Great location! We could walk to everything. The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked. we really enjoyed all the beach chairs and toys that were available to us from our condo.

The TV was a little bit difficult to use. It may help if there is an instruction page on how to get the cable to work because we could never figure it out.

The location was perfect to shops, dining and the beach. The balcony was nice, it faced the residential side not the businesses. I liked that the property is gated and you needed codes to get into the parking garage as well as the stairwell.

The property needs some upkeep. The baseboards had peeling paint. The balcony door was difficult to open. We had an extra guest for a few nights and when opening the sofa bed, there was chips left underneath the couch from a previous occupant. On arrival, used bar of soap was left in the bathroom. No recycling on property.

Location was great!

The customer service was poor at best. Disposal did not work called Monday am assured woudl be fixed same day. Called again Tuesday same assurance. Finally went to store and bought tool to fix myself. We could not cook as sink was backed up with food. Dryer was so loud you could not run when in unit and Internet was intermitant and slow.

Overall facility was beautiful and maintained. A Staff member on site daily cleaning building lobby area. The unit clearly needed some upkeep and maintenance work. As well as a floor washing. Carpet was in bad condition. Too expensive for condition it is in. Once brought up to standards, I’m sure it will be more pleasant. Regardless of that pool was wonderful. Unit location within building is great and right next to pool. This was nice, however the teens were in the pool each night after hours sometimes up until 1 am so our child could not sleep in room due to noise. There is no attendant to tell the teens to leave after 10. Building Location is wonderful! Right next to cologne plaza and can walk or bike to anything you might need.
