We had a wonderful time at the Lake and this house was the perfect rental. House has been upgraded and cared for. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Chris addressed any issues that popped up quickly. Quiet location close to the boat ramps.. Great for a morning walk. We would definitely stay again!!

I was turning 50 and wanted a relaxing getaway to celebrate with my closest friends and family. This was the perfect space for us! The way the rooms are situated gave everyone some privacy while still being all together. It’s nice having a house because you can spend quality time together, cooking, talking, playing games, etc. There was plenty to do around the lake, we brought our floats and our boat, we floated in the water and went to Margaritaville. Such a good time, we all talked about doing this trip annually.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is laid out well for multiple couples or families. Everyone basically has their own suite with bedroom & bathroom. The only negative is that the pillows and mattress pads could be updated. The neighborhood is lovely with deer walking through the yard, and it is very quiet.

My family and significant others stayed and celebrated my birthday! House, location, dock was perfect! House is fully stocked for cooking and the layout is great! The property manager was so easy to work with and we had no issues with the house. Absolutely fantastic trip!

We loved this location, the double decker dock, very well stocked kitchen and enough room for all 10 adults, ( 8 for sleeping). There was grass, water and tree'd areas! Lots of porch space for morning coffee and eating outside!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and clean. Very cozy and comfortable. Pretty much had everything we needed. New appliances was a plus. Had a lot of cooking to do for our Nee Year celebration. The view was beautiful. Very close drive from all the important stores to buy food. Or restaurants if you like. But we stayed in and mostly cooked at the house. It was also very convenient to have a washer and a dryer to wash our clothes before packing. We really enjoyed our stay. Would do it again if family ever decides to.

Furniture was worn out and dirty. This was our thanksgiving getaway, Oven on main level in kitchen did not work. Kitchen had only 2 trash bags of, one had garbage in it as we arrived, no kitchen towels. The whole place could use a deep cleaning. Somewhat of a disappointing experience.

Great house

With some updates and thorough cleaning, this home could be a gem. Excellent location and view. Private but within a 5 minute drive to Publix. It has a great floor plan. However, it needs a thorough cleaning and painting, stained carpets replaced, replace screens that are missing in most of the windows and doors, miss matched and chipped dishes, some of the teflon pots were so badly scarred, they were unusable. The lower level had a very loud humidifier running but its mildew odor was so strong we spent 0 time down there, it was also very dark. The windows and doors were extremely dirty. We requested they come clean them but no one was available. We actually went out and bought window cleaner and cleaned everything we could reach to see the incredible view. They did graciously refund us the cleaning charge. There was no space in the kitchen cabinets to keep supplies (did i mention only 3 wine glasses). A fake plant above the refrigerator was so thick with dust, we were afraid to move it to clean it. There were only 2 light bulbs out of 6 in the master bathroom. But...the deck was new and large and the dock was also nice. We will keep an eye on this home, if the updates are made, it would definitely be our #1 pick for a yearly trip. Lake Lanier was fabulous!!!

The house was perfect for us. We have been doing a guys boat weekend every year. We have stayed at many houses. This one has been the best by far. We will be staying here next year and many more.

Great location and nice house as advertised. Could use some updating on decor and needs better lighting throughout. Lake Lanier is wonderful and located on south end which was nice and quiet. A little too much intrusion from rental agency and owner visiting and contacting us during the stay- felt like they were following you on security cameras

This lake house was in a perfect location, clean and spacious! The property manager was at our fingertips, if we needed them. The AC worked great, which is a must in the South during summer. The 2 story boat dock as a blast and perfect for lazy summer days.

We had a wonderful time here! The house is very spacious, and the view is gorgeous. Our only complaint is that renters do not have access to put their boats in either of the slips, and the listing seems misleading in that way. Renters have to tie on to the side of the dock, which is less than ideal when it’s raining or very choppy. Otherwise, great stay in a great house!

Cleanliness of the outside of the house was terrible. Gutters had not been cleaned, cob webs covering the windows both front and back. We had to clean the cob webs. Downstairs had a smell of burnt wood. There was a air purifier to clean the smell, but the smell lingered for the entire week. We were going to use the pull out couch, but the mattress cover was dirty and we could not find any sheets. Curtains would not open in the upstairs family room.. Problem was never resolved. Property Manager was notified of the problem on Saturday when we arrived.

Well stocked, large home. Proximity to Little Ridge park was a nice surprise. Would have liked to park our boat under the cover but that was not allowed; with rain each night that was not ideal. Big kitchen and 2nd fridge were awesome. Would recommend and would stay again!

The house was great for our trip. Management responded quickly when we had a question. No bugs and was very clean. Will be coming back to this rental!

This lake house was perfect for our family reunion. Each bedroom is very private with it’s own full bath. Plenty of space to spend time together in the open floor plan upstairs with a whole separate living area downstairs. Wonderful view from the upper deck of the lake and an easy walk to the boat dock. Launching the boat was really convenient as the public launch is right on the same street. The property management company was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Would love to rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing; the home had everything needed.

When you go to relax at the lake for the weekend in Fall, watching a few football games is not unusual. Seems like a cheap please to try to save a few dollars but we could not get the UGA game on ESPN. The TVs could not even load our own ESPN and Xfinity apps because they were not updated. I had to watch English Premier league on my Laptop and then we had to go out to watch the Georgia Game. Basic access to sport should be a given or at least update your smart TVs with flash player so I can run my own apps. Other than that the place is great. As I said the extra $10 per month or so, to look after your guests needs would be money well spent.

Great location, beautiful home interior, suited perfectly for a large group. Love the separated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Enjoyed our time out on the dock. We'll likely try to book this home again for a family gathering.

Need exterminator for kitchen. More reading lamps in living room. The view would be even more beautiful if the upper windows in the LR WERE cleaned inside and out.

Great set up for our family getaway with privacy for our grown children, spouses, and 2 grandbabies. We enjoyed boating, beaches, picnics and Pelican Pete's. Our host was attentive and quick to take care of our requests. While the house was great for privacy, I missed that we couldn't all sit around the table together. Six at the table, three at the counter was the best we could do. However, there was plenty of room upstairs, downstairs, and outside on the patio and deck. The huge trees and lake views are impressive from every room. We had a marvelous time together.

Communication prior to check in was easy and all my questions were answered. Check in was super easy. The home was as described and actually perfect for our family. We served meals buffet style from the massive kitchen raised counter. We enjoyed the lake every single day and rented a boat one day. Played boccee ball in the yard and enjoyed the hot tub. No problems at all. We all decided we will be vacationing here on the Lake next year!

Everything was perfect about this home. It is right on Lake Lanier, with a gorgeous dock and sun deck. The house was immaculate. It is equipped with everything you might need and much more. There is even a steam shower in the master! We'll be back again.
