Loved our unit and the location! Easy walk to the beach with very nice chairs and lounge chairs provided on the beach. I would love to stay there again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The home owners were fantastic communicators and we will definitely be back. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a family emergency. My husband and I could only enjoy 2 out of the 4 days. We were so heartbroken that we couldn’t enjoy more time at this beautiful home.

We loved this property! The condo is clean and spacious for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers, so having two bedrooms, each with its own bath was great). We had an issue with the dvd player, and Dan responded quickly to come over and fix it. The beach right on the property is awesome! The weather was not super cooperative, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great condo, and the owners were responsive with the couple questions I had before our stay. Plenty of room, good kitchen layout with big Table for eating and playing cards. Check in and parking easy. The pools on the property were heated, thank goodness because it was a cold and wet week to visit FLA! Already recommended condo to others. Thanks.

This is a great place to stay! The property overall was very nice, clean, parking was easy, Check in was a breeze. The unit itself was perfect. Nice beds, extra pillows and blankets, nice appliances and well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Beach access was convenient. The private beach for this complex is beautiful and well maintained.

We all had a wonderful time at your property. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family vacation. The Jamaica Royale is our favorite condos on Siesta Key, and this one did not disappoint!

Just wish that siesta beach was cleaner. We ended up going to Lido Beach every day.

Cool place to stay by the beach.

Very clean property with all necessities. Great location.

This condo was perfect for me, my wife, and two children for a week at the beach. With the age of our kids, it was really nice to have both the beach and the pools a short walk away. The “home” feeling of this place is evident and is super comfortable. Everything you really would essentially want or need is here, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay on Siesta Key. Owners are also unbelievably quick with their response time and communication, something that is always appreciated when traveling with family.

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the amenities! Location was great and the most gorgeous beach. The owners were very responsive and we would highly recommend their place. We can't wait to visit again!

We loved how close this property was to the beach. The property had everything we needed besides beach towels but we knew ahead of time we would need our own. We loved having our own section of the beach with plenty of chairs available. The beds were comfortable and although small the property fit our family of 5 just fine. We will definitely be back!

Dan and Pam were great to work with. We had to call an audible at the last minute and drive and Dan provided his cell phone number to me and called me to make sure we had everything we needed in regards to check in. The property was spacious and close to the beach part of the property. We loved parking right in front of the unit. Thanks for having us at your unit. We will be back to Siesta Key.

Excellent property, clean, quiet, well taken care of, great communication with property manager, a lot of utensils, beach supplies, washer and dryer made my wife's day, and so good that we stayed an extra night!

We had a fabulous time staying at Siesta Key in this property. The location is perfect! It is so close to the beach and just far away enough from the busy, noisy downtown to not be bothered by it, but close enough to get there quickly by car, "taxi" or walking. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and was large enough for 3 adults who like to spread out and use every available chair for their stuff. Check-in & check-out were easy and the hosts answered my pre-arrival questions quickly. Thank you for sharing your beach property with us!

I hesitate to give this review because I want to keep this hidden gem hidden. Prior to our arrival communication with the owner was excellent. I had a couple questions which were answered within a day. We also had a late check in. The owners arranged to have our welcome packet placed into a safe at the office. The instructions were clear and getting into the condo was easy. Upon entering, we found the property to be spotless. The property management team obviously paid attention to detail with clear instructions on how things worked, suggestions for during the stay and the check out process. Trash was just outside the door and there were recycling bins within steps of the front door. In the rear of the property was a very cute little sitting area from which you could sit and enjoy the impeccable landscaping. A short walk 3-5 minutes, to the beach was no problem. There are plenty of property beach chairs which are easy to drag to the water. We also opted to pay the umbrella rental guy a reasonable fee plus tip to dig an umbrella next to where we sat for the day. Chairs are picked up just after 5 PM by the staff. The beach was free from trash and tractor groomed regularly. I didn’t have any interaction with the management staff other than to drop off the Beach towel pass when we checked out. The were polite and friendly. We did see a couple of dolphins each day which was cool. It was also a pleasure to look down at the public beach which was nothing but crowds and enjoy the quietness of our spot. (That being said, if there were one thing I would suggest is that there should be a no music policy. There were a couple of groups that were blaring their music for all to hear which takes away from the quietness of the property.) The pools were also a plus. They were clean and the perfect temperature. Transportation to the village was plentiful with many options from the trolly and a bunch of tip only services. My family agrees that we should come back again next year and I can’t wait.

Loved this villa! Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the short walk to the beach and the pools were nice too! The only thing I didn’t like and haven’t really encountered over the last 20 years of staying at siesta key, especially on a private beach was the fact that canopies where allowed to remain front row despite there being a sign that they were not allowed past a certain spot. Really diminished the view. I would still probably stay here again. Location and price were great! I had lots of communication with the owner and they were so nice and helpful!!
