Had a great time.

Loved this place! We have two little kids, and they had a pack n play, booster seat, toys, kids silverware etc. also loved that they had a ton of beach chairs, umbrella, wagons, double stroller, and pool floats. The house was nice and even more updated than the pictures. They had a ton of beach towels to use and the living area was comfortable and fun to hang out in. The pool was awesome and clean. The house is 7 houses down the street, so it’s about a 2 minute max walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

Pros: Location is about a block and a half from the beach. And they provide wagons for transporting beach equipment which they also have. The garage is well stocked with beach stuff. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have nice comfortable beds. Check in is easy with lockbox. We were able to bring our dog for additional fee. Cons: Dryer was full of laundry to be folded from previous stay. King bed in master is not comfortable at all. When I contacted owner, I was told new bed is on back order. Use the quilts in house for more padding. Overall, we had a great trip. It was hard to get moving in the morning as my husband and I both had back issues with the uncomfortable bed. We would stay there again if the King mattress was replaced.

The location can’t be beat, it is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to just about anything else you might want to do. The white sandy beach was beautiful, restaurants were great and things to do were endless. The house itself is completely stocked, a full kitchen, plenty of linens, a few beach beach umbrellas, tons of pool floats and toys, if you need it, they probably have it. Communicating with the owners was easy and the response time was quick. I definitely recommend booking this house for your next beach trip!

Great house that gave our family plenty of space to be together, but also room to spread out. Loved the pool and access to the beach. Very convenient to Publix as well. Would have liked a few restaurants / coffee spots in walking distance, but gave that up for more quiet.

Great house, very close to the beach! My kids favorite part was probably the pool. The only drawback is that it was not quite as walkable as I hoped it would be to shops and restaurants, but that was my own doing. We rented a golf cart and it was super easy to get around though. Overall, it was a great stay with great amenities at the house. Kids enjoyed the beach toys and the wagon made the short walk hauling it all very easy.

Location-amazing! Beach access across Estero Blvd. super easy walk. Plenty of room for our family! We cooked a lot. Kitchen had what we needed. Loved the pool and outdoor shower. We didn’t realize all of the beach toys, bikes, coolers, towels, etc that were there!!! We would have packed a lot less. We didn’t need items for a toddler/baby but they had all of that too! Wonderful stay!

Wonderful location and perfect for a family vacation especially with younger children. Kids loved the pool and close walk to the beach. Plenty of toys and beach accessories provided. TVs have been updated since recent pictures to all smart TVs throughout home.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get away. We have a 1 & 2 year old and this house had it all. Some things I really appreciated were the pack-n-play, high chair, extra fans for the bedrooms, toddler potty, lots of toys, a stocked kitchen, the screened in porch, tons of towels and the perfect amount of space. I packed toys for our boys but wouldn’t have needed to! I loved that the living quarters were upstairs so the boys couldn’t easily access the pool. The pool was warm and clean & a favorite for all. Downstairs, in the garage, was everything needed to visit the beach- from toys to beach balls to even a beach wagon! My boys loved the wagon and it made our trips to the beach so much easier. We were two blocks from a Publix, 100 yards from the beach and a quick drive to the square. I absolutely loved this house & really appreciated the hosts. They were quick to respond and I so appreciate them sharing their home with us! We will be back! Thanks so much again!

We were so pleased with this property. There are so many extras- towels, toys, rafts, chairs , coolers, beach carts- you name it. The only complaint is the cleaning company could use some improving. I don’t feel this is a reflection of the owner. Allison was very responsive and kind.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 and the grandparents came along. This house had everything, from the perfect pool and accessories to all things necessary for the beach! The closet full of towels was a nice surprise as those are often in short supply for rentals. The kitchen was well stocked, the TV had great options for streaming. The screen porch was perfect, every bedroom also had a little porch. The walk to the beach was a skip down the short block and across the not so busy road right to the public access. The beach was so perfect and loved how quiet it was from that access point. I can't say enough about this mid island home. We wish to come back but it's already booked for the time we're looking! We'll be back, hopefully! Thank you for our most favorite stay so far in Florida!

We had a great time at the Paradise Vacation House. Our stay was from January thru March. It is truly paradise. Everything we read about the property was true…5 minute walk to the beach, heated pool, all beach equipment you need,, Wi-Fi and cable worked great, awesome front porch. The photos don’t do this properly justice as the TVs have all been upgraded. Alison, the owner, was very accessible and any questions we had were swiftly responded to. We have never stayed in FMB, it is truly a beautiful area and the beach is incredible. A few of our favorite places to eat include, South Beach Grill, Doc Fords, the Doghouse, Heavenly Biscuits, La Ola, Takeaway Cafe. We had fun at a couple of bars…our favorites being Liki Tiki and The Shamrock. We loved the whole area and everything was accessible from the house…Sannibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs and Naples. We had a great time…thanks Alison!

Close to beach, beautiful beach, nice pool, and close to grocery stores

We had a wonderful time. Home was clean and comfy. The location was perfect... so close to the beach. We also loved the private pool. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time!!! The location is just a 2 min walk from the beach on a quiet street. Just a short walk to the grocery store and trolley stop! The house was super clean, well stocked kitchen and my boys loved the pool, and having their own bed. Such a fun time! Would def stay here again! Thanks again!!!

Great location and house was nice. This is my 2nd experience with house rental and both compared about the same with cleanliness. Knives in the kitchen very dull. I would stay there again because of the location.

Clean close to the beach. Had everything you need for the beach. Nice pool. Only complaint was too warm

House was great owner was easy to deal with. Love the pool grill and down block from beach. Plenty of things in garage wagon noodles beach mat boogie board chairs to use during your stay. Hopefully back next year.

Came here for golf with friends we had great times nearby courses great . Residence was perfect close to beach and restaurants definitely would recommend staying here

The home has everything you need for the beach or your own private pool. The beach is a short block away but having that wagon made it a breeze to tote all our beach gear. Great location - more peaceful than the crowds near Times Square. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great girls long weekend at the property. The block walk to the beach was awesome and it was great having the pool at the house. The place was well stocked with towels, kitchen items and beach equipment. We never did get the TV’s to work in the bedrooms but no big deal. We would definitely stay here again!

House was clean comfortable and very well stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation. Had the pleasure to meet the cleaning crew upon arrival very pleasant and friendly. Owners were very friendly in all correspondences. Will book again for another beach vacation. Had a very pleasant week long vacation.

The kids loved being so close to the beach and swimming in the pool of an evening. I loved how close we were to the local grocery store so there wasn't a whole lot of driving to do. We did buy a cooler for our stay and left it in the garage for future guests. We enjoyed this property!

Just a short walk from the house to the beach was awesome! House was great pool was great. We loved it.

This property is a simple house. Nothing fancy which was perfect for our family. The pool was refreshing after a long beach day. The beach is a short walk down the street. Publix is also a short walk and very convenient. Our family stayed for two weeks. We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. There was a wagon to bring the beach chairs and other items. There were plenty of towels, floats, and pool noodles. There was not a cooler, so we bought one and left it at the house. Hopefully other families can use it when renting. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood. There was no noise. We did not have any problems during our two week stay. Everything went smoothly.

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at! Very nice quiet location and the beach was just a few steps away from the house. You name it the place had it, from things for the beach to a potty seat for a toddler. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

This home was perfectly located on the island, perfect walk to the beach, and everything our family needed to accommodate us on our vacation. We had an amazing time, the home owners were incredible to work with. Would definitely rent this home again.
