We stayed for a month. Great location, tv in all rooms. Limited kitchen utensils. When we booked we assumed that unit 2b was the top floor. We had loud walking and noise above us in 1b, which we could have managed if it wasn’t early in the morning and at night. The property manager was very professional and helpful.

The kitchen was not well equipped. We planned to make some of our meals, but mixing bowls and cookie sheets were missing. The limited amount of cereal bowls had us washing dishes all the time. Could use the dishwasher only three times because there were only three dishwasher soap pads. Not clean around edges of bathroom floor.

Across from the Gulf, the apartment was perfect for an extended weekend. There was ample parking under the building and the unit was very clean when we entered (one flight of stairs up). A large deck with plenty of chairs was perfect or sitting & watching the world go by. Loads of windows to let in the light, a nice modern kitchen and comfy beds all worked well for us. A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and some beach toys were all waiting outside the door for us to use. There were plenty of towels (including beach towels!) and basic supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc.) The unit was directly across the street from a beach access which was, unfortunately, closed during our visit so we walked 2 short blocks. A couple of restaurants in easy walking distance and many more within a short drive. IRB is generally quiet and there is a LOT to do & see in this part of Florida. Two suggestions: provide lock instructions with the entry code - we had trouble entering & had to call the manager. A few more plates, bowls, utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful too! We had a great time and absolutely would rent this apartment again!

It was just as we were expecting it to be! Open, airy, and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing, spending hours at the gorgeous beach, & walking a short distance to have a fabulous dinner at Guppy's on the Beach. I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed condo. It was squeaky clean. The location was perfect, right across the street from beach access and walking distance to restaurants and bars and a park with pickleball courts. Highly recommend.

We loved how close it was to the beach. There was towels, beach chairs, etc ready for us to use.

We enjoyed our stay! There were basic kitchen amenities provided, which were useful, as we cooked. Also; I wish my kitchen looked like this one! Beautiful countertops, pristine backsplash and appliances. There were annoying fruit fly type bugs in the kitchen when we got there, but that is no fault of anyone—and an easy fix. The beds were nice and comfortable! There was a pack and play, weights and other workout basics there to use as well. The washer and dryer are super nice! You will need your own detergent/dryer sheets. Balcony area is furnished with nice chairs, a high top table and a floor fan. There are also area rugs out there, which is a saving grace with the sun shining bright all day! Great idea. For the beach, we utilized the wagon, umbrella and beach chairs. Absolutely convenient! Don’t go to the beach without loading that wagon. It was extremely helpful…almost got out there without a sweat 😉 …but then three kids. The location is PERFECT, especially for those traveling with children! Right across the street from the beach! There is not a great view from here on the balcony, but that didn’t matter with the short walk if we wanted a view. Evening beach trips are THE BEST (around 5)! Beach clears out and is cool. Helpful tip: We ate at PJ’s Oyster Bar and it was PHENOMENAL! Great food and great drinks! Clearwater is a short trip for the real tourist(y) things—boat excursions, aquarium (rehabilitation center), shopping, restaurants, etc.

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Had beach chairs to use when we walked across the street to the beach. Easy to get to many of our favorite restaurants, such as Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, Frenchy’s, and Gondolier, and loved having a code to use to come and go as we pleased instead of having to worry about keeping track of a key.

We enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried about staying across the road but it was nice. The condo had a beach cart, chairs and umbrella to use. The cart saved us from carrying everything in hand across to the beach access which was right across from condo as well as a crosswalk when traffic is heavier on Gulf Blvd. The condo was as listed. Basic but comfortable. We had basic pots and pans to cook and the Keurig coffee maker was perfect, the coffee cups just needed to be a little bigger. We enjoyed the deck as well. It was quiet in the complex. We also like the keyless entry. We hope to return again. Owners were responsive when needed. Thanks to a great IRB vacation.

Everything was really nice. I would recommend update to bath- the plumbing was slow. But that did not interfere with our great visit!

Property was just as described in photos. Communication with host was very prompt. Conveniently located on Gulf Blvd within walking distance to restaurants. We used a ride service to get to John's Pass. 1 block from beach. There are steps to the unit which was no problem except for the heavy suitcase! The bakery down the street was to die for! We walked the opposite way to enjoy the live music each night. Always felt safe---lots of foot traffic in this neighborhood.

Bruce was very helpful and responsive. The property was adorable and very close to the beach. We would rent here again!

