Great property would stay again. Major issue was the sheets would not stay on the beds came off every time you moved. Minor issues can opener was broken has to buy one. Washer smelled needed a cleaning cycle. Dryer may need heating element took forever to dry. Faucets needed to be cleaned when you lifted to turn on. Kesly super nice responded quickly.

Was just what we were looking for. Comfortable unit with great view. Loved walking out onto the beach for my morning walks.

I will definitely stay here again! The property was easy to get to and the view was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and the pool was wonderful. I liked the fact that we had to use our key to get into the elevator. It didn’t seem like a bad neighborhood at all but we did feel extra safe. It was easy to get to shopping and to the Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the balcony which was an added bonus. Our unit contact person, Kelsy, was easy to contact and always available to answer any of my questions. There was a washer and dryer in our unit so it was nice to be able to wash the beach towel and our personal clothes when needed. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony or walked right down to the beach to watch. The other residents in the building were all nice, always smiling, saying hellos d asking where we were from. I am hoping to stay there again and would want the same unit if possible because it was perfect. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!!

We had high expectations for the condo and view, and they were beat! The view was breathtaking and we'd loved being on the top floor with no one above us. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked and everything was immaculate. They even provided everything we needed for the beach. Kelsy was such a pleasure interacting with and we're already planning our next year trip.

Absolutely loved the condo, unfortunately, the beds needed to be upgraded. The master and other queen beds were so soft or worn out don't know which. Upon laying on it the mattress made a U to sleep in so you rolled to the middle. The Twin beds were hard which felt wonderful on my back but made my ribs hurt. As the mom, I slept on the couch it was the most comfortable. There was a blow-up mattress as well but no extra bed linens. I loved the condo and the view of the ocean. The pool was a nice size and the beach wasn't so overcrowded you didn't have your own personal space. Close to everything, again it would have been a perfect vacation if the bed situation was more comfortable, this wouldn't stop me from not staying here again though because we enjoyed it so much.

Kelsy And everyone at Stay in Cocoa Beach team, they made us feel like family. Highly recommend using them and staying at this location. The condo was very spacious and made it feel like a home away from home. It was well-stocked and it had everything we needed and we had the best week ever. It is conveniently located near the Cocoa Beach pier and other restaurants and stores and it’s not too far from Orlando so pretty easy to get back-and-forth. Really appreciated the chairs and umbrella it provided. Will definitely be back.

The condo had everything we wanted: clean and modern, terrific view, easy access to the beach and anywhere else we wanted to go. Agent was on top of any request. We would all happily return. Only minor shortcoming: the elevator is slow and HOT.

Don't get me wrong, we had an awesome time. Maybe it's because VRBO is under Stay at Cocoa Beach's control now (or is it vice versa?), but our stay was not quite the same as our prior stays in past Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach vacations that we have taken over the past 20 years: - Kitchen not as well stocked as we're used to. And please add a Keurig.. - We would expect more dinner and small plates in the kitchen for a 3-BR unit. We supplemented with paper plates so that we didn't have to run the dishwasher as often - Washer and dryer were undersized for a 3BR unit, in our opinion, especially with 4 adults and 3 kids aged 7 and under. - A master key is needed for almost every entry AND exit on the premises, even to activate the water hose, to exit the pool area, and to exit the CT grounds to get to the public beach access. I understand the entries, but not the exits. Conveniences: We absolutely loved the sand mat that extended from the public beach access path out to the beach. We loved the views from the CT balcony. The master bedroom was one of the best that we've had. DIgital entertainment conveniences were great . . . 3 large screen HDTVs. The owner provided a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaners. All in all, we will definitely keep this on our return list. Every unit and every condo complex has their plusses and minuses. Unit 907 at Canaveral Towers has NO show stoppers, as far as we are concerned.

Good time had by all

We had a great week with family. The Condo was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Condo was just as advertised. Lots of room and new large tvs. Nice to have the washer and dryer inside condo. Loved the elevator security and assigned parking spaces. Never a worry if I could find an empty space when returning late. Pool was large and clean, kids loved it East access to beach. Would highly recommend!

The floor was quite dirty. Had to buy a wet vac to clean before my crawling granddaughter arrived. The rest of the condo was clean. Very difficult to keep floors clean on the beach.

We loved our stay. Very relaxing, quiet, and gorgeous views of the Atlantic.

The view was fantastic and the property had everything we needed. The unit was beautifully decorated and all furniture was very comfortable . Best view around, loved sitting in the patio to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves.

We were impressed with the decor, the space and the ocean view in this condo. Outside the kitchen window you could see the port and cruise ships in dock with their lights twinkling through the night. Also, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo is filled with beach chairs and even clubs to putt on the mini green located on the condo property. There are fluffy bath towels galore along with an abundance of beach towels. You will not be disappointed with the ninth floor penthouse view. We also met many wonderful owners who owned in the building. The maintenance staff was also friendly and accommodating. Look no further if you are looking for a rental in this area. And the icing on the cake would be if you also catch a Shuttle launch like we did.

Could benefit from some updates in master bath. Great to have beach chairs. Balcony is nice. Beds comfy. Need key to unlock outside amenities. Only 3 keys and there were 4 of us. Overall very good.

We spent our 10th anniversary here & have no regrets. The property was nicely updated & as pictured. Great ocean front view & access to the beach & pool! Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Communication with management was excellent. We felt at home for the week we stayed there. We were very pleased!

Condo location was perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean. Beach closet had very nice items for us to use. Relaxing and perfect!
