Great property and great location

I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was perfect for all of our needs and the house being on the water in the bay is amazing and so fun to utilize The kayak and paddleboards at sunset. Just a dream come true family reunion and this house was perfect. Everyone had their own bathroom too. Just amazing place. We will be back.

We have rented this property twice. It is perfect for a larger group!

We rented two properties that AMI Locals runs. One was Hidden Treasure and the other After Dune Delight. Hidden Treasure was amazing. Plenty of space to enjoy 16 of us in the house. We had places to swim and play, quiet living space and then the rooms and bathrooms made it more private when needing time away from crowd. All in all a great place to stay. Both places were nice, clean and comfortable.

Our stay was excellent. The property description was very accurate and the home was very comfortable for our family reunion! We all wished we could stay longer. It was a very easy walk to the beach. My only two small comments would be the following: 1. I wish they had a couple of convenience/pantry like items for guests (salt, pepper, cooking spray) as I've had at other vacation rentals. 2. The property wasn't booked the night before, so we had asked if we could check in a little early because we had out of towners getting in early. In my experience with other rentals typically if the home was ready they would allow you entry a little bit early. I think they tell you they will try, but it must be company policy to not allow it, because we could tell the home was ready but they simply said it was not ready so we couldn't get the code early. A small inconvenience, so I still give it 5 stars because overall it was an awesome house and great stay!

This was the perfect property for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. We had plenty of space to gather in the living room and by the pool. The ensuite bathrooms gave everyone privacy as well. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to have an amazing weekend.

We had a great time. The house is located so close to so many things. We rented a boat each day from the marina and it was easy to get there quickly. Restaurants are close as is the beach. The house pool was a hit with our 4-8 year old grandkids and the moms loved sitting on chairs in the pool too! The neighbors are close and can be a bit loud but when you are in the house you really can’t hear anything happening outside.

Although a new home, the living room furniture and rugs need to be steam cleaned or replaced.. The beds/pillows were not super comfortable but adequate. The house was clean upon our arrival, but definitely not super clean which is what I expect due to the epidemic. Also the vaccuum at the house works poorly. Location was great and overall the house fit our needs for a change of pace, but soiled furniture made this rating go down.

Neighborhood "in transition"-- loud motorcycles at night, people fighting, would have felt unsafe walking around after hours. But the house was nice.

This house is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. All that and an easy 1 block walk to the trolley and the beach. My only caveat would be that it is a 3 story house with the kitchen on the top level. The stairs could be a problem for elderly people but we are 73 and did fine. The bathrooms are great. Everything is new and fresh. Loved it

We enjoyed our staff with the exception of the very rude pest control man! But the folks with AMI were awesome in every way!

With an exception of little things the stay was great. Very closed to the beach, publix and others places. kitchen well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Spa never work because the controller was broken and we called many times but nobody went to fix it.

Highly repeatable. Except for a couple of neighbors (intrusive and walking into the property), I give it a 5 stars.

Excellent in every way

The house was great and perfectly sized for our group. It is a beautiful place! The location was convenient to just about everything on the island. We had a minor issue with the key pad on arrival but it was taken care of. The only difficulty we had was with the parking and narrow street. Construction is going on next door but it looks like it will be completed soon. The only recommendation I have for the property is to get another refrigerator. With the amount of people the house can occupy it surely would have come in handy.

We had a group of 6 couples and this was the perfect property. All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom, which made our adult group vacation very efficient! Home was very nice and clean. Only recommendations or critics is that we cooked a lot and the stove was awful and got way too hot. There seemed to be some issues with it as it was an electric stove. There was also very limited cooking utensils and pans. If you plan to cook, you might consider bringing your own pots and pans. It was an overall great trip and our first trip to AMI, but definitely not our last!

The property was perfect for our occasion. We had planned a wedding on short notice and had family come in from all over the country. The large bedrooms all with their own bathroom was ideal for us. The property was well maintained with modern appliances and fixtures. We had contacted the management company twice during our stay and both interactions were pleasant and we found them to be very accommodating. The location of this property is great, centrally located and easy to find, however the streets are tight and parking is limited but don’t let that deter you just plan accordingly. Check in checkout were easy and straightforward. Will definitely return in the future.

Everything you want in a vacation rental for a group

Quiet And Quaint Except for the construction next door and I mean full swing construction starting at 7 am every day. This is something that definitely should be addressed ahead of time. The house itself is absolutely beautiful in everyway and is extremely comfortable for large parties and has mostly everything you need for cooking. The are no staples in the house but is to be expected at most VRBO houses. Just be prepared. The area itsself is beyound beautiful and is great for just relaxing. The whole houseful was able to walk to alot of places as it is very conviently located and we felt safe. Would definately consider it again

The property was everything that was shown to us on the website. It was a pleasure staying there. Just a couple housekeeping notes; the freezer door was loose there were bulbs burnt out above the kitchen counter there needs to be a light hanging over the main dining area and there was a bedside lamp that was broken and not functional in one of the upstairs bedrooms before we got there. I think it would be to your benefit to leave a few more garbage bags and an extra roll of paper towels. As well as small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Thank you for everything we will come again.

This condo provided an excellent place for our extended family. From ages 6 to 65, we all found a place to relax. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds are comfortable. Enjoy your stay!

The house was absolutely stunning. The listing is 100% accurate, pool and hot tub was perfect size for our group and the location was only around an hour drive from Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete. Sarasota was only about 15 miles away and Bradenton Beach was in walking distance. Surrounded by nice local restaurants and a 5 minute drive from Publix and Dollar Tree. Our only gripe was we wish were notified in advance of the ongoing construction of the house next door, which started at 7:45 and ended for the day around 5 to 5:30pm Other than than the house itself was great. Only recommendation is a nice little 2 piece bistro on the two balconies to enjoy the beautiful views.

Some improvement points - the swimming pool is smaller than it’s shown in the pictures - should add a second fridge considering that the house is for 14 people Anyway , great experience , highly recommended , We hope to come back soon !

The house was set up perfectly to accommodate our party. Each bedroom having its own bathroom, common areas large enough to enjoy time together. The pool was small but was ok. I highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent. Perfect for our 13 guests. Beautiful home. Our suggestions would be a light & fan above the eating area, another refrigerator on the lower level. Loved how easy this whole process was. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with our family.

Our family really liked the location of the property. It was very close to the beach and had nice beach supplies available to use. There was ample room for our large party and the home was very clean and well stocked. Our only complaint was the hot water running out when so many people had to shower we needed to do it in shifts. And we had more adults than children so a couple adults felt the top bunks were a little uncomfortable. Just something to keep in mind if you have a lot of adults in your party. Overall everyone loved the home and commented on looking forward to coming back again.

By far my favorite vacation home. I traveled with. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed being in the home. It was in a perfect location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Having everything available was a blessing. Our stay was magnificent and we will be returning.
