Great place, close to beach, very roomy. A lot of food, shops and beach access close and within walking distance. Great pool for all ages and clean community.

This beach house was perfect for our 3 families. It was very spacious and close to everything. We would for sure stay here again while in Destin.

The house and location were okay, short distance to restaurants, shopping. Short walk to the beach, pool was nice. Max of 3 cars in driveway, "overflow lot" holds about 8 cars. At times difficult to find parking for additional cars. Received a text about 2 hours before we checked in that the A/C unit on the first floor was out and that the manager would call first thing Monday morning. Received word Monday part was ordered and would be fixed ASAP. I texted Tuesday, was told not sure when this would be fixed. I texted Wednesday and never heard back from the property manager. Checked out on Friday. Unfortunately, this was a big problem considering the kitchens on the first floor, very difficult to cook in the July heat. No offer for financial compensation or portable A/C unit was given. Overall, disappointed is the best review I can give..

Made some special memories. Pool across street was very convenient. We ended in pool more than ocean. Could have used more storage on main floor. It was nice having plenty of kitchenware. Coaches could be upgraded.

The stay was wonderful. Proximity to beach, shops, and having a pool within an immediate walk made this such a fun trip for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Only thing we hade a negative experience was the Air did not work on first floor.

The place was great room for everyone. We had eight adults and eight children. Pool was across the street and very nice. The walk to the beach was longer than expected. About five or six blocks.

We felt that the property was adequate. Pluses included: 1) eight to ten-minute to the beach 2) proximity of restaurants 3) three separate living levels allows some separation by age or family group; 4) the pool is very nice and literary feet away 5) there's great water pressure in the house. 6) laundry room with washer and dryer. Some cons include: 1) There is little to no sound-proofing between the floors so plan to hear whomever is above you; 2) The furnishings are plebian; 3) The kitchen is tiny! Doesn't work well when preparing meals for a group; 4) The sitting area on the first floor is quite small. This is a very "vertical" house. 5) The house could use some sprucing up to make it appear more fresh/clean. Also be prepared for absurdly long waits at area restaurants, which, of course, has nothing to do with the house other than to create more pressure to cook "at home." Though it is unlikely we would stay here again, I think it represents a good choice for younger families.

Wonderful location, home accommodated all of our needs comfortably. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns.

We had 2 family’s with 14 people, kids ranging in age from 8-20 years old. The location was really good. Just a few blocks from the beach and about the same from the mall/shopping center. We stayed in February so the pool was on the cold side (I guess they start heating it around the 1st of March) but none the less the kids still enjoyed it. The house was a nice place, clean, and well kept. We were on the go seeing what Destin had to offer so we didn’t spend a lot of time there but would definitely stay here again. We did have one issue with an A/C unit, we called the owner and they had a service tech there the asap. Communication was great. The house was plenty big to accommodate our 2 family’s. Overall we had a really good experience. Thank you.

My family and I stayed at Villages of Crystal Beach from July 31st to Aug 3rd to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We traveled from Michigan, Kentucky, and Alabama. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poolside Haven. There had enough space to comfortably accomdoate everyone (16 ppl is total). The beach was in walking distance. Definitely a plus. Our host Becky was extremely polite and helpful! Can't wait to plan our next trip to Poolside Haven!

This was my second time staying in the community and we just love it. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but the community is so worth it. The house was amazing, we were able to have a family on each floor and plenty of space to gather on the main floor. Bathrooms on all floors, plenty of bath towels!! Perfectly clean. Big laundry room on second floor. Kitchen was great- big pantry for all groceries and big fridge. Right across from the pool which was heated very nicely. Had a little trouble getting a hold of owner through app but was able to call and had no problems, she was awesome. Our thanksgiving/Friendsgiving week was perfect!!

The best thing about this property is that it had enough space for both of our families to spread out and enjoy our time. The pool being right outside our house was great, too. The beach was not that far of a walk, but it was also close enough to drive and park. Great place! We would definitely use it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time Villages of Crystal Beach. Our host was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. We celebrated our son's wedding while staying at the home. It worked perfectly for our family.

Property is located inside a gated community. It’s in a great location close to most activities and lots of places to eat within a two mile radius. Shuttle service takes you to the beach, but the hours of operation are a little weird so just pay attention to the times. Property is comfortably appointed and exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this property and community to Destin travelers.

We really enjoyed celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary! We had a great and awesome time at this property. Great location (right across from the pool and not far from the beach) and safe surroundings. I would highly recommend this property!

Had a fun and enjoyable visit with family. We all enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach was great! Hope we can come back again!!

The house and everything was great but the parking was terrible trying to find a location to park a over flow of cars.

Property did not disappoint. AC had issues on 3rd floor when we arrived. Was repaired next morning. Tropical storm had just come through and caused it to malfunction. Owner was very responsive and nice. House is located in a great spot...handy to shopping and beach. Pool was amazing. We would love to go back.

The house was clean, roomy, and stocked good! The 3rd floor stayed alittle warmer than the rest of the house. We didn’t care for the walk to the beach and wish it had been closer. Over all we all had a good time!

Enjoyed every moment. Home was spacious enough for all who came. Will stay again!!!

We had a great stay during our time here. Plenty of space for a big family. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach and conveniently located right across from the community pool. The communication with the owner was wonderful. The only minor thing that was lacking was furniture (nightstand or dresser to put clothes in) in the 3rd floor bedrooms.

Owner was very attentive to anything we needed or were missing. Beach was a little far, but wasnt a problem.

We had a great experience staying here. Even in the midst of a pandemic, the owner was very communicative and made sure we were taken care of. They accommodated us very well and the house was beautiful. Would recommend!!
