Love Eagles Landing. Great location and nice condo. Pool access included, but not parking passes in this rental. Kitchen had everything including coffee, tea, and cooking supplies.

This was a great stay! The many amazing reviews are justified. Some highlights:
- pics show place as is
- very comfortable for our family of 5 (three young kids)
- fully equipped: not only kitchen-wise, which is very helpful, but things like beach chairs, beach umbrella, tons of towels, boogie boards (that my kids loved!). Games. So many things I did not have to pack!
- everything worked, comms very smooth
- loved the way the property manager has labeled things so that your questions are pre-empted as to how something works, if something is broken, etc.
Would definitely stay again!

Our recent stay at this property was fantastic! It offered plenty of space for my three daughters and me, ensuring everyone had a comfortable and relaxing time. The property boasts ample parking, which was never an issue during our stay.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Almost everything you’d want to visit while at the beach is within a quick 10-minute drive. The boardwalk is easily accessible and close, with just one right turn you’re on your way to Dewey Beach if that is where you prefer. We also enjoyed the fact that there were several lovely restaurants within walking distance, making dining out very convenient.
The pool on the premises was a big hit with my kids. It’s a great size, and they had a blast swimming and playing there.
At one point, I encountered an issue (completely my own doing), but the prompt and friendly assistance I received turned my day around. The responsiveness and support provided truly made a positive difference in our experience.
Without a doubt, I plan to stay here again on our future trips to Rehoboth. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay near the beach. It truly made our vacation special!

This is a great property. Clean, convenient to the beach/boardwalk area as well as the outlet shopping. Having the linens already there is a plus! There are also some beach chairs that we used. The screened in porch was great for both morning coffee and evening beverages. We took advantage of the convenient bus stop to get to the Boardwalk area but it was just as easy to drive.

As advertised. it was very clean and well decorated. the Beds were comfortable and the furniture appeared to be new and comfortable. you can't beat the location to Rehoboth Ave. and access to route 1. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who would be looking for a place to stay in the Rehoboth area.

We have been doing this with our dear friends for almost 30. This was the cleanest and well stocked place we have stayed. And a lot of sitting room. We definitely will be back next year.

Though we live only an hour away in MD, we decided to stay in the area for a weekend away in the off-season. We had an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this property whether off-season or summer months.
The property description is accurate and there was plenty of room for 4 of us, we could have easily accommodated a few more people.
There's a washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a full, well-stocked kitchen and a dining area with a table we took advantage of for eating and playing games. There's also room for sitting at the kitchen breakfast bar.
There's a small balcony that overlooks the center courtyard/pond. We found our stay very, very quiet, with few people around us in the off-season.
We were centrally located between the beach towns and within a few minutes of the beach, restaurants, breweries, shopping and more.
The communication from the host was top notch, and the cleanliness of the unit was absolutely fantastic.
We all agreed we would happily stay in this location again and wish all experiences were like this one!

Right next to a water park, minutes from beach, shopping/food right around the corner, and the condo was stocked to the gills with tools to make your vacation perfect. We stayed over Turkey Day, and there were enough appliances to do a whole meal. Really great time.

My wife and I stayed two weeks to celebrate our anniversary. The condo is in the perfect location close to everything beaches shopping restaurants we had two minor issues that Mike took care of immediately. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we come back.

The house was spacious and our children enjoyed the pool. My only complaint was the mattress weren't comfortable, especially in the master bedroom.

Loved the condo. A few issues though: the hall tub & master sink drained VERY slow. The air ducts/vents need cleaning. When air conditioner was running there was a nasty smell in the condo, air freshener did Not help. Screened porch is Filthy! Cobwebs in corners & furniture was Very dirty.

We've stayed at this location a couple of times for our Rehoboth Beach vacations. It's close to shops, restaurants, and the beach...and the communication with the owner is excellent. Extremely clean and big enough for all four of us to be comfortable. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at Rehoboth!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike’s place! We had a blast! The property itself is beautiful and everything was spotlessly cleaned. The couches and beds were very comfortable and made for a great nights sleep! The screened in balcony was perfect for sitting out in the morning and evening. It was a perfect spot for me to get some computer work done. A nice surprise was that there are grills directly across the parking lot from the condo, allowing us to have a cookout! The proximity to the beach is just awesome. We were able to get to and from Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk in less than 10 minutes! The only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. Mike was a fantastic host and responded within minutes to any messages sent. Would 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay while we attended the NASCAR race. Great location; lots of sightseeing in RB. Unit was clean and we were pleased to see it actually is bigger than photos look! Initial communication with property manager was great...however, after reporting some minor issues (nothing that affected our stay, but wanted to alert manager so we didn't get charged) we didn't hear anything else until we notified him of our departure. Overall, a pleasant getaway!

This condo is centrally located for many of the local Delaware beaches and is within walking distance to some restaurants. Extremely clean and cozy! Would absolutely rent again:)

This stay went smoothly from beginning to end. We were happy that all the little necessities, like soaps, towels, linens, etc were available. The kitchen was well supplied with all that we needed. The deck was larger than we expected and it was a pleasant place to have our morning coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The location is ideal - close to beaches and downtown Rehoboth, and it was also a very convenient spot from which to shoot up to Milton to visit a dear, older family friend. Very clean and well-appointed and the owner is responsive. Comfortable beds. We would happily rent here again. Thanks for having us at your lovely beach house.

It was nice we didn’t need to bring linen and other items that other renters don’t offer like soaps, etc. I just couldn’t find a hairdryer. Location is great. I rented other properties in the same building. I would like to rent it again in the summer , June perhaps. Thank you.

The condo was great everything was as stated in the property description. Only thing we thought could be better is the bedroom pillows are quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also if you could state to bring DVDs with you to view as the tv does not have a lot
