This house was perfect for the family. Short drive to the beach, night life, restaurants. Exactly what we needed.

The rental was not ready at our 4 PM check-in. Other than that issue, it was a nice place to stay and not far from the beach.

The property is close to the beach (15 min drive ) . Walking distance to several great restaurants like the Schnitzel kitchen, Shaners, and monks We had a few problems upon arrival but the property manager was very responsive .The house can use some updating . Overall a great stay for us

Location and pool were great but the mosquitoes were bad every night. The bathrooms need updated a lot of leaks bad flushing toilet and no water pressure. And duct tape on microwave door handle and missing remote to TV and no tvs in bedrooms a lot of easy cheap fixes and it would of been a lot better experience

House is very clean and nicely furnished. Convenient location at a great value.

The house was located two miles from the beach and within walking distance of many diverse restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful walking neighborhood.

My friends and I have rented from this property owner multiple times. This home could use a little TLC but it didn’t stop us from having fun ! Trash was left from previous renters but owner took care of it very quickly . If you are looking for a quiet home that is close to the beach this is it . Thank you Larisa for a memorable stay once again .

First when we rented this property it was advertised as pool being 82-86 degrees, that posting was taken down after we rented. It wasn’t a heated pool as expected and we weren’t notified that posting was in error. Pool area was also not as pictured, canopy area contained moldy filthy white leather sofa. Pool area not very clean, old screens, pool filters discarded. Though pool water was clean and clear. Trash cans full, switch day is Sat and trash is Wed so people leaving fill up trash cans. House was ok and clean, needs updating though especially old couch in living room. Needs TLC. Agent was attentive but not effective. We didn’t share the experience of other positive reviews.

This place is nice for a family and their pets. Nice size and has good kitchen for cooking and nice table for eating. Nice beach items. Pool nice if hot weather. No heater which was needed in Feb. Fence around back yard needs repair lots of make shift items holding it up, plus yard had all kinds of metal pieces we found. Like bolts and screws laying in grass. Need to store pool toys somewhere. Looks trashy out. White couch outside was not for outdoor use. It had black mildew on it and we had to wash it down before using. Needs lights in the bedroom ceilings and fans. Fans would cut down on AC use. Plus screens on windows would be nice to cut down on AC use. Several just piled in corner in back yard. Garage door did not work and manager tried her best to get it fixed. Plus plumbing needs redone in garage. Used PVC pipes for outgoing source of water. That is not code. Should be copper. Showers had no pressure at all but guess that is all of Florida code to reduce water usage! Manager was very helpful and very fast to respond. She did her job and had resources fast. House just needs attention by owner. Needs a front yard landscape job. Trim the shrubs and mulch and shape up the front for more curb appeal. Also move trash can to back in an enclosed place to improve curb appeal.

This house was clean and uncluttered. Wich made it easy to navigate for my disabled husband.

We booked last minute and I wasn’t sure the house would be ready but Larisa handled everything with ease. She got us all check in info quickly and accommodated all special requests. Home was exactly as described with great pool area and outdoor seating. Comfortable beds and nice dining room as well. Definitely would stay again! Thank you!!

The house was amazing! And we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing I suggest is getting different beds. The beds were very uncomfortable. Hard as bricks. But everything else was amazing.

The property is very well located, the beach is 10 minutes away and many convenience stores are very close! Excellent for family time!

My family had a great time house was clean. location of the house made it easy to get everywhere. I recommend staying there.

The only problem we had was the trash from the previous renters. The two trash containers and the recycle bins were totally full plus the cardboard boxes on the ground was awfull. When the trash collector pass they didn’t take the recycle bins because they were all mixed. The beach umbrella wasn’t working so I end up buying and leaving at the property one of those beach tents. Overall the property was good. The pool made a huge difference and the kids love it. It’s 10 minutes away from Siesta Key central beach.

This house was perfect for what we needed for our vacation. Easy drive to the beach. The pool was awesome. Perfect temperature all day. It was clean, and the temperature of the home was refreshing. The neighborhood is quiet. It could use a few updates, the front door locks were a little worrisome, the couch was a little rough to sit on, the toilet in the bathroom by the kitchen had a broken toilet seat, we never received a garage door opener, the screened in porch was a favorite, but if it rained you couldn't sit back there because the roof leaks. But really, we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely use this house in the future! Thank you for opening your house up!

We love this rental. It wasn't too far from restaurants, it was spacious and in a good neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Made a lot of good memories here with my mom and my sister. Of course there's nothing like a girls trip! Thanks again! Beth Casteel

We stayed for 4 nights, It was a nice experience but with few issues 1) wifi wasn't working until later the 2nd day and the maintenance guy kept coming back and forth. We were supposed to work online that day but had to take a leave. 2) guest towel were kinda old and spotted at many places. Although Larissa was very helpful but we struggled with the wifi. Overall i will recommend the place, it had nice pool and very near to the beach.

Beautiful neighborhood, house can have some upgrades and same the outside pool deck and area which would make the stay and experience lots sweeter but we had a good time and appreciate the stay and being Moms day weekend the focus was how to make her happy and less on lil things about the house. Overall thank you and wish you the best !

Clean, well appointed, pool was a plus. Good assortment of cooking utensils so we saved by not eating out so much.
