We loved it here! Cherie and Bill were so kind and it was such a quiet area. Not too far from Bryce Canyon so we did a lot outdoors as well.

Excellent location for nearby attractions. Very clean and all the best amenities. The pumpkin bread was delicious and came in handy for something to eat on the road. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We were beyond satisfied with our stay at the Country Bunkhouse! My two 20-something sons and I stayed there for a couple of nights while visiting Bryce Canyon and would gladly return. Cherie and her husband were gracious, kind and welcoming hosts – from the homemade pumpkin bread waiting for us on arrival to suggestions Bill gave my astrophotographer son for where he could set up his equipment in the area. The bunkhouse is just adorable – clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed with comfy beds, plenty of bath linens (most places never have enough washcloths!) and kitchen necessities. The binder Cherie has assembled with info about the area was appreciated and helped us get our bearings quickly. The bunkhouse is a fairly quick drive from Bryce and close to other area points of interest. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this quaint getaway. The bunkhouse was cozy and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The host thought of everything: fresh cookies, extra blankets and towels, plenty of dishes and entertainment for the kids. The best addition was the welcome packet that included restaurant suggestions and all the local places to explore. We would not have known about the slot canyon hike in Willis Creek if it weren't for the info provided by host. It turned out to be the best part of our trip! Thank you!

This place was so cute. We came for just a couple nights. My kids loved the bunk room and playing games they have stocked in the house. Well kept place and the whole process was easy.

Lovely place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon NP. Better value than staying right outside the park, but it’s a 20 minute drive. It was worth it to us. Recommend it to any groups 4 or less. Has a nice kitchenette, beds are comfortable, and bathroom is clean.

Pleasant, beautiful!

Perfect location and space for us and our teenage boys during our visit to Bryce Canyon. The house was clean, smelled nice and had comfortable beds. The food options in this area are very limited. We did try IDKBarbeque and loved it. Our only issue was that our GPS maps wouldn’t pull up the address. I ended up using the address for the Grand Staircase Inn and found it that way.

The bunkhouse is cozy- great location. There were just 2 of us, and it was good. Even though there are beds for 6 -2 double beds and 2 bunkbeds -it would be a bit tight. The kitchen is just fine (we ate in all the time). The bathroom is beautiful ! I wonder if Cherie (a great host) might consider a sofa bed in the living area, instead of a queen size bed? There would be a place to sit and watch TV, or read a bit comfortably. But all in all -it was just great !

Very clean. Even brushed the snow off the vehicle in the morning and supplied a widow scraper for us. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Really great stay at Cherie's little rental Perfect for 2 people or great for 2 adults and 2 kids. There's bedding for 6 technically, just not sure how that would work overall since there's no couch or anything in the main area. But honestly, you're there for access to Bryce and the surrounding beauty so after a long day of adventure it should be a shower (or a hot bath in that GREAT tub!), food and then rest. The BEST homemade oatmeal cookies myself or my partner ever had we're waiting for us on the table when we got there. There's a small but efficient kitchen, comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom. It's everything we needed for our 2 perfect days in the park. Would certainly rent again if we ever went back!

One of the most adorable properties we’ve stayed in. Very close to Bryce but also to several other parks in the area. Very beautiful surroundings.

This place is a wonderful oasis to most likely generic hotels nearby. It has a homey feel, with homemade cookies upon arrival and all. Not far from Bryce Canyon and other hiking sites nearby. Beautiful quilts on the beds, a few necessities for the small kitchen in the unit, and a big bathroom with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds as well. Would stay here again if in the area.

Great that it had 2 bedrooms and a well-stocked Kitchen. Was a bit farther from Bryce Canyon than I expected but a scenic 12 mile drive. In a quiet little town. Limited restaurant choices.

I would give this wonderful gem and it’s owner 10 stars! I brought my friend for her 50th birthday and we arrived to cookies, balloons, a sign and birthday music. It could not have been more perfect! The rooms were immaculate and the kitchen/bathroom is well stocked. Neighborhood is quiet and star gazing was breathtaking from the yard. Perfect for Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome basin and Escalante.

The Country Bunkhouse was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay as we celebrated our son’s 35th birthday. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay, very clean and convenient to National Parks!!

Perfect for 2 people with a basic studio kitchen for casual dining in. Clean and tastefully decorated. Well laid out, cozy but not cluttered. Very clean. Nice yard (too bad it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there!) Quiet residential neighborhood. Not super close to Bryce NP, but not real far either. If it were closer then you'd be crowded or noisy.

Perfect base for visiting Bryce, Capitol Reef and Grand Staircase.
