Great house and great location. They thought of everything - beach gear, all kitchen items you could need, and tons of games to choose from. Wonderful experience!

Most well equipped home we've ever rented. ALL the comforts of home included. Plan to rent the same home next year! Will save me from bringing favorite knives, cooking pans, beach chairs, etc. Love the unobstructed view of the ocean as well as the short walk there.

House was well stocked and very clean. Beds are comfy. We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Million Dollar View, the weather was beautiful up until the last couple of days. We can tell the owners take pride in their home, and we made sure to treat it with the same pride and love. I have a 2 year old that loves to be everywhere, especially on the floor so I was a little disappointed to see that floors had not been mopped, but for the most part the rest of the house was clean.

This was our first time renting this house. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. Clean. Comfortable. Very well maintained. We loved all of the covered outdoor space. Easy walk to the beach. The owners really thought of everything. Highly recommend this rental.

We have stayed in this house for a week every year since 2016. It is always clean and very well equipped. The owners always seem to do more updates during the off season, perfecting something that is already very nice. It really does have a "million $ view" from the porch. There are plenty of places to hang out, both inside and out, when not on the beach.

The home was excellent - best equipped kitchen ever - I have been renting beach vacation homes for 30 years - Miami, Destin, Myrtle Beach, Tybee Island - no other comes close to quality/quantity. The choice of furniture and layout of the home also great, well done by the owners, very comfortable. Back screened porch was a great place to have lunch, dinner get away from the TV. Beds where comfortable no problem sleeping. There were three of us at the house all adults. View as advertised. If you are getting beach equipment ahead of time don't bother with a beach wagon, no way to get that wagon up the stairs going over the dunes or those umbrella tables - no way to get those level. Pulling the wagon loaded up with equipment/youngsters, along the road to the public beach access, which does not have stairs, is a dicey situation with the traffic.

Our house was very nice and clean. After the weather was rotten we were so glad to have a very nice house.

Beautiful house. Well stocked with everything we could have needed. Some may have found the beach replenishment a negative. We watched the ships come and go with loads of sand. Learned a lot about the process. Also the beds were a little soft for our liking. Over all would stay there again. Was a great week. Thank you

This house met or exceeded every expectation - from the first walk up the steps (breathtaking view) to the tiny, thoughtful accessories they provided. We could even make pie crust and roll it out if we wanted. The kitchen was so well stocked and organized. Toys and books were there if we had children, flashlights, chip clips, matches, hairdryer, well, just everything to make you comfortable!

We travelled with 3 teens and this house was perfectly located. The kitchen was fully stocked with a blender, coffee makers, utensils, and lots of pots and pans. Even though this property is across the street from the beach it still has an oceanfront view! The laundry room is on the lower level so that was a bit of a pain but it was also fully stocked with everything you need for the beach! There were beach umbrellas, chairs, sand shovels, and toys. There are also 2 bikes to use, cornhole boards, and a little beach cart to take things to and from the beach. The house has puzzles, games, and a smart tv to make it easy to log into streaming accounts. The hot tub was very nice. Now for the few downsides. The walls are paper thin and you can hear easily from one side of the house to the other with doors closed. Also the list of things to do before you check out is extensive. I’ve never had to vacuum and unload the dishwasher before leaving a rental. So check out was a bit longer of a process. All in all though it was a great house.

Spent the week with the whole family and had everything we needed from a high chair for the little one to beach chairs for the sun lovers. Wonderful view

Great location with easy beach access. This is the best equipped rental we have ever had, with thoughtful touches like puzzles, games and blankets in the lounge, and great quality sun beds, beach gear and kitchen equipment. Loved reading in the visitor book about how the owners have improved it over time, based on guest feedback.

This was a great experience. The property was just as advertised. Definitely would go back to this location. The house has everything you need, from a hot tub to outdoor shower as well as kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, sand toys, games, etc). A great perk. The house is laid out nicely for a family that needs 4 bedrooms. Plenty of deck space, including open deck, covered deck and screened porch. Easy access to the beach and other local stores and food choices. I would comment the traffic on the street between the house and beach can be a little busy at times; so a watch item if you have little kids. For adults, not an issue other than some road noise at times. The cleaning upon arrival was average at best. The bathrooms, specifically the showers and the shelving in the bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but all in all it was clean enough. We reported 2 very minor maintenance items that need remedying, but otherwise it was in great working order. It is well stocked with board games, books, DVDs too. Thanks to the owners for sharing this great place!

