Amazing amazing amazing - the home, location, street, views- all amazing!! Caroline was wonderful in making sure we had everything we needed from the home to places to enjoy. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are planning when we can come back :) Can't recommend the full experience enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s house. It is in a lovely neighborhood and the views from her house were absolutely stunning. We watched the sun set directly across from the enormous back deck every night. The panoramic view of the sea from morning until night was unparalleled. We saw a whale and dolphins (with our binoculars) from the deck. Hummingbirds buzzed around the flowers in the garden at the side and in the front. It is a very comfortable home for 6 people with everything you could wish for. Three big double bedrooms (our two grandchildren shared a bed) and two bathrooms. Caroline shared great tips on local places to eat and suggested places and events that the grandchildren might like (which they did!). Lovely walks along the cliffs which are within a couple of blocks. We hope we can return, we loved it so much. It gave us all a much needed relaxing week feeling at home. Thank you!

Caroline was very responsive whenever I had questions. The home was great for our trip. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. Neighbor is also nice and quiet. Will definitely book again if I’m ever in San Diego.

We were looking for a nice place to stay while exploring San Diego. We found Caroline's place during a general search and knew it was the place for us. Just a short walk from Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, the property sports an incredible view of Pacific sunsets from the back deck. Rooms are comfortable and the house is well-appointed. Couldn't have found a nicer person than Caroline - outstanding communications, with recommendations of things to see and do. If we're in San Diego again, we'll definitely request to stay there again. A very neat house for our family to spend a few nights at. Caroline is very responsive to questions and has a great place to stay. We had everything we needed to make some good meals. But the view is amazing, the weather didnt cooperate for great sunsets though. The location was very convenient for everything we needed to do in town as well. Definitely recommend if you need a place in point loma near the beaches.

This was one of my favorite properties I've stayed at! The views are STUNNING (the pictures don't do it justice), and it's a beautiful place to watch the ocean and the sunsets. The home is very comfortable and perfect for a group. The neighborhood is also lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future!

This property was wonderful! The views from the back deck are unmatched and the inside of the home was tastefully decorated! The property owner was lovely! The BEST communication I may have ever had with any property I’ve stayed at! We felt very safe in the neighborhood as well which is so important! Short walk down to the cliffs with magnificent views there as well! Would stay here again in a second!

The very first thing you can’t help but notice when you open the front door is the amazing view. I was on the deck for a major of my stay. You are very close to almost anything you want to do. I definitely will stay here again when I return.

Staying at this comfortable little house was just what we needed for our stay in San Diego! Sweeping views of the ocean from the deck, and cool ocean breezes all day and all night. Comfortable beds, soft towels, and a great assortment of patio furniture to lounge on white you enjoy the view. Also enjoyed interacting with the two friendly cats who occasionally hung around the back porch. We loved staying at this house and Caroline the owner couldn’t have been more kind and helpful to us. 5 stars from this family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed most of our time on the beautiful deck. Plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the sun or gather around the couches. There are plenty of umbrellas for those that need the shade. The table outside was wonderful but was missing the inner ring so the umbrella would catch in the wind and rise up and knock around. Neighbor cats made the trip so fun for my girls. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to overlook the beach.
It does get warm in the house in the late afternoon, but we planned eating out during those times and by the time we got back we could open up the house to cool it off.
Caroline was a wonderful host. I would stay here again!
Only recommendation would be for some coffee pods for the keurig.

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable waterfront view home. We had everything we needed for our summer vacation. Caroline is an excellent host and very accomodating. Close to beach access, groceries and restaurants. The view was better in person than the pictures. Also loved the deck and outdoor area. Amazing!! We will stay here again.

This place has amazing ocean views, worth it for just this. The decor is really nice too, gives you that laid back atmosphere. I didn't ask a lot of questions, but the host was always willing to help and did give us helpful pointers on which beaches might be better for our young kids.
As for location, the street in front of the house has plentiful parking but many restaurants in Ocean Beach do not. However I am spoiled and come from the land of plentiful parking. Plus when I think about it, most tourist destinations have scarce parking by definition since there are many visitors.
Overall, I would consider staying at this property again. That's rare, since I like to stay at different properties and see new things while on vacation.

First of all our hostess was amazing. She had great recommendations and she was a lot of help. We also could not beat those views . They were spectacular. I wish I could post a picture. The location was near everything we wanted and everything else was just a short card ride away. The property was clean and well equipped. She really paid attention to detail which I appreciated- super comfortable, king size mattress, and all kinds of amenities at the property. I could not be happier Carol really made our trip special. A big thank you for making our trip fabulous.

Costa Azul is the perfect place in which to experience the San Diego lifestyle. Such a relaxing and homey vibe combined with a phenomenal location and even more phenomenal view! All the sights and sounds of San Diego are a quick drive from here yet there can’t be much better views of the Pacific and its sunsets than from the home’s own fabulous deck. Our hostess was very communicative and all her information about the home was spot on. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience what it is like to live in the Sunset Cliffs area of San Diego.

Repeat guests at this lovely property! The home is all that is advertised and has all the amenities one might need. There is a wonderful deck overlooking the ocean and magical sunsets. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within a couple of miles. Host is wonderful and checks in to make all is well. Will happily stay again.

Caroline was the best! We loved her beautiful home. She was so kind and helped us plan things to do, even told us when the tide would be low enough to go to the tide pools. There was a small repair that needed to be done (as all houses have things that go wrong) and she had someone over in 10 minutes to fix it! My son forgot one of his toys and she text me to get my address to send it to me! We can’t wait to come again!!! Thank you Caroline!

Beautiful home in a great location! Caroline was an amazing host with great communication and was very accommodating as we came with our 16 month old daughter- the baby items she provided were perfect. The view from this house is out of this world!!!
