usable but back is cracking. I would recommend to anyone. Would stay again but pups aren’t allowed. Listing said dog free building but it was not lots of fur babies.

You can park your car and walk everywhere. You’re located on the boardwalk and have great ocean views. The boardwalk lights at night made it perfect to sit outside. The unit was clean and comfortable. If you’rea light sleeper take the inside bedroom as the nearby Sea Witch may have live bands at night. Would definitely stay here again.

I need to start by saying I do not do reviews but feel this needs to be shared in hopes I can save someone else the expense, trip interruption and stress we endured while staying here. My husband I booked this place for a long Easter weekend visit with my son who is serving in the Army at Ft Bragg, he arrived ahead of us and checked in with the front desk, they gave him a pass for parking and told him to display in his truck, he placed it on his dash, brought his luggage up and then returned to his truck to make the drive to Wilmington airport to pick us up. We arrived back at the condo at 3:30 pm, hurriedly brought our luggage inside to change to get the beach, we were expecting a storm so had limited beach time. When we came back from the beach an hour and a half later his truck was gone, towed away. We had to get an Uber to pick up his truck, $26, and the tow company charged $250!!! This was a good portion of our spending money for the weekend, gone, because they said the tag needed to be hung on the rear view mirror. Not to mention no coffee filters, Beach towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper among many other things you’d find in a kitchen. The pool and hot tub were advertised amenities yet were “closed” - a pool in a building right next door was open and guests were enjoying it. The parking garage was “under construction” and we were not able to use it…ultimately leading to the tow. All and all we will DEFINITELY never be back to this building or iTrip again!