It was 2 adults and 3 teenagers for 2 weeks. House allowed enough space for everyone to be together and have their own space. Great screened-in porch in back and wonderful porch in front to hear the waves. Super stocked kitchen and beach-gear (should update house description as we didn’t need half the stuff we brought - nice bonus for vacation ). Beds were super comfy and water pressure was good. Good couches for everyone to sit together and watch a movie at night or on a rainy day. Some minor hiccups here and there but nothing that wasn’t taken care of by Mngt. We know the owners are in the process of getting permits but only “wish it was better” was the steps over the dune to beach, but very doable for only having to walk 20 feet to the beach. We all had a great time!

Overall, we had a great time! The description was on point. The view was amazing - best one in the OBX and we've been several times. The house was stocked with much more than I ever even thought - description doesn't do it justice. For my 3 year old, we had EVERYTHING - books, toys, games, beach gear, etc. Great place for families! Only recommendations would be better communication with the manager about the bugs on the porch when we first arrived - they were pretty bad and once someone finally came to clean, they were gone so it was good but to much back and forth to get there. Also, the jacuzzi had an issue when we were there and maintenance was on top of it which was great. Next time, I would recommend reaching out to the renters because consistently showing up unannounced to keep checking on it was a bit of an intrusion. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was amazing despite some unlucky weather. My first impression was this house was immaculate and so well organized. There were so many commodities I did not expect. The downstairs beach supplies, toys, and games were so great and such a timesaver for us. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub ran perfectly every night, and pretty much got an immediate response when I emailed for maintenance on the outdoor shower head. Someone came out to fix it quickly. Such a wonderful home! Thank you so much!!

The view from the deck is amazing and we could easily have sat there drinking coffee and relaxing all day! Short walk across private beach access to beach, which we had essentially to ourselves. House is well equipped for all your cooking needs (though you will need to bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, eat ). Beds very comfortable. Hot tub was a fun way to unwind in the breezy cool evenings. Ample beach chairs and fun games! If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with a great view book here.

This property is amazing--especially for families with kids. The house has a wonderful layout and a simple, stylish design. And the location and views are incredible. But probably the best thing about the property is how wonderfully well-stocked it is and the thoughtfulness of the little details: from booster seats to children's books/games/puzzles to the loaded laundry room with every kind of beach toy and chair imaginable. For a family traveling with small children, it's such a relief to know that you don't have to pack all of the small things that you'd normally have to take to a hotel or other property. We had everything we needed. We can't wait to get back.

Cleanliness, size, location and amenities including grill, hot tub, beach gear, games, kitchen supplies, outdoor space, etc. were top notch. Coffee on the porch in the morning with the beautiful sunrise and pelicans is a simple pleasure that anyone would love. We are already picking a time to stay again next year.

When we arrived at Charlotte's Web we were pleasently surprised that the house was in one piece and it looked as if Ireen didn't cause any damage.The only problems we had was no internet, which we spoke to owner and Shoreline and still no internet.The box was working but the password they gave us didn't work at all.(we work from home so no work got done).The dishwasher worked but sink leaked (water all over floor)and we called Shoreline and spoke to owner and No one followed up or sent anyone, so my husband had to fix it.Other than that the view was so beautiful and we didn't have to use air conditioning the whole trip. The beach had little amounts of people for most of our stay which we was like our own private beach. Yes we would go to the OBX again and i would recommend Charlotte's web. Also, buy the insurance !!! we did and we needed it.We lost 2 days because of Hurricane Ireen and we are getting a refund for time lost and exspences(hotel costs,food,gas etc.).Don't forget to shop at the local family owned shops they were my favorite.The NC peanuts are so good. Can't wait to return. One more thing the best meal we had was breakfast at Stack Them High .

Amazing location with private beach access directly across the street. Very well equipped. We were surprised with all of the conveniences supplied from beach chairs, to umbrellas, to blenders to Tupperware. Hot tub was great during afternoon storms. Decor was very tastefully done with a great beach vibe. Comfortable furniture and beds. Owners attention to detail was obvious. I could go on and on... You will feel truly blessed if you have the opportunity to stay here.

This house with its private beach access was the perfect chance for our family to get to the beach but stay socially distanced. There was no one near us on the beach the whole week! We loved the ocean view from the house, the great deck and hot tub. Outdoor shower is clutch. House layout was nice with big family room/kitchen area in the center and rooms on either side with jack/Jill bathrooms. Highly recommend!