I could not have been more pleased with this rental property. It is right across the street from the beach, with accesses at every block. There was a wagon, umbrella, chairs and more, so no need to bring those; score! It was a pleasant surprise to find the bathroom not attached to a bedroom, so our privacy was never disrupted. Bruce was great with communicating and always answered right away. I could go on and on, but we’re just so happy this place was available when we wanted to go!

Location is awesome for a quiet getaway and the place was extremely clean and updated.

Property manager was extremely nice and responded right away. The place was clean and it felt like home. The location was right across the street to the beach and we did not have to worry about parking. I would definitely recommend and come back!

We stayed here for 6 nights. We love how close it was to the beach. Loved that it was in walking distance to restaurants. Close enough to Clearwater to enjoy the attractions. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of Indian Rock Beach. We will definitely stay again.

Great property, very clean and close to the beach, needed a few necessities like garbage bags, a wine opener, a few games or puzzles. Need somewhere to hang wet stuff. Still had a fabulous weekend.

We wanna go here again when there is no red tide and can actually injoy the beach and get on the boats

Super cute condo in a great location! Easy check in, super clean space and right across from the beach. Can’t beat it!

I checked all my reservations before leaving Wisc at 6am. No changes. We landed in Tampa at 1:20 pm local time and my phone notified me of a VM left at 1:10pm. Bruce canceled our unit due to last minute termites and was moving us to a "larger" unit. When we arrived at the "new" location all I could think was "I should just rent a car and drive home today". It was NOT bigger, was NOT beach view and many other shortcomings so NOPE. I messaged Bruce that we had checked in and would be calling him soon which I did ~ 3:35pm. He did not answer or get back to me on Tuesday. I called him again on Wednesday at 8:56am. Still no answer. Left VM and I called VRBO @ 10:20am. Gave them the run down. They called Bruce. He still did not call me so I called him @ 3pm. I was to receive a credit. It totaled the difference in prices for the properties, nothing for my inconvenience. The fumigation was finished late Wed or early Thurs morning. I called Bruce Friday at 9:56am (he was correct about talking on Friday) and asked if we could move in. He told me he did not get the "ok" so we would finish out our stay at diverted location, appreciated my patience and I would receive an actual credit for my inconvenience ~which I never did. Friday was the first day we were able to actually relax and have fun. Bruce called me Saturday at 12:49pm and asked if I got his email. I'm on vaco. ~did not look at emails so no. He then told me the unit I was diverted to was rented and the new renters were checking in at 3pm~ could I be out by then. I told him I would call back after I talked to my daughters. We literally lost it on the beach. I called Bruce and explained it was impossible for us to pack up from the beach, clean up and pack up our belonging and then move into the original unit I rented in 2 hours. Additionally, our flight was leaving at 6am Sunday. That call totally ruined it for us so we returned to the apt around 3pm. I took the first shower. I noticed I felt really warm. I checked the AC ~it was not running. The temp in the apt was 79. I turned up the AC. No go. I work for an electrical contractor and also have some HVAC knowledge. I called Bruce ~ he did not answer. That was the last straw. I called VRBO, the temp was now 83. We cleaned, took & sent pics to VRBO as requested and left apt around 5pm. Bruce told me my poor communication was to blame.

Great spot for us! We wanted to relax and enjoy the local restaurants and sunsets for my birthday weekend!

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing week at this property. It is steps from the beach and it’s in an area which is way more relaxing and less busy than Clearwater which is a 15 min drive away. The apartment was comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. We would stay here again!

Very clean, easy access to the beach. The only thing was my mom at 74 had a difficult time with the stairs. We all enjoyed the stay. Would stay again.

Very clean unit 5 minutes walk to the beach. Two very nice sized bedrooms and a nice kitchen/living room. There were not any washcloths or toiletries provided.

They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers where were a nice bonus! The issues we had was a leak under the sink that was present when we arrived and had a bowl catching the water. We advised the property manager right away who indicated he would call a plumber. The plumber did not show for 2 days with no update to his arrival time from the property manager. My husband ended up fixing the leak so we could wash dishes. The cooking pan was unusable and ruined by previous guests which made cooking challenging for our family.The cable was unplugged in the master and did not work. Some of the electrical was a bit outdated, the light switches in the master bedroom don’t work well, ceiling fan in the living room was clunky and appeared like it may fall. There was no fan in the one bathroom. Overall I would stay here again. It was very clean which is the most important thing to us.
