Right in the center of Seaside near everything. The Homeowners Collection was very responsive with any needs and questions we had. We used the concierge service to deliver food which was perfect. If you plan on making gourmet meals here (which we were not), the kitchen is a little small but we knew that going in and it was perfect for us. There were 4 of us and it was a great place for us. But the location to the beach, the square with shopping and restaurants was wonderful.

It was the perfect size for our group (4 adults, 3 toddlers), but a little bit of a trek to beach and pool with little ones. The distance from the beach did make it a very quiet spot in the community which was appreciated in the evening. Not too far from playground which was also nice. Our favorite part was the screened in front porch with swing, hammock, and plenty of seating for everyone. Would stay here again!

I reached out to the company prior to our stay to ask about number of plates and chairs, saying I planned to host friends for dinner. We arrived to discover the smallest oven I’ve ever seen but the worst was that it didn’t work. It was a known problem (it needs replacement) and I wasn’t told. The manager came up with a nearby (also tiny) oven for us and comped one night. We soldiered on. However I would def check with them about the working order of appliances before going if you plan to use any. Bridgette was great and tried hard to help but it was an ordeal. Adorable cottage. Great location.

Wife and I enjoyed the week being in Seaside. Bike riding, shopping and of course the best part, Eating. Location is great near the fitness center and adult pool. Not a far walk from the beach nor the town square. Homeowners Association made sure we had passes and documentation for beach gate and restroom code as well. Seaside is a very quite location with strict rules on noise and visual property appearance. As close to Mayberry as you can get. Great Family location and very kid friendly as well.

Nice accommodations and location. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Management company was fantastic. Very organized and efficient. There were a couple of items about the cottage that may need attention: 1 Upstairs shower was a mystery. We could never make it function. We made do with downstairs. 2 the lighting in the kitchen was very dim. One light was out. A couple of overhead spots would help. 3 Stairs are a bit of a challenge for more elderly people. We are in late 60s and survived but pretty winding and steep. 4 Mattresses need replacing. 2

Great location- great vacation

We booked a week at jasper for my wife's birthday / new years eve and she was blown away by how clean and cozy this cottage is. We have three small kids and loved how close the cottage was to the beach and the pool. We rode our bikes around town during the week and had a blast. The rooms are very nice size, with the upstairs having the Jack and Jill bathrooms helping alot. In unit washer and dryer is a game changer for vacation as we were easily able to do laundry as we wished. We spent tons of time with the doors open and hanging out on the wrap around porch and hammock. The cottage is fully stocked with kitchen ware and anything you need to make food for the week,the only thing we might suggest with young kids are plastic cups as everything else was glass, but that in no way is a complaint. All in all we are sad to go, leaving our little peice of heaven for the week, but are happy to know we can come back.

As property owners in another state and regular renters in Seaside, we have come to expect a certain level of hospitality and comfort in regards to our accommodations. First, I will say the beds and lines were extremely comfortable and for that I am very grateful. However, there are a number of items the property management needs to address. Upon our arrival, we found one of the toilets did not flush. We called property management and they quickly fixed; however, we needed to be watchful that the handle didn't stick. Multiple light fixtures either did not have working light bulbs or did not work. We have come to expect labels on wall light switches, especially with multiple switches. On the porch, there were ceiling fans which somewhat worked but were so loud it was not comfortable to have them on. We found a piece of glass on the porch where one of the light fixtures had broken and had not been replaced. The two sofas in the front den were old, uncomfortable, and needed cleaning. There was no broom / dustpan. There were no games; one puzzle; and a few books so bring your own. There were no beach towels or extra beach chairs. Some of the rugs on the floors we moved out of the way since they were more of a danger slipping around. Overall, we will not stay here again. With just a little TLC, this would be a much nicer rental.

Seaside has been our treasured vacation spot for many years--of all the cottages we've stayed in, Jasper is our favorite. We loved everything about Jasper--the screened in porch and porch swing were our happy places--aside from the beach. Since my husband passed away when my daughters were little, I have made it a point to bring the girls to Seaside as often as I can. This was our sixth visit, and it always feels like coming home.

The property was extremely clean and we had a great supply of towels. My youngest daughter is a cross country runner, and loved the location for early morning neighborhood runs--as well as the fitness facility. Our walk to the beach was quick and enjoyable, and we loved the area around Tupelo Pavillion. The Seaside community had some wonderful concerts and plays, and as always food and shopping. We have always enjoyed the self-contained aspect of Seaside, that makes it easy to just stay in the community and to leave the stress of driving from activity to activity behind. Thank you for a joyful experience. My oldest daughter is now in college, and this may have been the last family vacation for a while, as she plans to work next summer. Grateful for the lovely cottage and for peace of Seaside and the ocean for this special time together.

Second time to rent the house. Not the most updated - but warm and cozy. sleeps enough for my kids to bring friends. Wonderful front porch. We did have some maintenance issues this year and they were addressed ASAP. Daughter already plotting spring break 2020.

It was an easy walk/ride to the beach, Seaside restaurants and shopping. The beach is pristine and gorgeous. The neighborhood is adorable and Jasper is steps away from the family pool, playground and fitness center. However, we found the West side pool half way through the week. It was further away, but we liked it better. The house is cozy and beachy and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was fantastic and we spent a lot of time out there. The two living areas were also nice so we could have some separation from the kids. We would rent this place again.
