This property is great for a larger group with four bedrooms on the upper floor, including three bathrooms. One-half bath on the lower level. Two fireplaces-one gas and one wood-burning. Importantly, a very well-stocked kitchen and great eating areas. The garage stores two cars and is heated. A great place to put on your boots. Francie and Rob were great to deal with and were very responsive to any issues. Close to the free bus line. All in all, a great place to stay and super hosts.

Guys snowboard trip to Breckenridge was amazing! The house was located within a 4-5 minute walk to the gold shuttle bus for easy access to peak 7 & 8 as well as to the downtown area. We ate at Downstairs at Eric’s, Breckenridge Brewery, Rita’s taco bar and Giampietros Italian. The house was perfect for our group of 6 guys. Property manager was fantastic. Great communication. House was superb with lots of extras which made our stay much more convenient. We were 12 total with a baby and had everything we might need. I would highly recommend and hope to return.

I booked this property for a vacation celebrating my parents’ 60th birthdays. It was adults only, and we enjoyed everything about this property. Contact between myself and the owners was easy and efficient and all the check-in/check-out instructions were very simple. Perhaps my favorite thing had to do with check-out, because there wasn’t much to be done beyond what you would already do when checking out of anywhere. Some owners require so many things to be done upon checkout that it’s a wonder what the cleaning fee actually goes to, but not here. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our trip to Breckinridge! The house was simply beautiful. The kitchen was big and perfect for all of us gathering to eat and hang out and all the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements were great! The hot tub was the cherry on top after a long day on the slopes. The house is a two minute drive to the base of peak 8. We only rode the bus once and it was very simple to get to peak 8 as well. Whether your being dropped off at the base or have to ride the bus, either option is super easy!! We would definitely recommend this house and will more than likely stay again! The house has great flow and provides separation of the bedrooms from the living space that someone could be up and not bother the others sleeping. The house is well stocked for anything that you may need. The heated garage made for a great place to get into and out of ski gear without having gear in the house. We arrived early and the host was accommodating and allowed us to enter the house until the cleaners were completed from the prior guests. Will definitely return next time we are in Breck.

The house is very well located - on the hill between the peak 8 main ski and resort base and the town below - with large market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. Established and secure neighborhood with similar large homes on large wooded lots. The house itself is very nice - clean, well maintained, and good layout. Furniture is newer and kitchen well stocked. Owners were available and responsive. And rental process hassle free and thought out. Although, I did not really have any issues. The only disclosures (not complaints) I would make are as follows: 1. No a/c -only heat. Very typical for the area I have since learned. So, not a complaint - just an fyi if you arent used to that. Even though we are from Florida - where A/C is the norm- we quickly adapted. We have been to Colorado many times, just never in the summer. So, initially surprised. 2. No real mtn view - just woods. Not a surprise or anything. Just an fyi in case that is important to a guest. Overall, very pleased.

We had a great visit! The house location offers super convenient access to peak 8 activities as well as in town shops and restaurants. There is even access to the shock hill gondola stop on Breck connect through a wooded hiking trail. Walk to the Nordic center bus stop for free rides up and down Summit Hill. The house was perfect for our 2 families. With all of the bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs, it was easy to put the kids in bed (in one of the 2 bunk rooms) while the adults hung out downstairs. Having 2 king size beds was great too as neither family had lesser accommodations. We will be back!
