The property was well maintained and beautiful. Pool man came to clean the pool and yard man kept the grounds looking like a postcard. Overall could not find anything wrong with the stay. Would give it a 5 out of 5 . Really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very clean, comfortable and was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The pool was amazing ... we couldn't get the kids to come out. There were plenty of pool toys in the garage as well which was wonderful. The outdoor space if very spacious and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, and the mountain views were fantastic. Adrian was very quick to respond and the information booklet in the home is extremely helpful and comprehensive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again soon.

This home was gorgeous, very clean, and fit our family's needs perfectly. The pool and yard are beautiful. The location is excellent - easy to get to all of the area attractions. Great amenities, wonderful location! We had two questions when we arrived and the host was immediately available and quick to respond. The home was overall gorgeous. The property had a modern, yet completely comfortable feel. It feels easy with hints of moderns and spacious ,while remaining cozy, dedicated for comfort and for family activities. The yard is to die for! Gorgeous flowers, Palms, Orange tress and many,many kinds and colors of natural flowers. The patio was perfect. large, yet cozy, offering multiple levels of meticulously planted beauty. The landscape is in an ideal area for night star spotting and photography is perfectly doable. So peaceful and easy on the eyes. This house and property lacked for nothing! We loved your gorgeous home, your kind and responsive service and the peace and relaxation your home shared with us. We hope to visit you again. Thank you and your team for a wonderful week. The home was exactly as described. Very spacious, great for large families. Only my bf, our dog and I stayed at the home. The master bedroom was perfect! Can’t speak on the other three as we did not use them. The kitchen was awesome. Lots of dishes and the left over spices came in handy. Pool was not deep but the temperature was perfect during our stay. It poured the entire last day we were there. The couches in the living room were very comfortable and the access to streaming made that last day very relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet, not even sure anyone was staying around us. Lots of businesses within a short driving distance. We tried a local sushi restaurant (Sushi ON) it was great! Small cons I had about the home; it heats up and becomes very hot during the day. Lots of windows with no blinds/curtains in the kitchen. The living room and master bedroom have very high windows that the Sun directly hits making the rooms very hot. Fan in the master bedroom was low, no light on it (at least I couldn’t find a way to turn it on); And the bedside lamps were very dim. These were small inconveniences (for me) that could easily be fixed. I definitely recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!!

PROS: Super easy check-in, house was set up with lots of sitting areas and nicely decorated. Kitchen was great, had everything you needed to cook. owners allowed everyone's "left overs or forgottens" to stay in the cupboards. THE CONS: The last room on the left (game/kids room) was extremely warm the whole weekend and the twin beds are horrible, very hard. The thermostat for the house was set at 78/79 degrees the entire time. The kitchen has no blinds or curtains for shade and in the living room the sun comes blazing through as your on the couch ( no curtains/or blinds) luckily, each room has a ceiling fan however, this still keeps the house on the warmer side. Lets talk about the POOL. The weekend we were there it was 104-107 degrees, the pool is barely over 5 1/2 ft in the deep end. When it is that hot outside, this pool is NOT refreshing at all!!!! With 8 people in the pool it was like Bath water. This is such a great house and pool for cooler weather. Asking how deep the pool is will be a question I put on my list for next year, I only ask the dimensions.

Owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The home was clean and exactly as it looked like on the website. Many items inside and outside were managed either on a timer or Alexa so it was easy to operate. Will definitely stay there again.

The backyard is the star. Beautiful view of the mountains, pool, large grassy area, palms and bougainvillea. The house had everything we needed to cook and bake. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is comfortable and clean. The garden is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are fantastic. We will definitely go back!

Adrian was a responsive and helpful host. The pool and spa are amazing; pool floats were available and the kids had a blast. It was also great to be able to bring the dogs. There is a fabulous view of the hills from the yard. Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our small vacation in La Quinta. What made it so nice was our experience with Adrian and his home. He is very helpful and communicative. The house is well kept and the kids loved the pool. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house sits on the corner lot. We will definitely come again and visit.

The house in general was lovely but it’s really about the pool and yard. It was lovely in and out of the pool. And it was nice we could bring our pet and had plenty of play room for him. It was easily accessible and I had no issues. There were clear colored signs with pictures and a check in book.

Just ended our second stay. We love this house! It is a spacious, clean, stocked, quiet, and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Adrian responds quickly to any/all questions and needs (which we didn’t need anything at all during our stay). We cooked all our meals here, the kitchen is equipped for cooking and food storage if needed. The neighborhood is lovely, restaurants and markets 5 minutes away. We love the pool, grass area for our dog, option to heat hot tub, and comfortable patio furniture. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you, Adrian, for offering your lovely home.
