The location is perfect. You have an ocean view from the balcony and are steps from the beach and pool. The unit could use some updating nut overall it was great for me and my two kids.

Great location!

This is a perfect place to stay with a family. Our kids are seven and eight and got a kick out of the bunkbeds. The beach and pool are great and you can’t beat the location. Tom was very accommodating and responsive.

The beach and pool are a short walk from the room. The room is also very close to the “downtown” area so there are multiple restaurants and stores in walking distance. We had a great time while visiting. Very convenient location!

Nice little time away from work with a couple of friends. Love the IOP location and a first floor end unit. The owner was super pleasant, friendly and made a conscious effort to ensure everything was ready ahead of our arrival. Enjoyed the getaway and look forward to next time.

The access to the beach and pool was great. Overall the complex was easy to navigate and as clean as could be expected for a major holiday weekend, which was coming up as we departed and was filling fast. Our particular condo did what we needed it to do. It provided beds, a shower, and place to crash after a hard day of play in the sun. The A/C in the condo was great. It kept the rooms nice and cool. The shower had good water pressure which is a huge plus. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan which made sleeping much more enjoyable. The bed was a good mix of firm yet soft. The bunk beds in the hallway were fairly hard. The children (who can pretty much sleep anywhere) chose to use the hide-a-bed instead. There were clean sheets and blankets for the bed as well. The kitchen, while small, had everything we needed. There was nice selection of glassware, plates, and flatware to use when we popped in for lunch. Overall, it was a good stay. The condo could use a little paint, and there were screws holding the linoleum down in places, but those cosmetic issues didn't detract from our comfort.

My family have stayed at Sea Cabins before and loved it. This year we stayed here, but in a different condo. The condo is close to the little shops on IOP which is a plus! The owner was easy to work with when planning our stay. With that being said I have to say the condo needs renovated/updated! The floors are super old and have places where they’re caving in a bit. We did have a few issues..The stove eyes not working, but they were just not connected properly, the toilet plunger we needed to use once was flimsy, and the tv in the bedroom not working. Not a huge deal breaker, but would have been nice to have something to watch while we were in bed. We wanted to clean up the floors a bit, but the vacuum was messed up so we just used the broom. The porch lining is coming up where someone could trip and the lock to the porch door is hard to lock. My experience is in no way bashing this condo. I just think the owner needs to make some renovations and update the place. Now the pool is a nice one! It’s kept clean and instead of chlorine they use a saltwater system. The pool and pier are private so that’s even better! We will be back to Sea Cabins.

Good location

We owned one of these cabins when they were first built. Sold when we moved away. College graduation for granddaughter and short stay at the beach was just great. Nice to be back for a visit!!!

Enjoyed it so much ! So easy to get to ! Loved the space and you can definitely see the ocean from the balcony ! Proximity to restaurants and shops was great and bed was super comfortable!! Would love to stay again anytime !!

The condo was clean and quiet with all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The beach was just across the parking lot. I would absolutely rent here again!!

Loved the area. Could walk to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Easy access to get around other parts of Charleston.

6 people were shot within 100 yards of the unit. The private pool and beach entrance was unsecured and literally 1000 high school kids came through the condo units. Owner lost internet during this violent occasion? Seriously? The beach was closed and there were was zero contact with the owner who had my phone number. As you read some of the owners snarky comments I’m sure he’ll have something rude to say about me. Do NOT stay here!!!!

Good place

If you can afford elsewhere.... If you can't, the location here is great. The communication with Tom? Great! The place? It could be! But, it's neglected. If you plan to stay anyways, pack: -ovens mitts -cutting board -dish cloths and towels -kitchen sized trash bags (they only provide 2- for a large family, this wasn't sufficient) -seasonings (even S&P). The place EASILY has potential to be lovely! (My husband is a contractor, it's take MAYBE 2 days). But, it seems the owner doesn't want to fool with it. Such a shame. Thanks for the affordable (Isle of Palms pricing) stay. We wouldn't come back unless upgraded.

Location was perfect, unit was nice, everything worked properly, beautiful morning coffee view off the deck, beach was literally across the parking lot, walked to every meal, it was great. We will be back for sure.

Nice bed, good water pressure...great location,: nice pool and right at ocean. Small but good price.only complaint was a bit dirty and the sleep sofa was terrible with only one sheet.

We were looking for a place to allow us access to all the things in Mt Pleasant, but also easy access to the beach. This hit all the marks and we actually spent more time in Sullivans, eating and walking around than we thought we would! Tom was great and everything was very clear and easy. We loved it! We will definitely be back!

Property was as described and host was great with communication. Some parts of the room could be updated but overall s great stay.

Communication was very good and even had the option to check in early. Everything we needed (passes, keys ect.) was easy to obtain. Location was very ideal.

This is a fantastic location at Isle of Palms! Steps to the beach and pool! My children loved how close we were to everything!!! Shopping, food and activities all within walking distance. Tom was very responsive, and we were even able to check in early! Great get away for my family!

This condo was excellent in location. Very nice condo with no complaints. Tom went above and beyond to be a great host. Would definitely rent again.

It was exactly what we were looking for! On the beach and close to everything. Tom was easy to work with. Everything was ready for us upon our arrival! We will stay there again.

The location is perfect! Beach, stores, restaurants all walkable. This condo could use updating but going in knowing that you won’t be disappointed. It was clean and all as listed. Tom was very accommodating and easy to work with. The one think I would say is it’d be nice to take up the carpeting on the balcony because when it rains it stays wet. It’d be better without it. We had a wonderful stay.

I will say the location was great. However, this was really outdated and falling apart. There was carpet on the deck because the wood underneath was rotting. The appliances were all rusted, there was a place outside the bathroom that the floor was uneven and falling in. The amenities were great and location was perfect, you could walk aynwhere. However, this particular unit needs alot of work.
