This lovely home is spacious and convenient to town with a wonderful yard and gardens. It is well equipped for cooking or just relaxing with take-out (lots of nearby restaurants). Clean and well set-up (with towels and sheets). Good space for one well behaved dog. One disappointment was that the listing says there's a hot tub - there is not. We will consider coming back!

Great location, beautiful property. Anything you could need was available. Great instructions for check out. They think of everything so you don't have to. Just stay and enjoy, great experience.

This was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. Great location within walking distance of Commercial Street and nice and cozy when we had a rainy afternoon. The dryer was key after getting caught in a downpour. Five stars!

Home is close to commerce street where most of the restaurants and shops are located. It's a nice easy walk. Ample parking for three vehicles. Every thing we needed were supplied. Enjoyed our stay.

The measure of a good vacation rental is the number of times it was necessary to communicate with the host. Our two night stay required only one such message for a very minor matter.
Carlos' house was a perfect place for our family trip to
Provincetown for a wedding. Plenty of room for three couples and the four grandkids. The house was clean and bright and well located for our forays into town.
Just one note: I received conflicting notices about the entry code ... resulting in a bit of confusion and frustration. But overall a minor inconvenience and a great stay.
Special thanks to Carlos for accomodating us so we wouldn't be late for the late Saturday afternoon wedding. Very helpful and much appreciated.

This is the second time we have stayed at Carlos’ house and it has become our annual retreat with close friends. His home is immaculate, comfortable, and provides everything you need. We love the fact that it’s a short walk to town!

My friends and I stayed at this house this past weekend, and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, the house was very nice, the outdoor area was great, and the location was perfect - quiet street away from it all and under 10 minutes you could walk to town. The house looks great in the pictures, but it’s actually better in person. I would definitely stay here again! Carlos was very easy to reach and always responded right away. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Provincetown, this is it!

Traveled with some friends (including a toddler) and stayed at this wonderful home. So many great amenities, amazing location close to everything, without feeling like you were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. So many incredible little touches. Couldn’t have asked for a better place, would stay here again in a heartbeat if we can!

We loved our stay in Carlos' fantastic home. It's walking distance to Commercial Street and MacMillan Wharf, but just far enough that you don't have to worry about the bustle or the noise of downtown. The house was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. My family especially loved the outdoor shower in their gorgeous yard (even though we visited in early fall). Book this house if it's available!

This four bedroom house was everything we hoped for! It was comfortable, well equipped, clean as a whistle, and beautifully landscaped!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is a beautiful, comfortable home and easily accommodated two young families. We also loved the outdoor space - the gardens were beautiful and made the yard feel like a private retreat. The location was fantastic - we loved being walking distance to downtown and a short drive to beaches. Overall, we had a great stay!

Welcoming, clean, and super convenient
We had a great stay. The house is spacious, clean; the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are really well stocked with all you need. The outdoor space is really nice and allows for a really comfortable stay. We had kids and the dead-end street was perfect. The location of the house is super close to all attractions. Carlos was very communicative. We would definitely recommend Carlos and this property
