This was exactly what we wanted and got for a quick weekend! Can't beat the view and access. Owners were on site briefly and very nice. Would definitely book again.

Great location for Geneva, amazing view of the lake! Pretty nice property. The living room blinds don't entirely close, and the drywall over the bathtub was peeling off in several spots. Overall though it was relaxing and accurate to the listing. We would definitely consider coming back here or one of the several properties in this lot.

Property was clean, stocked with everything we needed and furnished nicely. An issue with light bulbs out was addressed quickly and communication was great. We appreciated everything and would definitely stay again.

This place was so amazing!! Close enough to Geneva on the Lake but a few minutes away from all the loudness. So very clean place was remarkable! Nice private beach!! We didn’t want to leave!!! Will definitely go back again and will definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The apartments, the location and the owner are fantastic! Immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view right on the lake, very close to the strip but far enough away for a quiet night. Megan is the best. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Megan, this was everything we wanted and more!

Just far enough from the strip for a quiet family stay. I wish there would have been bath towels and wash clothes but shopping was close enough we figured it out. Would definitely recommend.

Third year in a row staying here. The location is beautiful with a great view. Always clean and very friendly. I just wish they would allow dogs on the property then it would be even better then it already is! Haha

The inside was clean. The location was great. What needed improving was the lack of kitchen items…very sparse. The outside needed attention.

Overall, it was a very nice and clean stay. The close proximity to the water and the strip were perfect! The unit could use a little bit of an update, along with providing a few extra linens in the kitchen such as an oven mitt and dish cloth. Also, a pin pad entry would be nice or providing two keys for guests.

We have visited 3rd time to this same property. Had a great experience. Well maintained and whole process was very pleasant. Individual fireplace were ready for every unit. That was nice. Thank you.

We took a bed sheet off and hung it over the front window to make it private. The cottage has a smell of musty odor. The queen beds were uncomfortable and must have had plastic on the mattress which made noise everytime you moved in it. The place is quite dated and needs some up dates. The shower stall has paint coming off around the top which made it look dirty. It is close to the water which was nice. The manager was great when the coffee pot didn't work she replaced quickly for us. The livingroom furniture has seen its better days not comfortable. The place needs updated things like the two queen beds and mattresses.

Lovely spot right on the lake, short walk into the strip area. Will go back. They could benefit from upgrading to coded door locks.

Our family reunion was right down the road at the township park. We had all we needed to fix food for the reunion. It was a pleasant place to return to at the end of two very long days.

Very easy. Owners very good about cleaning and the place was excellent.

We were staying with 4 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old. The place was clean, open enough for the kids to play and they could just walk down to the beach. The wifi did not work well, but that was really our only issue. The walk to the strip is about 15-20 minutes, but there are sidewalks. There is a playground about a 5-10 minute walk away. If you can rent a golf cart I would recommend if you don't want to make the walk to the strip, but there is plenty of parking. The water on the beach is fairly shallow so it was great for the kids, but it is rocky so bring water shoes.

I’d like to start off with the communication with owners was fantastic and quick! They answered all of my questions and called me instantly when I got lost (not hard to find , my gps was not helping). The place was very clean and you really are right on the water! Perfect to wake up to! I had my 4 children with me and the outside space to run around and kick a soccer ball was perfect along with the fire pit and picnic area! I was concerned though when we got there ,I cooked dinner and needed a pot for noodles and the red pot had half in. thick burnt charcoal like something in bottom and I tried to scrub and scrap but I couldn’t get off . We dealt since I could rinse the black stuff off the noodles but I would recommend checking dishes cleaned by previous renters just because everyone cleans differently. Next while I was cooking it got a little steamy and I wanted to turn on an exhaust but there wasn’t one which led me to look for smoke alarms . No smoke alarms in whole place which very much concerned me being if there were a fire in any of the other apartments (5 others) unless we woke up we would never know . Next the bunk beds, perfect for my children but confused as there was no latter to get to top bunk and I had to lift my kids up and down but most concerning was the railing for the top bunk was not only removed but was stood up leaned against the wall and a hazard that could fall down and hurt any of my kids or myself for the matter. And lastly was the sink and shower drains . When water was ran they took a long time to drain which then left all the scum to remain once drained . Easy fix with snake so just a suggestion to get the done . Also I didn’t find any broom and dust pan to clean up anywhere so maybe add one in case of spills etc! With all that said it was a nice place and we were happy minus the hazards . Ty for the great communication.

This is a nice property right on Lake Erie. Very convenient location and easy check in process.

We have been talking about staying on Geneva in the lake for many years now. We finally decided to, and Meghan (Ron) made it so easy for us to finally book a place to stay. Meghan, herself was so sweet and nice! The rooms were great. We utilized the kitchen and it was very easy to make homecooked dinner/breakfast. The private beach was amazing. We also used the fire pit almost every night to have some s’mores. This place is perfect. Great distance from shops and the strip!
