Great location - near everything but quiet at night. Very clear explanations Welcoming owners.

I have stayed in numerous places in Provincetown and this one rivals most of them. Perfect location, lots of space, nicely equipped, good for up to 6 people easily. Wonderful views, great beach, Liz was very easy to work with, no issues whatsoever. Thanks for all Liz!

At first, we were hesitant to travel anywhere during COVID-19, but once we arrived at the property and into Provincetown, we were immediately at ease. Being that it was the end of July 2020, the vast majority of visitors and residents were wearing face masks on Commercial Street, shops, galleries, and the even the beach. Store owners were actively enforcing maximum number of shoppers in their stores and ambassadors were out ensuring everyone complied with the face mask rules. Most restaurants offered outdoor dining and clearly were abiding by social distancing rules the best they can. The unit was very large for the four of us offering great views of the bay and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was large and well appointed. It has two living areas and the bedrooms are nicely separated from the main living area allowing for privacy for those who wanted to go to bed early. I'm so glad we didn't cancel and decided to drive up to Provincetown for a much needed week off. Everything about the property and Liz was wonderful.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathrooms were great to get beautiful for the wedding. The view was spectacular towards the little harbor and the mooring. it was a wonderful stay!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 2.5 week stay at this perfectly located waterfront condo. We had great weather so spent time on our private beach, barbecued with friends and strolled Commercial Street. Kitchen is very well appointed and great for family meals. The owners are delightful and very helpful.

Awesome!! Perfect in every way: location, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, excellent chef's kitchen, spacious bedrooms, friendly caring on site management, everything you could ever want and more!!! Reservations already made for next year!!

My husband and I and a few friends stayed here during Carnival week in August of 2012. We’ve already booked for August of 2013, and we plan on making it an annual getaway forever. Everything is brand new, spacious, and perfect for entertaining friends. It has a big kitchen with everything you need, a dining room that can seat at least 8, a huge living room, an unbelievable view of the bay with a private deck where you can sit and watch the sun set with a glass of wine. There are extra rooms with pull out couches where your friends can crash or where you can get away to read a book or watch television on your own. I could go on. There is no better location in P’town. The three bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, and any amenity you can imagine is available. Last but not least, the landladies are wonderful sisters who are welcoming and helpful. Take the ferry into town, walk down Commercial Street to your haven in the magical place called P’town and let the cares of the world melt away for however long you can stay.
