Family of 6 adults stayed here for a week in January. Plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect for our golf loving family. Thank you Bill for sharing your wonderful home with us.

8 friends getting together to do a triathlon Ironman event. Fabulous kitchen to cook for our large group and outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Rooms were spacious and well appointed

We had a fantastic stay at Bill's home. The house was actually better than the pictures, in my opinion, and the view is one of the best. Everyone reported comfortable beds (primary bedroom bed was sooo comfy), there are TVs everywhere, and the kitchen is great. We had a big family group for our stay and everyone enjoyed the many seating areas both inside and out. The pool area is just beautiful, can't say enough about the setup and pool. I will make a mention about quiet hours. During our stay the quiet hours were from 10pm-7am and you do need to be careful about this. For us this was a positive thing, not a negative, since the peacefulness was a huge plus and we appreciated the quiet at night. But it's a good thing to consider when thinking about a rental/vacation house in this area. Plus Bill was always available if we had any questions about this, or anything else. We would absolutely stay in this house again, thanks Bill, we miss the desert already!

The home was as advertised. Check in process was easy and owner was very responsive. House was clean and all bedrooms were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the golf course from the back yard and swimming pool. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

We had a lovely stay-the location so peaceful. The pool, spa and patio are were lovely. The large dining table was great for our family meals.

We loved the property! Four families stayed very comfortably in the property. Location on the golf course if fantastic, the property was very clean and had enough dishes, utensils, pots pans etc. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed her for Stagecoach. It’s a 4 mile bike ride up the street! Gated community and the security guard were friendly and accommodating. The home is set up beautifully- all bedrooms have private bathroom. So when staying with grown adults- this is a huge plus. Pool was perfect and the view is gorgeous! Overlooking the golf course. Large living room, large kitchen, huge fridge. AC worked perfectly, and it was so nice to be able to utilize the garage. Parking was never an issue as we had 4 giant trucks! Bill was very communicative and there were binders all over the home to help solve any questions we had! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time making lasting family memories at this beautiful home! The home is beautiful, spacious and very clean! We had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and everyone loved the pool, the beautiful golf course views, outdoor relaxation, making s’mores at the fire pit and the indoor pool table. We would definitely stay here again!

Broken BBQ - Electrical Hazard - Outdoor Spotlight Didn't Work - Spa Didn't Work - Patio Lights SetUp Ridiculous - Open Screw on Main Dining Table Exposed - Ripped Guest's Jeans Just Missed Penetrating Her Flesh - Constant Interruptions by Pool, BBQ and Maintenance People - 7 Days Straight Days - Paying Over $1,000 Per Day - Did Not Get What We Paid For. Owner Would NOT offer any Compensation for Our Terrible Experience. Offered One Free Night for next stay - WOW, Insincere and Disconnected to the Reality of What Our Family Experienced. We Would NEVER Recommend Staying at this Home to Anyone!

Stayed here for Coachella festival with friends, great house, amazing backyard, host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

HAD A GREAT TIME! LOTS OF GOLF, POKER AND MAKING GREAT MEMORIES.

We had 4 couples and a single staying at this property for 4 nights. We loved the backyard and location to multiple golf courses. Bill the owner was quick to respond to a need for additional towels/washcloths that we requested. A few updates on bedding and cookware would make this house even better. I will admit I have very high standards and Bill was receptive to my suggestions. As with any VRBO they can start to show wear and tear and this one is no exception. Communication was great with owner and I would stay here again for sure. Pay attention to the noise rules in this area if you plan to be loud as it’s not allowed. We did play music outside during the day and didn’t have a problem with any neighbors. Beautiful area and the views out back are amazing!!

We stayed here for 4 nights to play golf in Palm Springs. Lovely home. Everything worked. Great location. Beautiful view. Very attentive and responsive management. Would definitely rent here again!

Spectacular property right in the heart of PGA West golf Mecca!! Amazing home with beautiful views and quick access to all the PGA courses!

3 Family units with 5 children had a wonderful celebration of marriage, family and love of life. The children took full advantage of the pool, spa and water fountain while adults enjoyed the outdoor TV and reading. The best experience was watching the grands make smores at the BBQ fire pit.

