Outstanding place to stay

It wasn't quite a mansion but it was beautiful, clean, well located and slept my family of 7 quite comfortably. It had adequate parking, an elevator and provided most of the amenities that we needed. I would recommend this unit or complex to any family looking for comfortable accomodations while vacationing.

We had a very nice vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved being close to the beach and the village. We would love to come back sometime.

I like to walk, so walking the .07 to town or to the beach was easy for me, but not so for my sister. Parking downtown is very difficult to come by. So if you plan to shop and dine, you may want to stay a bit closer to town if anyone in your party is not a fan of walking. Otherwise the place was perfect. Emmons Realty was a pleasure to deal with.

We loved the location of the condo..very close to everything we were interested in doing. The only cons we had were, the lockbox didn’t work at the front door, we were unaware that there were 4 levels to this house, that would have been nice to know before arriving for our stay.

These condos are centrally located off Demere, and great deal for the money. While very convenient to most locations, the condo was slightly dated with a bit of wear and tear.

Although we had a good time in St Simons, we felt the actual pictures of the property were not accurate. The condo was older, less attractive and the rooms were darker than the pictures showed. The elevator to transport the luggage to the upper floors was a nice amenity. The location to the beach and the village were great, the pool was nice and the management company was very responsive to replace a broken coffee maker.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during the month of February. Plenty of space. Walking distance (1/2 a mile) to beach and village. We sat out often on the patio off the living room. Despite the pandemic, we were able to find plenty of restaurants nearby with outdoor dining. Garage was a plus. We were lucky not to have neighbors for most of the month because, as has been stated, the walls are pretty thin.

The vacation rental was better than expected. We were all able to spread out into our own space and still enjoy family time together when we wanted to. The amenities were great and the elevator was definitely a Topper since my mother-in-law is 81 and has a hard time with steps and my brother-in-law is handicapped with function to motor skills. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The welcome package on the dining room table explained everything we needed to know and gave us options for dining. There were plenty of magazines at the Golden Isles and surrounding areas to visit. The home was immaculate. Whoever does the housekeeping is amazing. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to the Isles if it's available and I have already told people about it. Thank you so much for having us.

The house was FABULOUS, the community not so much, sad to say we were asked if we stayed there when throwing our trash away.

Our stay in the condo was great! The location was very, very close to Massengale Park, the shops, and the restaurants. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the elevator was great for loading and unloading. The only thing I can ask for is more parking in the garage. There was only room for one vehicle. But overall our stay was great!

The home was very nice and overall clean except for the carpet. Definite wear and dingy throughout. I was hypersensitive to the issue because I have a 1 year old who would lay and roll around. I was a bit grossed out walking without shoes on. Other than that, the house was very clean elsewhere. Only other thought would be better pillows. They were a bit flat and the extras in the closet were yellowed.
