Only downside of the house was the hot tub wasn’t working to its full potential. Completely stopped working after day 1. Over nice house and very accommodating process. TY

Overall our stay at this property was great. We enjoyed ourselves and we were able to find activities around close by to where we were staying. The beach was literally about a three minute walk away. It was beautiful It actually seemed a little more of a private beach so not crowded at all. Overall the house was great. The only thing I would say is it constantly smelled around the kitchen area like mildew? Not sure but it was a distinctive smell and as far as my bathroom where our soaps went, it could’ve been cleaned little bit better. There was residue of soap being put there, but overall it was a great trip and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was able to occupy all eight of us comfortably. P.s. if you are planning on staying at home to drink with friends, or you know just lounge around definitely remember they stop selling liquor at seven at all stores and on Sundays. No liquor store are open.

Very nice pool and perfect location, very convenient to the beach. Only one bathroom isn’t located in a bedroom that was the only inconvenience.

Overall we had a great stay. There were 17 of us including myself. There was a little confusion parking all the cars in the driveway. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The house was neat and clean. There was, however, a leak under the sink in the kitchen. We did not report it as we discovered it late during our stay. Also, guests who stayed on the 1st floor complained that it was hot. I would recommend putting in a bar in the tubs with showers or at least a rubber mat as the tub was quiet slippery exiting it and I felt like I was falling. Lastly, I am used to going directly to the house when arriving and opening the door with a code. We had to go instead to the rental office to secure a code and sign the contract.

The place is tidy and clean, and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was large which all the kids and adults enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

It had great beach access with 2 options across the street. The kitchen was well stocked.We were disappointed with the condition of the pool when we first arrived. It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We also had trouble with the dryer and the upstairs AC unit towards the end of our stay. These issues were addressed in a timely manner. The office staff were attentive to each issue and were friendly and helpful.

Calls to the realty company went unanswered Sat-Sunday. Staff came Monday afternoon and repaired the problem. Rest of our stay was great. Realty company very reaponsive to a couple of minor needs. House is older and a bit difficult to navigate as far as bathroom availability for bedrooms. Would advise taking the virtual tour before renting to make sure it works for you.

The property was great. Parts of the house were remodeled and looked great, some parts could use a little TLC. Easy access to the beach and town.

Good location, right across the street from beach in nice area., easy check in. Good house for group of guys on golf trip. Only issues were with some of the tvs, but not a big issue.

This was a great property for location, space, and privacy. There are some minor fixes that need done in terms of drawers on dressers, blood stained comforter, and floors needed better cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

Upon arrival Emmy group was excited for our generational family vacation. We quickly realized that the house had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival based off dirty wash towels in the bathroom, dirty dishes, cabinets as well as very dirty floors. We also found trash under the beds. The jacuzzi was disgusting with a green color and nasty dirt ring. We complained on day 2 to property management they sent someone out to clean the house and the people they sent was surprised at the state of the house. They did a deep clean and told us someone else handled the pool. Upon further inspection we found several pillow case were not clean and there was mold by a vent in one of the bedrooms. You could tell the house had severe water damage and need updates. On day 3 we spent the day out of the house. On day 4 I called to complain that the pool and jacuzzi had still not been cleaned. When the lady came to clean she took the sponge floating in the jacuzzi used it to wipe the dirt ring and also the pool and tossed it back in the jacuzzi. We asked about chemicals to sanitize and she that it did not need it. Needless to say we were not comfortable getting in let alone putting our small children in. We left the 5th never having been able to use the pool and jacuzzi which was a huge factor for picking this house. Luckily weather was decent and spent it on the beach. I was given my cleaning fee back along with a very small partial refund. Overall the house was nice and has potential to be amazing but needs repairs and furniture replacements and maybe a new cleaning service for home and pool.

This house had more than enough space for a family of 13. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was nice with the beach right across the street. We will definitely be booking again l.

Trash can outside we’re full on arrival. Not happy with the cleanliness of dishes, floor and some of the beds and pull out couches. The plastic laminate on the steps were cracked an pealing on arrival.

