2nd time staying here. Will do it again. Great location across the street from the city Pavilion and easy beach access. Have a dinner pick nick and watch the sun-set.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here. It's pretty small, so perfect for a couple or small family. If you have a dog you will really appreciate the fenced in yard. It's only minutes from the beach, which was the whole point of our trip. The only complaint I had was the garbage can outside was so smelly the odor traveled all the way into the backyard. Also, it would have been amazing if part of the backyard had covering for shade. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

We've been going to Mexico Beach all my life for our girls trip with my grandmother and her granddaughters. The past few years we have stayed at this property and it has everything we could ever need. It's a short walk across the street to the beach and the house provides all we might need for a week long stay. We look forward to staying here again!

I Sea Blue is a perfect bungalow cottage just across Hwy 98 and only one block from the beautiful Gulf. When you open the front door, you can see and hear the water. The house is a newer build, like most are since Hurricane Michael. The design is smart and spacious for multiple family and friends. The amenities of the house are just right and very nice.
Tori, the owner/manager of property, was attentive to my questions and I had no problem reaching her. I highly recommend her perfect little property for your next stay at the always welcoming, quaint Mexico Beach, FL. ❤️

Location to the beach was great. A short walk and the Sunset Park was an added bonus. When the wind and waves were rough it was a great place to still be able to watch the ocean. I Sea Blue had everything 5 older adults needed. After seeing pictures of Destin and Panama City and the crowds, Mexico Beach was definitely the place to be..quiet. The weather was the only disappointing thing for the week.

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. It was beautiful and peaceful, not busy like PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Sea Blue. It’s such a cute and cozy little house. It’s clean, the water pressure is great, the beds are comfortable, the backyard is perfect for the doggies or just to sit and chill with the family, and lastly, location, location, location. In conclusion, it’s a great place to say and I truly hope we can stay there again. Thanks Tori for sharing your little peace of heaven with us. 🙂

Unable to reach hosts for 3 hours by phone or txt so we canceled & headed home. Now they refuse to give us a full refund. Will never use vrbo again and I sea blue hosts obviously just care about the money. What’s happened to integrity?

This was our second stay at this property for our annual girls trip with our grandmother. The house is wonderful, neat, and clean. We love it! We were a super short walk away from the beach. We enjoyed being able to cook a full breakfast in the mornings in the awesome kitchen with a dining table big enough for our group of 7. We were able to wash our clothes in the provided washer and dryer prior to our trip home. All in all a super enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here! We certainly hope to again soon. :)

This was my second time renting this beautiful beach house. The house is very clean and the decor is so nice! I love the back yard and the short walk to the beach. The owners are so sweet and always respond quickly. Looking forward to my next stay!

The chck-in process was flawless. The house was updated and very clean. The kitchen is very welk equipped and the large fenced on backyard was great for the four legged babies. The beach was beautiful white sand and the water seethrough. I would highly recommend this house.

The house was so beautiful. The house is literally a two minute walk to the beach which helps when you have kids or pretty big group with you. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our puppies and privacy in the evenings to enjoy football or soccer. The property included a nice grill to cook out after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be coming back again. I can't brag enough on how wonderful our stay was and there was 6 of us. Three adults and three kids.

I Sea Blue is delightful, both the house and yard. Everything seemed new and spotless. Furnishings seemed top quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We loved that we could let our little dog out the back door into the fenced yard. The view to the beach is great and access is a very short walk. Restaurants and food trucks are near and there is a small Mexico Beach Market probably less than a couple of miles away. It had essentials such as milk, eggs, bread, meat and produce, plus much more. The front porch and back patio were also very nice. No problems. Great communication with the host.

All is brand new. Plenty of space with room to relax. 100% better than a hotel. Private carport all on ground level. I recommend staying here.

This house was beautiful and inviting. It was like being home away from home. It was immaculate and very accommodating. The host, Tori, was quick to respond and very thorough. This was our first Vrbo experience and we were extremely pleased. Definitely recommend!

The location is great. A short walk across the street and you are at the beach. The house is close to a beach access that has outdoor showers and a covered picnic area that looks brand new. The house was very new looking and clean. We have a family of 4 and the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect. The house is as advertised.

This property was very clean and well decorated in beach décor. The home is less than a block away from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. Tori is an amazing host. Our questions were asked quickly and with no hesitation. Also, there is a comment in another review regarding the couch - we did not think there was an issue with it, we thought it was comfortable. We are returning guests. We enjoyed our stay here. You can see the ocean from several places in the house. The prettiest Christmas decorations are in full view from the front door! The dogs really enjoyed the fenced back yard, and the pet beach is just a short drive away.

My sister and I stayed at I Sea Blue in November 2022, the house is absolutely fantastic and was located across the street from the beach, the two dogs loved the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood was super nice and quiet. We will be back but do hope the sofa is replaced as the springs are gone.
