We loved our stay. The location was great, convenient to everything, and far less crowded than other condos. We will be staying again. The frozen daiquirs across the street are amazing.

Unit was not clean when we arrived. Immediately called property manager who answered on first call. He coordinated with cleaning company to clean the unit and the property manager provided a $75 gift certificate to a restaurant across the streetwhile we waited

Great location overlooking stunning beach with a view that is second to none. If you’re going to Pensacola this is a great little unit that is very wonderfully located.
Did have a mishap with being sent lock wrong code to enter unit which was surprising.
Also there was mistake with management getting the date of my arrival wrong and the laundry/bedding was not done until the day after I arrived.
I spoke with owner who was extremely apologetic and very sorry for this happening and we worked it out. Based on our conversation I doubt something like this will ever happen again.
Once in awhile things o a bit awry but all good now.

The condo was very inviting and had everything my family and I needed.

Stay was good. I don’t have any complaints other than remodeling of the whole complex which is out of the owners hands and our door code was about 30 minutes late which didn’t matter as we didn’t arrive til later anyways. That room was very clean with kitchen essentials. Kye was very responsive when I messaged with questions.

We really enjoyed our stay.. The unit has been totally updated and was very clean. Had one issue but it was corrected in a timely manner! Owner was responsive.

When you open the door to this lovely condo, you will find you are right on the beach! Beautiful view.
Also, the condo is located close to many restaurants, with some within walking distance. There is an ice cream shop in the strip shopping area across the street. They are serving coffee and croissants in the mornings.
The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was all my husband and I needed for a short getaway.

This trip was our first time to visit Perdido Key. The condo was perfect. We loved the location. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The condo as very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views and very relaxing. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful and we spent alot of time on the balcony! The kitchen was well stocked with the amenities we needed to eat in and we loved being right on the beach! This was our first experience with a VRBO and we were not disappointed at all!

Overall, unit was well equipped and decorated nicely; although we couldn’t get WiFi to access to server. The front doors dead bolt wouldn’t lock.

My 2 cousins and I had a fantastic time in Perdido Key! It was the perfect getaway for us to connect and spend some quality grownup time without our husbands. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and walking distance to so many things. The condo is well equipped and adorable. I definitely recommend!

We are a senior age couple and condo was easily accessible, as was the beach and the pool. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach and ocean. It also overlooks the pool. Evidently the management company was supposed to supply the door code before we left for our trip but we had to contact the owner for it. When we returned home, we found the door code was sent the day after check-in via email.

It was a great trip. The only complaint was the phone/wi-fi service, but on vacation at the beach-who cares.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The place was spotless and just as advertised. We did as requested and took the linens off the bed and washed the dishes, and emptied the trash. We left it just as it was. Thanks. We'll be looking at this again on our next trip.

This condo was exactly what we needed for an extended weekend getaway. The condo was right on the beach and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was also great for working from home in a quiet complex. Would definitely stay again and look forward to our next visit.

Condo was right on the Gulf. Enjoyed listening to the ocean from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. But if a drive if you are going in to Pensacola, but we found ourselves going over to the Orange Beach, AL area which is very nice.

It was very clean and beautiful inside. The kitchen was especially nice. They seemed to have thought of everything! The manager communicated with me when issues arose in very short order and was attentive.

Just above the pool made it a little noisy on the balcony. Couch and bed were quite soft… not good for our backs! Otherwise all was good.
