House was exactly as advertised, and very good communication with the rental agency. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, and were pleasantly surprised to find a pile of beach towels at the house after the online description clearly stated NO BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED. However, with our 5 kids flying and driving from all over and already having to pack for everything “Christmas”, it just would have been nice to know that beach towels actually WERE provided. There were also several child safety gates as well as a pack-n-play at the house that would have been nice to know about for packing purposes. We also had an issue with the heat, but management was quick to send a technician out that same day to fix the problem.

The house worked out great. The views from the house were good. Easy access to the pool and beach. Having the private beach section is really nice, much less crowded than the rest of the beach.

Best beach on 30A!

Our 4 families loved our Inlet Beach experience. Our first time on Inlet Beach was excellent due to the primo location/high end finishes of the house and the privacy of the beach. While the house is a second row home, it really felt as though we were first row as our view of the pool and ocean was first rate. The owners/neighbors were very friendly as well. We hope to come back very soon!

We were informed while traveling to this property that there was an issue with the refrigerator not working but they had put in a loaner until it could be fixed. We assumed it would be taken care of the next day, but when no one came I texted the property manager and was informed that it would not be fixed until sometime after our stay was over. The loaner was ok, but much smaller and we had 10 people including 2 babies, so we needed the big frig! Also, the vacuum did not work and there was a ton of construction going on all around us which really made it hard navigating the narrow streets. The last straw was when one of the smoke detectors started chirping in the wee hours and had to be disabled! Seems like that should be on a checklist for the property manager so it doesn’t happen again. I’m sorry if this sounds whiny, but as expensive as this house was I expected everything to be working perfectly! It is a beautiful home and Rosemary beach is a favorite area for our family.

Our family and friends really enjoyed this luxurious stellar beach house! Loved swimming in the heated pool! And was so nice to have bicycles there for us to ride ! And the beach was private with minimal people on it ! We would definitely rent this property again!

Overall experience was good. Location good Enjoyed the bonfire on the beach. Lots of beach gear in the cabinet for the kids. Could be more Toilet paper , paper towels and Basics. Ie dish soap washing powder dishwasher pods. Overall it was comfortable and clean. Good supply of family games

The house was really beautiful and well laid out for our large family Lots of room! The beach is private right in front of the house and it wasn’t crowded which was nice for social distancing. We had a great week. Thanks!!

This was my second stay at Beach Therapy. What a perfect name! Walk to the beach, dip your toes in the sand and let the water splash up your legs -- ahh, exhale!!! I've read the other reviews and think they are all spot on. The rooms. Kitchen. TV's. A terrific pool 20 feet from our door -- and always the sound and view of the Gulf just outside. One night our crew of 8 all had dinner at a table out on the balcony with a wonderful breeze, peeling fresh-boiled shrimp bought just down the road. You want for nothing here! Plus within walking or biking distance shopping, dining. Even found a UPS store to rent computers, scanners & print when my laptop was not enough. (Yes, I know. I wasn't supposed to work, but it happens!) Just a great weekend getaway. Close enough to N'awlins but far enough away to be totally different. And perfectly relaxing!!!

The house was very nice and was decorated very nice. It is very accommodating and has fantastic views. Although, I would not stay in this house again until the ongoing construction in the area is complete. The noise in the early morning and throughout the day was very annoying. Also, the main issue was our safety concern. There were so many workers right outside our door, watching every single move we made all day and staring at us as we went to the beach and on our bikes. It was very uncomfortable. If there were some type of background checks or any kind of reassurance that the men had been checked out that my family was exposed to the entire stay, that would help. I am a contractor and employ around 150!construcyion guys myself. Many of who are great guys, but I don't want to be on vacation with them. Plus we had our vehicle blocked in the garage because of a concrete truck that was set up right on top of our driveway/car port that kept us blocked in one entire afternoon. The house does not have a security system and there are some things hat neeed to be done to make the house harder to enter. It's a nice house but we did not feel safe and did not have a relaxing time.

Beach Therapy is a beautiful, comfortable well located house on the beach. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking and baking with a magnificent stove. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated each with its own bathroom, the two master bedrooms are luxurious. The living and dining rooms are roomy and well stocked with plenty of fun boardgames. Gulf views from the large, furnished balconies are splendid and the beach is beautiful. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach and bicycling distance to Alys Beach a plus.

We spent a week at this beautifully appointed home. We could not want for anything! Fully equipped kitchen! We cooked every day. We will definitely be making another trip back for another wonderful week in paradise!

What a wonderfully luxurious home to visit! We have stayed at Beach Therapy on several occasions, and it does not disappoint! Inlet Beach is beautiful and quiet; the shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach are within biking or even walking distance. In July, we vacationed with extended family; the top floor den (with sectional sofa and large TV) was a perfect spot for all the kids to enjoy. The pool (and beach access) is just downstairs, which made trips back and forth with our infant much easier! (Not to mention unloading luggage and groceries was a breeze with the elevator!) The house itself had everything we needed: plenty of pots and pans, knives, dishes, blender, and a grill downstairs. It's a beautifully decorated home, and we were very comfortable during our stay. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for making our vacation so easy!

This is our second stay at Beach Therapy, and we love it! Our young children and their cousins loved the bunk room for playtime and slumber parties. All the parents loved the quick access to the pool (right downstairs) and beach, including a convenient bathroom in the ground floor portico. (And the balcony overlooks the pool, another plus.) It was great for our extended family with lots of kids, but I'd love to come back for an adults-only trip. The rooms and bathrooms are gorgeously decorated--it truly feels like a luxury retreat. I need a shower like that in my home! The kitchen is beautifully equipped (blender, knives, serving trays, coffee pot, measuring cups) and fun to cook in. Inlet Beach is a quiet natural beauty, with restaurants and fun in biking distance. The beach does not get any more beautiful than these white sands and gorgeous waves. We spent the evenings on the balconies enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset over the ocean and pool. Can't wait to be back! Thank you for a great stay with everything we needed!

Everyone loved the house from day one! My grandchildren said thank you, thank you ,thank you for renting this house. "can we come here next year." Wish I could afford to buy the house. This is our 9th year in this area. All previous have been in Rosemary but this one was the best. Enjoyed the small crowd, closeness to the beach. View was unimpeded, Only change I would make would be three queen beds instead of two so we wouldn't have an argument. That would be an easy fix. Had a wedding at the beach. Beautiful. Maybe a discount for next year. (HINT)

The location was perfect, the house was stunning, clean, and very comfortable. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The kitchen was equipped better than any rental we've ever had, as well as the starter supplies. We had to contact 30A Rentals a couple of times for small things upon our arrival that were resolved very quickly! The staff was very helpful. We can't wait to come back again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We wished that we could buy this home-it's in the best location and the owners decorated it beautifully. We are hoping to rent it again next summer. We owned a home in Rosemary Beach for 10 years but were disappointed on how crowded the beach had become. Inlet Beach is a hidden gem. Probably not for long as we saw that they are building a resort type complex at the corner of 30A and 98 and those renters will probably use the Winston Lane beach access. Thank you all for making the rental process so easy!