As a group of 11 adults and 2 children this house was perfect for us. And the time of year of our stay the neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Only called once about trash pick up and they got it taken care of within the hour. Will definitely stay with them again.

Overall great place and great location. Easy walk to the beach(right a cross the street). Short drive to grocery/liquor/shops/and food. Pool needed to be cleaned but was done next morning. House was a 9/10 clean which was pretty good. Only minor problem we ran into was we couldn't find the lights for the pool so night swimming was really dark. But would recommend 10/10 times this place and are already planning a trip back next year for our family trip.

House was very spacious and in a great location walking distance from the beach. The backyard and pool area was amazing and very nice. Although the basketball hoop was not up and working (and we also found that when playing volleyball, the ball sometimes goes over the fence and gets stuck in the bushes), this was an overall amazing property.

Overall a great house. NorthBeach Realty was very responsive to some minor issues that we had. Cleaning was not amazing, but not terrible. Location with the pool can not be beat. A one and a half minute walk down the street less than a block and you are at beach parking, on the beach about 2 mins later. The pool was lovely for lazy days at home. Plenty of bedrooms for the whole family.

This home is a old unit with bedrooms on bottom floor. With this there is a musty oder from water exposure. When we arrived there was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen area so the heat from that we had to deal with. Upon arrival the pool was green along with hot tub. The hot tub was corrected on Tuesday an the pool by Wednesday. We did get a small refund for the pool an hot tub not being usable. The bathrooms had all been updated an were very nice. The air conditioning unit struggled to keep up and one of the bottom bedrooms we had to get a fan to manage the temperature. Great location. Old style home, an good place for teenage kids an up. Not a good place for small kids. The online presentation provides a better overview than what the house really is.

The check in wasn’t as bad as I was expecting, 20 people in line ahead of me but it went quick. Arrival at the home found the pool and hot tub nasty. Called the property manager who had the pool company out there pretty quickly. The pool lady said we could not swim due to all the chemicals (Saturday evening) and someone would be back tomorrow. Nobody ever came on Sunday and it wasn’t until Monday afternoon after several calls that a maintenance worker came and said it’s now ok to swim and the pool company would come Tuesday. They were a no show due to the employee not coming to work it sounds so it was swept out and maintained Wednesday and Friday. The owner refunded but we felt very little for the pool troubles. 3 days of no pool or hot tub use due to these issues. We all were very disappointed. The pool, outdoor activities and walkable to the beach sold us. The shuffleboard has a crack through it making it unlevel, so pretty much unusable. The lawn care people showed up mid week and said they were not able to mow the week before do to a large party. It would have been nice to have instructions like empty the dehumidifier on the second floor, after we found this trick the second floor was much cooler. A book with instructions overall would have been a helpful orientation to the house. The smoke detectors in the kitchen area were all removed and in a drawer, we reported this through the app. The road to cross to get to the beach and sidewalks is 4 lanes divided at 35mph, we crossed without too much trouble. We only had 9 people which was comfortable. The one downstairs bedroom with the laundry stayed pretty warm, seemed to be a converted garage. We took advantage of the free fishing activity that was included with the stay and found that to be hassle free.

For a weekend getaway in Myrtle Beach, this is the best property. It is close to everything and with plenty of space for large groups. We had a great time!

Everything was just how we expected it. Plenty of room, good amenities, and fantastic location to the beach.

The rental experience is smooth and everyone involved is very friendly

We had a great time and enjoyed our rental here. Fantastic location with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, local bars with plenty to do in the day and at night. Would recommend and stay here again.

This house was a great location and the added amenities of the pool and hot tub, which during our stay were cleaned when management had said it would. The house definitely seemed like a well used beach rental property, but this did not impact our stay as it was mostly cosmetic. We did have a slight issue with the refrigerator in the kitchen not staying cold, the property management was very responsive and fortunately there is a fridge downstairs as back up. Some reviews had said the living areas seemed smaller in person, but we had plenty of room for our group and did not seem crammed.
