This is the perfect vacation home. The view of the beach is stunning. The sunsets gorgeous. We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is huge and clean. The kitchen fully stocked. I was also so amazed by how generous the owners are with extra amenities in case you forgot something. We cannot wait to come back!

Couldn’t”t ask for a better lication

This was our 3rd stay at Somerset and our first at this condo. Gene and Cindy were very accommodating to our family of five. It was nice to have so many comforts of home on hand while enjoying our beach stay. We will be back.

Best stocked vacation rental ever. Very spacious. Location is great. Property amenities a real plus (pickleball courts, tennis courts, two pools, charcoal provided for grills, workout facility.) Storage for beach equipment makes a big difference. First trip to Marco Island - very nice with beautiful beaches.

We have stayed in countless condo rentals and this was by far one of our favorites! The reviews of it being well-stocked are beyond accurate - literally everything that one would need are present. The proximity to the beach is incredibly convenient. And the beach supplies located in storage to and from the beach are very handy - no need to track your chairs (and sand) to the unit everyday. The owners are amazing and personally contacted us during the stay. Great unit, would definitely recommend!

We spent three weeks in this condo and there are lots of positives. The view from the 8th floor balcony encompasses the entire beach for a beautiful sunset experience. There is a bonus room with an office and breakfast seating as well as a small balcony on the east side with complete privacy - the east windows for most units open into a public hallway forcing occupants to keep their blinds closed for privacy. All the appliances are new and functional. The apartment is stocked with everything you need including beach toys and towels, sports gear, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and cookware, and even some bar items. The building exterior is remodeled and exceptionally well maintained. There is reserved covered parking for the unit. We were surprised to discover that the grills use charcoal rather than natural gas. The grill area is well stocked by the building management with supplies including starter fluid, briquets and utensils. If you grill you will return to the unit smelling like smoke, but the food does taste better. Plan dinners accordingly. There are issues, however. This unit needs to be refreshed. On our arrival there were a dozen spot stains on the carpets in both bedrooms. Several dresser drawers were broken. There are multiple fiber mats in the high traffic areas, but their edges are curled causing a trip hazard (one of our guests fell). The master bathroom shower had mildew up to the second row of tiles (about 12 inches and more than expected even in Florida humidity), but we did find tile cleaner in the supply cabinet. The living room sectional and overstuffed chairs have many sagging cushions and springs. The welcome instructions told us to enjoy HBO, but the subscription had been cancelled. There were no other premium channels and no Roku for streaming. The Hewlett Packard office printer is more than 10 years old; HP no longer supports the driver software to download to your computer. The east sunroom drapes were not functional, and they were held up by two shower curtain rods. We did not ask the local representative or the owners to change anything during our stay. It’s a beautiful location that would be a definite five star with some refreshing.

This condo was very comfortable and has all the conveniences of home! Property owners were especially easy to deal with. They were helpful responsive and genuinely want you to enjoy your time in Marco Island. Great location, awesome beach and lots of amenities! We can’t wait to come back!

Well furnished and located to make for a great Spring Break. Great communication with Property Manager.

Upon entering, we quickly realized that the owners have it stocked with more than most condos do. Everything you could have possibly forgot to pack is there or else previous renters have left it. There’s even bikes to use and all beach items needed in a locker or second bedroom closet. Really big condo including front balcony to watch sunrise and overlooks Marco. Back balcony has stunning view of the ocean, beach and sunsets. We felt extremely safe as everything is gated. It does have older decor and furniture but everything is in good shape and who really cares when you’re outdoors most of the time anyways. We would rent this condo yearly if we could make time to go back yearly. Marco Island is extremely relaxing and has great boutiques, restaurants and perfect beach to collect shells.

Had a great week. EVERYTHING you could possibly want is there.. Location is the bast.❤️

This property is in a great location and the owner has everything you need ! I would rent this property again. The location is perfect and restaurants are close for driving along with grocery stores.

With the mesmerizing ocean-front view, we spent our days soaking up all the warmth of Florida to remember when we returned to the sub-zero Midwest. The condo was quiet, clean, comfortable and serene. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with every amenity one might need...even night lights! Thank you for an ideal vacation, Gene.

We really enjoyed our stay at Somerset. The condo is wonderfully situated on the beach. We watched dolphins and shore birds every day. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you could think of including spices, filters, oil, vinegar, paper plates, a printer, an incredible bar, etc. You are within walking distance from restaurants where you can sit outside. We loved our stay and wish it were longer. We appreciated everyone wearing masks in the elevators and the overall cleanliness. Can’t say enough. The only thing we would change is to replace the carpeting with tile but that is a personal preference. Thanks so much for a lovely trip.

The owners provide everything you can think of. The condo is very spacious. The views from this condo are fantastic. My wife and I slept every night with the sliding door open listening to the sound of the soothing ocean waves. The sunsets were fantastic. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise and sound of ocean waves. Communication with owners was great. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Look forward to renting from you again!

Property had amazing views for dolphin spotting. This property had everything you could imagine for a family of 5. We had the best vacation!

The appliances were flawless. Full size washer/dryer. Large fridge with an ice-maker. Great A/C. Comfy beds. Clean. Great, extra-large floor plan. Not that these were expected, but this is a first ever that the owner supplied toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, paper napkins, dish washer pods, laundry detergent, coffee filters, spices, lots of towels, PC printer, boom box, CDs. DVDs, books, games, etc., etc., etc.

Our family of four stayed for one week and enjoyed starting the day with a walk on the beach and watching the sunset every evening.. The view from the 8th floor balcony was amazing. This unit was stocked with everything we needed. The building was clean and quiet. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Our only suggestion is both shower stalls could use a good cleaning. Still we wouldn’t hesitate to rent #807 again.

We had a wonderful week! The view was amazing and it had everything we could possibly need and more. A true home away from home. We slept comfortably, had plenty of space to play games and watch movies with our adult children on the rainy days and enjoyed walking and playing on the beach on the sunny ones.
