Had a good time with our family. The only real complaint would be having to navigate the construction debris in the garage getting the kayaks out.

Cozy house on the river. Only a minute from the manatees in hospital hole, a bit of an upstream paddle to get to the pretty part of the river. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, kayaks and a grill, kitchen with everything you might need, laundry, everything you’ll need. The river is awesome!

Location, location! Pictures don't do it justice. It is so nice and clean. This home has everything you need in the home and everything you need for the river. You can swim right in front of the house. Manatees, turtles, a dolphin, crabs, fish, otters and beautiful birds. The host is awesome, very responsive.

Our fourth year staying at River Bend. Very comfortable home for 6 people to spend a week as a family. Plenty of kayaks for guest use. Convenient sandbar during low tide for kids to play out of the traffic flow of the main stream.

Amazing house 5th time staying there always clean and kept up. Love seeing manatees and even dolphins in the back yard. Owner has always been helpful with any questions about the house. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my brother's retirement celebration. The house was Very clean and well stocked. Good quality cookware. The host was very accommodating and great communication. I look forward to staying there again.

Very clean. We’ll equipped. Owner was very responsive. The AC stayed nice and cool inside. Kayaks we’re provided and in good condition. The location was by far the best part of this place. The steps leading to the river made it easy to access the river. We stood in the water for several hours and relaxed and talked to pretty much everyone that went by. When we were ready to get out we sat outside under the sun shades in the zero gravity chairs that are provided and continued talking to everyone. We saw several manatees even an aggregation of 13 at one point. We also saw 2 dolphins and a ton of fish. I would recommend taking water shoes for getting in/out of the river. No one was cut by the rocks or anything, but personally I think it would have been more comfortable to have on water shoes due to the rocks in the river and also the last step getting into the water was slippery since it’s in the water a lot of the time. Also note that in order for you to get to the Florida Room you have to go through a bedroom, which isn’t a deal breaker bc you can easily access it from the front door and walk around, but it is easier to access it through the room. So if you have 3 couples, one couple will have the other guests walking through their room. Also there are no bathrooms attached to a room and the “master bathroom” is very tiny. The master bathroom shower is quite possibly the smallest shower I’ve ever seen outside of an RV shower. Again, not a deal breaker, but good to know.

Raymond was great, very responsive and check in was easy. The home was the perfect size for us, it had everything we needed. The backyard was breathtaking, from the stairs into the crystal-clear water. We saw manatee as soon as we arrived and throughout our whole stay. Our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday and father's day and on that day he caught a 5lb largemouth bass, what a great birthday surprise! We also saw otters and at times loads of people. All truly unexpected and amazing! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Very clean and cute. Nice linens. Everything you need for cooking in. Perfect location on the water. Saw manatees and fish everyday. Great sandbar for kiddos to swim just 50 ft. From stairway. We did not want to leave. Everyone had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has more than everything you need for cooking and BBQ. The house is clean. The spot on the water is great and you can swim and walk on the river from the house. Plenty of kayaks. And there are small solar lights around the house and sidewalks at night to help you see when walking to or from the river. Very peaceful spot. No homes or buildings across the river which adds to the serenity.

Perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. A lot of the listings in the area are on a canal, or have another house right across from them. This home is on the main body of water for the best water clarity. We saw manatees, dolphins, sheepshead, gar, mullet, bass, and more. There is a small sandbar maybe 75 yards upriver you can swim or kayak to. The house was clean, well furnished, and had all the amenities you would expect. Overall 5 stars, can’t recommend enough.

Clean home, well stocked with basics, great location, kayaks/floaties for use (there's an air pump on the shelves in the garage), love the stairs to the river, we saw several manatees from the backyard. I would definitely stay again!

The Place was clean and comfortable with great frontage to the river. The host was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Weeki Wachee a few days prior to Thanksgiving. The host was extremely helpful and responsive with check-in and all communication matters. The house is located directly on the springs and has steps that lead down to the water in the backyard, which is very clear in this location. We saw groups of manatees passing by daily. About 1/4 mile downstream is Hospital Hole. A key spot for checking out manatees via kayak. Another 1/4 mile downstream leads you to Upperdeck restaurant which we paddled to for lunch. 1.5 miles upstream leads you to a beautiful park. We had the area to ourselves and our kids loved checking out the birds and exploring. This house serves as a beautiful location to explore Weeki Wachee. We can’t wait to go back!

This is our second time staying at Riverbend and we just love it! It’s close to everything and also far enough away at the same time. Perfect location on the river. We will be back!

The location and comfort of this house on the Weeki Wachee were above our expectations. We spent a lot of time in the Florida Room enjoying the people watching on the river and relaxing with a book. The house itself is very well appointed. Everything we needed was there. The Owner was very responsive to the one issue we had with the internet access and he resolved it quickly. We will most certainly be booking another visit.

We loved out stay at the river bend house . The location was great for morning coffee watching wildlife and afternoons filled with boats and kayaks . everyone on the river was very friendly. Sorry we had to leave a day early because of the storm . The recycling was a little confusing only one large blue trash can was afraid to leave garbage out for 2 days. Hope to see you next year would absolutely stay again.

Everything was great . The only inconvenience was the smell of mildew when the air conditioner turn on . Not sure if the house was close for too long .. Alonso my husband is 6foot 4 the Ceiling where to low .. but over all was great location .

BEING FROM BROOKSVILLE, ALONG WITH MY TWO SISTERS, GRANDDAUGHTER AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN ALL WHO GREW UP SWIMMING IN THE COOL, CLEAR WATERS OF THE RIVER, IT WAS VERY NOSTALGIC FOR US. MY FAMILY OWNED A CABIN ON EAST RICHARD WHEN I WAS YOUNG. IT WAS LOCATED ON THE CLOSEST CANAL TO THE RIVER. RIVERBEND, BEING ON THE RIVER WAS AN ADDED BONUS. We Loved EVERYTHING about this property. It was the perfect setup for the 5 of us. Perfect spot on the river. Raymond, the host, was more than accommodating and SO easy to work and communicate with. The house provided exactly what we needed and wanted.
