This was a lovely and quiet setting but just a short walk to town. We enjoyed the view from the patio and the sunsets! The kitchen was well-stocked and the home was very clean. The entire property was beautifully maintained!

We absolutely loved your condo! As older folks (70+), the four of us wanted/needed someplace with 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, and NO stairs! Those features in and of themselves would have been sufficient. But the place was extremely well-provisioned, very comfortable and immaculate. And then there was the porch, the view, and the sunsets! Never in a million years could we have imagined how wonderful that porch would prove to be. Our friends were amazed by it. They’re from Cape Cod, and they couldn’t get over how terrific it all was — including a free concert on Sunday night! They (and we) are already talking about coming back next year. Thank you SO much for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

The condo was very well-appointed and comfortable.The hosts obviously took time and effort to make it welcoming for their guests. The view of the bay from the deck was beautiful and very calming. I spent a lot of time just sitting and taking it in.

We come to Egg Harbor every summer and the Cooke’s condo is always our first choice of places to stay. It’s clean and cozy and has a big beautiful private deck where we spend most of our time. It has the best view in Egg Harbor! It’s close to everything, and we can watch the concerts at the Amphitheater from the deck! We will be back again next year.

This condo is perfect for a nice weekend get away. It’s very spacious, clean and cozy with an amazing patio and breathtaking views. Morning coffee and or a night time cocktail were much enjoyed on the patio! I would recommend and stay again!

It felt like home. Check in and check out was easy. A very enjoyable 3 days.

We have been coming to Door County for over 40 years, staying at various places, but once we found this condo we realized we have found "our place". This condo just feels like home and has one of the best views of anyplace on the peninsula. It is fully equipped if you want to fix some of your meals there, but let's face it, when you come to Door County you want to try all of the good food. We use the kitchen more to reheat leftovers. You can make your first cup of coffee in the morning and sit out on the deck/patio to watch Egg Harbor wake up as well as see deer and waterfowl start their day. The condo is large enough that if you have other family or friends stay with you it doesn't feel like you are cramped or invading each others privacy. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a bathroom and are separated from each other to give each bedroom some privacy. The back deck is THE best place to watch a sunset. Grab a drink of your choice and watch another great day in Door County come to an end. Communications with John Cooke has always been fast and pleasant. We have never really had any problems during our stay, and the condo is always clean and kept in good working order. We have even met some of the neighbors that have owned condos in the same building for many years and they are very friendly and happy to give suggestions of where to go and what to do. Even after 40 years of coming to Door County, we always find new things to do. Staying in this condo is always a highlight of our trips.

The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we could need. We enjoyed coming home to such a lovely spot after a day of exploring. Sunsets over the bay were a highlight of each evening. We also loved learning about the history of Eames Farm.

This rental was the cleanest we have ever had and it was so comfortable and homelike. It was so well stocked, and the location was perfect. We would recommend this condo in a heartbeat!

The condo was a perfect location for exploring Egg Harbor and close enough for excursions to Cave Point, Peninsula State Park and several nearby villages and towns. We also were able walk down the hill for breakfast, dinner, ice cream and groceries. Back at the condo, we enjoyed viewing sunsets over the harbor, reading by the fireplace, and games at the table. Perfect location with several amenities and cupboards full of the necessities.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and immaculate condo that had everything you could need while staying away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked for cooking in, and a beautiful view of the Bay. We had a mix of weather from cool and rainy to sunny and warm, so we enjoyed staying in with the fireplace lit and sitting on the patio overlooking the Bay while watching the sun set. What a view!! We would definitely stay again!

The condo was great. Very convenient to the north and south areas. Met our needs in all ways. A friendly neighbor stopped by to chat and hand out rocks painted with positive words.

This condo is in a great location near the heart of Egg Harbor. Lovely setting at the top of a hill with a great view of the bay. We were there when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom and the orchard just off the patio was absolutely breathtaking! The condo was very clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to the few questions we had.

The condo could not have been any better for myself & my wife for our 40th anniversary. We loved the nightly sunset views, made it a point to be home at 6:15pm just to see the ever changing sunsets. Fixed our dinners nightly in the condo & even ate outside off patio occasionally. We stayed 6 nights in late Sept & the weather was sunny & in the mid 60's every day. Sunday night at 5pm there was a make up free concert at Peg Egan Park, just out the back deck of condo. We got to see Chris Kroeze the runner up from "The Voice" tv show. We took in his performance by watching the sunset over Green Bay & sipping a glass of Door County wine right from our condo's deck. The condo had more than everything we needed. It was a quiet location,great water views & close to everything. We used the gas fireplace just about every night, put 2 puzzles together, listened to music cd's, read from big library selection & watched tv. John was great to work with & answered tv question when we had to call him. He also had all kinds of Door County travel guides in the condo which saved us a trip to the tourist info centers.. We had never been to Door County before. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to all our friends. Thank you for your hospitality, Bill & Wendy D. Davison, MI

As you walk in the front door you feel like you are walking into your home. The first thing you see is not what it is in this condo, it's the view out over the village of Egg Harbor and the waters of Green Bay. The condo itself is very homey and each time we stay there it is very clean and everything is right where it should be. If the weather is cool or rainy, you can turn on the fireplace with a click of a switch. The best feeling though is to walk out onto the patio deck to sit and soak in the nature. Sunsets are directly out over the water, and there really isn't a better place to watch them. We have stayed in this unit a number of times in the past few years, and over the 40 years plus of coming to Door County, this is by far our favorite place to stay.

I LOVED this place ! I stayed here for a week with my husband and almost 2 year old and we had a great time. The space is big and open. The guest room can easily fit a pack n play. The beds were comfy ! They have honestly everything you could possibly need here including trash bags , dishwashing pods, toilet paper, towels , wine openers .. literally everything. The location is fantastic. There is a short path next to the building that leads you down a small ( yet slightly steep ) hill that takes you into the heart of egg harbor. The town has two breweries, a distillery, a supermarket, a Bunch of shops and at least 10 restaurants that you can walk to. When we were there there was a “Sunday session” at a small stage down the hill from the condo and you could easily walk to it and watch the musicians or stay on the back deck and listen to the music ! The sunsets are fantastic from this condo .. honestly think it’s better than the decks from the restaurants closer To the water ! The egg harbor beach is about a 15 -20 min walk or a 5 min drive . This condo is very centrally located and within 15 min drive to fish creek and baileys harbor . Reserve this place today! We will def go back

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. The condo is perfect. The back deck is very private and has a gorgeous lake view with beautiful sunsets. Walk or short drive into Egg Harbor. Since the weather was cooler, we took advantage of the lovely fireplace.

2nd time to stay in Eames Farm. Love the location and view of Egg Harbor and the Bay. Condo is very well appointed and any one staying there would feel like they were spoiled. John, the owner, is great to work with to make your stay exceptional.

The condo was more than we expected. It was well stocked with everything you could ask for. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The view was gorgeous, just like the picture. We would definitely stay here again.
