We had high expectations for this property and it even exceeded those expectations. Everything worked great; very clean; comfortable beds; well-equipped kitchen; great showers; perfect table for playing board games (3 generations, 9 people); nice refreshing pool; convenient grocery store; easy walk through the dunes to beach; ocean view; many restaurants within blocks; owner has top floor but it is completely separate and not a problem at all. Used Burkes Rentals for beach chairs and umbrellas; they set up for you right on beach in area closest to house; great service. There were beach chairs in the garage too and other beach toys that we used at night when watching 4th of July fireworks on beach. Wonderful beach town. Would book this rental again.

After months of planning we were very excited to arrive at this beautiful multi-story home with viewing deck for spring break. The property is in a great location with many restaurants and shopping within short walking distance. The home was clean and immaculate upon arrival. However, this property is not private. Unbeknownst to us, this is actually a condo. From the listing and pictures we were not aware we only had access to the second level. The owners live upstairs. You do not have access to the ground level at the pool (which was a little inconvenient with little ones.) No access to the viewing deck at all. After months of anticipating our stay it was very disappointing that maintenance work was done during our stay. It was very uncomfortable to sit poolside while construction workers hammered above you. They also had their skill saw set up by the pool which was also very dangerous with children. At one point the workers dropped a huge piece of trim down from the third level missing us by inches. We finally packed up the kids and went inside. The management group offered to move us, but it was the last day of our stay. The owner is very involved and told us we could leave if we didn’t like the noise. This was super disturbing as we felt we paid a good premium for his property. If I had known the common areas were shared, owners were there coming in and out and maintenance was scheduled during our stay, I would have not booked. (Although during our stay I went back and read the listing and could not find any fine print with any of this information.).

It was our first trip to Tybee Island and everyone had a great time. The adults loved the local taverns and restaurants. The teens had fun at beach and parks. House was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the private heated pool.

The property is absolutely beautiful & was immaculate. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The close proximity to the beach was an added bonus. We loved the laid back island atmosphere.

The home is stunning. The property management team was excellent and able to answer a couple questions that popped up. Would not hesitate to repeat stay here.

My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at 2 13th Place. Although the pool and living space seemed smaller than the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised by the whole space. The pool was perfect, plenty of sun and shade. We sat on the back porch for hours and hours. The beach was a short walk. The kitchen had everything we needed ( but dish towels- there was only 1). The bedrooms were large and so clean. We would definitely stay there again! Highly suggest especially for adults vacationing together!

Overall great experience! Located right on the beach, so you don't have to worry about a parking hassle. Also extremely clean and has everything you'll forget to bring!

Excellent experience. Owner was on site (in a separate condo) for some of our stay and was very friendly, helpful and engaging. Management company was in contact and available. Great modern property with 4 master bedrooms. Perfect for 4 couples.

Great layout of condo with views across dunes to ocean. Short walk to the beach. Property was very clean and well equipped with cooking utensils and glassware. Bedrooms were larger than expected. Management company was responsive to inquiries.

We had a wonderful vacation. The property was as advertised. It was clean and well taken care of. We used the pool every day. We loved being able to walk to a variety of restaurants. The view of the ocean is amazing; we spent a lot of time on the veranda.

Beautiful view, immaculate property. As other reviewers noted, the description could be more clear in terms of this being a condo, not an entire home. This didn’t present an issue but was a bit of a surprise.

Excellent property and rental experience!

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures. Our few interactions with the owners found them to be friendly and gracious. The garage had lots of pool floats and boogie boards which we did not realize until we got there (one less thing to pack :). The beds were very comfortable. Great place!

We rented this property for our annual girls trip and it couldn't have been any better! Their was 7 of us and we all fell in love with this property! The home is only 3 years old with a fabulous view and pool. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean every night. Just a short walk through the dunes to the ocean. We got up and walked to the beach and watched the sun come up every morning! Pier, shopping and dining are just a short walk. Savannah just a short car ride. All the bedrooms are clean and spacious with their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed staying in a couple of nights to enjoy the view. There are enough towels for everyone for showering and a washer and dryer so don't forget some laundry pods. Some guests have left their beach chairs, etc, in the garage so you might get lucky and not have to buy any. Don't forget to have dinner across the street at Sting Rays, Paula Dean's Creekside, The Crab Shack, in Savannah must try Vics (recommended by the owner) and The Pink House. We also enjoyed the trolley in Savannah.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Everything in the condo was pristine. The huge covered patio was my favorite place to sit and relax. With just a minute or so walk to the beach, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

Clean, new, beautifully furnished, and amazing location!

Very short walk to beach

We spent five nights in this lovely property. It is the second story unit in a three story building; the owner occupies the top floor. The view was amazing. We spent many hours on the porch overlooking the dunes and the ocean. Great access to the beach. The pool was a real plus. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have what you would need. One exception, we did not see any wine glasses or a corkscrew. Maybe they are there and we just didn’t find them. There are a lot of drawers and cupboards... This was our first visit to Tybee Island. There was a lot to do and we had a great time. We would definitely go back to the island and to this property!

We loved our time in Tybee and thoroughly enjoyed this property. My ONLY critique is that it was somewhat unclear that this is not an entire home but just one floor and the pool. The 1 floor was quite spacious and could easily accommodate 4 couples... I just thought we were renting an entire house, ie there would not be anyone else on the property.

This is a beautiful house and just exactly the way they describe it in the listing. The host is very helpful and gracious. Our family enjoyed the time in the house in the pool, on their balcony. I would definitely stay here again, when we return.

First and foremost, renters beware, this is not a house. It is a condo. So when you are looking at the rates and the proximity to the beach and the pool, be advised, you are only getting one floor, and only exterior access to the pool. While the pictures of the condo are very accurate, they are only of a single floor. The stairs in the photo are in a common area, not in the unit available for rent. Also, in the exterior photos, please be advised you will have access to only one deck and the pool. The roof top and the 3rd floor are not accessible. Also, there is no use of the 1st floor rooms near the pool. The property manager did not have the unit ready on time per our agreement. They did “generously” agree to refund the money we had paid for a service we did not receive. Not exactly world class customer service. However, the property manager did agree to let us come to downtown and pick up the keys early. So there was some accommodation. The pool, the main living area, the bedrooms, and the single deck you are permitted to access are all very nice and well furnished. The kitchen appliances are very new, and all worked great. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very nice. There is a guest bathroom, however “gatherings of any kind” are prohibited by the rental agreement. Any person in excess of the agreement’s stated occupancy will incur a charge, so I do not know who might use the guest bathroom. Overall, this is an new and excellent space. However, it was not ready on time and it is being offered as a house, and it is not.

What a great place to stay! This property is as beautiful as the pictures shown on line. The cleanliness was superb. The pool is an added plus. Best oceanview!! I would definitely stay here again.