The house was beautiful, directly on the golf course, but still very private. Stunning views of the mountains. Great indoor outdoor entertainment spaces.

Overall it was good. We had 11 women fir a retreat. Wish were more twin or separate sleeping A few lightbulbs missing A pool towels a bit tattered But all in all we were very comfortable and the setting is beautiful

Wonderful property- perfect place for large families and get togethers. Great host as well. We rented the place for my sons 40th bday & we had a blast! Hope to be back soon! :) thanks for the memories!

We stayed to celebrate Mother’s Day and my daughters birthday. The pool was so much fun for all of us. The swim up bar faces the golf course and you get a good view of golfers teeing off. The house was huge, and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! We will book again in the future.

The house was maintained and equipped as someone's personal house, did not feel like you were in a "rental" house. Pool has a fantastic setup for relaxing and watching golf. Highly recommend this house.

THE HOME WAS BEAUTIFUL! Love the location of our home it was close to everything… High ceilings, nice rooms, big bathrooms. beautiful views in the backyard of the golf range and beautiful pool. My group loved this place and we are now missing it. We were there for four days and the home was well equipped and it was suited for all our needs and can’t wait to go back! The master bedroom is to die for.

This property was lovely for hosting my husband’s 40th birthday celebration with family. However, a major issue we had was with the pool not being heated for the duration of our stay, despite paying $200 heating fee for the weekend. Upon our check in, the pool was ice cold. We got there in the afternoon expecting to swim and weren’t able to, so an entire day was wasted. We spent an hour on the phone with the owner and trying to figure out an outdated and very difficult heating system. He was able to make sure that the pool was heated for our next day, but it took the entire evening (8 hours) to get to where it was a nice temperature. The next night, we noticed the pool temp started to drop, and we had to contact him again to let him know we wanted to swim again in the morning before checking out. The pool was once again cold in the morning. The other issue is you cannot run the spa heat and pool heat at the same time. It really put a damper on the entire weekend because the pool is the main event when you rent a big house like that and have 2 small children and family. I have rented at least 6-7 properties in the area over the years and NEVER have I ever had an issue with the pool not being heated when you pay the extra money to have it heated. Bill was responsive to our issue, however when we communicated with him that we would like a refund for the pool heat, he told my husband he needed to “check the pool log” and then never returned his call, when he knew very well we missed the entire fist day of swimming. My husband also asked via text twice about a refund and no response. Completely unprofessional. As an owner, take accountability that you didn’t have the pool in any sort of swimming condition upon a guests arrival at check in. And out of principal, it would have been nice to get a refund for the pool heating fee. If I was the owner of an expensive property like this, and my guests were paying thousands of dollars for a weekend, the pool would be heated during the duration of the stay if they paid the fee to have it warm.

Great bones but needs sprucing. The home was well laid out for friends to gather. The yard and pool are beautiful with a view of the golf course. However, the rugs in two of the bedrooms were filthy, the throw rugs in the kitchen were a disgrace. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. We never met the property manager at the property. That would’ve been helpful. We could not get the TV to work in the pool table room. We were unaware that we would have to pay extra to heat the pool. Spa heating was included and that was great.

This home was truly special and we enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. We loved the pool and hot tub out back and enjoyed watching the golfers go by. All in all it was an excellent week in La Quinta!

My wife, myself, our adult children with a fiancé and two year Cavapoo enjoyed our first ever XMAS away in LaQuinta. The house was spacious enough to allow work from home for a few days. The pool, spa and pool table were big hits. Bill was very responsive to getting some lights repaired and shoring up items in short supply (I.e. Tide pods, dish towels). The neighborhood was very relaxing and excellent for walking our dog. The beds were comfy. The TV in the great room worked as advertised. We did run around the greater Palm Springs area, so the location added a bit of time to our jaunts. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

What a great property and experience. We had two participants in the Half Ironman so our family needed a place that was close enough to the venue, relaxing and comfortable for our athletes success. This home checked more than all the boxes. The photos on line truly do not do this home justice. The open floorplan was perfect to relax together and the out doors had a nice BBQ and two fire pit features which made a fantastic spot to enjoy the evening together. Everything was ready for us and the host was extremely responsive and great. 5 star rating for sure! Beautiful setting, beautiful home and a memory we will not forget.
