Very spacious unit. Ac worked great. Infinity pool was amazing with a great view.

Te location of the condo was good. I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and looking at the marina. I did not like being on the first floor but that’s just a preference of mine. The location had 2 pools. The one closest to us was a bit “buggy” seems like one of the filters were not working but we headed up to the second pool and it was nice. I loved the restaurants near by. The condo was spacious and perfect for my husband ,mother and daughter. I would rent this property again.

This location was perfect to explore PR. We would travel around during the day and come back and use one of the 3 pools on property. The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly. The location was secure and close to so much to do!

Condo was spacious and really nice location. Clean, had all normal amenities and for our needs. Issue with microwave was dealt with in a timely and management was very responsive. Not far from beaches, good food and gated community. Security at the gate was clear about safety and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again and have shared with friends.

Great experience and would love to come back.

We had an amazing time on the island

The place can definitely use an update. The front door seems to be coming apart, the living room furniture is busted and the overall cleanliness is not what you would expect. The property staff and security were helpful and friendly. The club pool was awesome! The hole family enjoyed it.

Pena Mar is perfect, great stay!

My family and I stood here from February 22 to February 28,2023 The most amazing time. Everything we needed for the beach was available in the apartment,The manager was great at responding to msg. The fact that they have 24 hour security made me feel very safe I would definitely come back again for a visit.

Stove was not working right problems with the internet, bed very uncomfortable. Really was not disappointed.

This is a quite small town with two beautiful beaches down the road. The condominium was spacious and always had 24 hour security. Anthony was available for any questions at any time. Google gave us the wrong location, but Anthony was helpful to get us back on track!

We had an excellent stay here in Fajardo. Very nice place and central location to everything around.

I think this is an upscale property for the area, very secure and overlooking a marina. The check in instructions were vauge, especially when it's dark, and you're exhausted. There's not a lot of street lights in this country, apparently. The mattress and couch were almost unusable. No way to block out the colored LED lights leaking into all rooms. I left a day early.

Beautiful place was simply an amazing stay

We were totally duped believing what was advertised to find out dated defective amenities. The pictures of amenities have to be 10 years old or older. The view on photos are from another location on property. We were totally duped

Throughly enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean, great location.

Enjoyed our stay. Getting the keys was a little confusing because we didn’t have clear instructions prior to arrival. But after speaking with Alex (I think) we had no issues. Now the couches need replacing they are very worn out. The bed in the master was herd as a rock. It felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. Overall a comfy place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The place was clean, furniture needs upgrade was torn and lived in...no air conditioning in the living room/dinning room area... When washing clothes the heat from dry was unbearable....Could not enjoy time relaxing as family nor able to watch a movie......We had to buy fans to get things cool with the air from the bedrooms.....could not open the sliding doors....no screens.... ☹️

Besides the little ants everywhere (Which, what are ya gonna do?), the hard beds that others have also mentioned, and not realizing that where we were staying that the ocean nearby smells like rotten eggs (oops) we had a pleasant time! The very three things I'd change though is the internet connection, the entry door that slams so loudly, and the balcony sliding doors the squeak loudly as well. Seriously otherwise so nice to stay at. Alex cannot control the ocean smelling or the ants of course, but you get what you pay for for sure. Good location and short distance from much.

When my family and I arrived everything was great the apt was nice and clean. It Was stock with few things we where able to use while we went to near by Walmart. The apt is on the first floor with a view to the marina. The smell in area was not pleasant I assume it was from all the dead algea. My 4th day there when we arrive in evening there was water leaking from ceiling which was cause by broken pipe from the apt above. I contacted the host and sent pictures he stated that the owner to that apt will be going by to shut the water off. I ask if someone was going to clean up the person that clean was not available until 2 days later. I use towel to dry up all the water. I thought it was very unfair that the person was not available to come clean up the water. The apt does need some updating the sofa you sink in very difficult to get up from. The lighting In the rooms and bathroom in master bedroom are very Dime not good lighting at all. I also notice tiny little bugs on kitchen counter and bathroom counter. The faucet in kitchen when opening you practically take shower. Other than those minor things that can be fix the apt is comfortable.

Would definitely stay again if they get the ant problem under control, the ants don’t Bite but they are a pain when you don’t come from a home with NO ants 🥴. Besides the ants and cleanliness upon arrival, The location is great! And the apartment itself has such great potential! It’s so spacious! It’s literally the first building and just super convenient for us and teenagers. The security, people complain about in previous reviews is so silly to me. We literally had no issues coming in and out of here, it’s pretty simple to give a name and get an opened gate and have a nice day in return. It made us feel extremely safe to stay here and we literally ran into NO issues. We did hear music on Sunday night and Saturday morning but it was more entertaining for us instead of enough to ruin our trip. Truly enjoyed our stay here and this can definitely be some where we continue to stay if they change a few things! Thank you Alex!

The beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses felt like you were sleeping on a brick.

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. The view is okay, there’s a main road right out the balcony and at night you can hear cars driving by blasting music which was a bit annoying. There were lots of little ants all over the place. It was so bad we couldn’t leave any kind of food out or snacks open on the counters or tables. We had to throw out a lot of food throughout our stay if we left it unattended for even a few minutes. On top of that, the washer/dryer did not work at all. This was the biggest nightmare; we couldn’t wash any beach towels or our clothes. Because we were in and out of different places everyday and couldn’t properly dry our towels in between, we would have no clean/dry towels each day and had to throw them all out by the end of our stay. We informed the owner to which he replied he would send someone to fumigate to handle the ants and that he would send someone to repair/replace the washer and dryer units. None of these things ever happened and we had to stay our entire trip with ants all over our food and no clean clothes or towels. For the amount of food we’ve thrown away and every single one of our towels to get to the point where we had to throw them all out was unacceptable and I would never recommend anyone stay here. Stay higher up for less of an ant problem and better view, but be aware that the washer/dryer might not work in those higher condos either. Both my sister and brother in law had higher condos and their washer and dryer didn’t work either – makes you wonder if they did that on purpose to avoid high water bills. Such an inconvenient stay. I will be avoiding these condos for my next visit to PR.

The condo is nice, just a little disappointed with how things played out. I think the apartment could be cleaned a little better than it was. We packed light due to this condo having a washer and dryer. The dryer did not work, and was not fixed while we were there, after informing the owner at the beginning of our stay. Mid week, the fridge went out, so all our ice cream and food had to be tossed. I'm not sure if there are ants or what, but there is are small insects in the kitchen that get s into your food. I think they're ants. We had a group of 7 and there were only 4 bath towels. I told the owner, and he indicated there were more in linen closet. I explained they were beach towels and he responded "WOW". So, we made it work, by using beach towels and what was provided. Just wasn't what was listed and very frustrating that people pay 125 dollars for a clean place, and it doesn't get cleaned as it should. More than anything, I'm frustrated with the owner not being responsive to the issues addressed.

Alex and the local crew were very responsive and answered all our questions. The place was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again. Great location and safe The few nit picks I'd have are mattresses were a bit stiffer than I'm used to, and the pillows had little ssupport.

We had a great time at this location.The only downside we ware not able to enjoy the pool they ware close due to COVID-19 When everything was already 50% open in the island but I understand that it wasn’t the owners fault. But overall we had a great experience.
