Good location. Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurant's.

Home needs some updates. Tub in one of the master's has very slow drain; leaving a scum ring every time it's used. Floor's very uneven upstairs. TV's hard to use... Roku's need too many passwords and PINS; having to sign in to every TV and each channel is very aggravating. Need a broom, as sand is inevitable. Had no way of cleaning it up throughout the stay.

Air needed refrigerant added Hot water at kitchen sink was turned off Ice maker didn’t work and we were there for tennis tournament so we needed ice. Lamar handled all fast but nonetheless we had to deal with 3 separate problems upon arrival Lastly instructions were not available for TV operation, where trash bins were located or that you have to lift up on handle to open door which seems backwards

Very spacious & very clean

The location was great - easy walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed (though salt & pepper would have been appreciated). The house was clean and very nicely decorated. All the furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space. Check-in was easy and check-out was fabulous. We appreciated soap and shampoo being provided.

Would recommend travelers bring their own soap - the soap provided was not good. One of the gray pillow shams had something on it when we arrived; don't know if it was stained of just hadn't been washed.

Property could be updated but it was comfortable.
